Chris is the man! He is extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and kind. I live about 35 minutes away in CT and will always make the drive to see him for my guitar repair needs.

The owner is super nice and really cares about his customers and students. The music teachers are awesome. Great environment to learn

I bought a guitar 2 years ago from a different store. I read a online in many places the importance of having the guitar setup by a professional. I finally bought it to Wilbraham music after reading the many great reviews about this store. I have to say, when I got my guitar back the next day, it never looked sounded or felt better In my hands. Awesome job. Highly recommend

This place is really fantastic. It came highly recommended from friends anyway, but after visiting I can see why. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, and my brother was super happy with the ukulele he got. The entire experience was beyond compare with any other of recent memory. You will probably be shocked at how inviting and fun this place is.

I have known and worked with Chris for years and he is as straight a shooter as you will ever find, reasonable, and fair (possibly to a fault) . My daughter loves her drum lessons there. All the staff is top notch. This is the place I recommend without hesitation whenever anyone asks.

I have been taking lessons here for about a year. Its a small cozy shop with wonderful and helpful staff that are encouraging to all students of music regardless of age. Lessons are affordable with the first lesson being free. Merchandise can be paid for out right or on layaway. If the musical item or accessory is not in stock, it can easily be ordered for you. The store owner, Chris has been at the location for many years and opened the shop to share his love of music with others as well as encourage all to pick up an instrument to improve the negative affects of daily stress and engage a different area of creativity within. I have had experience in all three of their departments. This store is run the way a music store should be run. Every instructor is college trained and proficient in every style. And the owner is literally the most helpful human Ive ever met. And the prices are the most reasonable around.

I went in asking about having my daughters flute repaired. The owner told me to meet him when the repair person came in on a Friday at 1:00, he didnt show up. After 20 minutes of waiting I left. The store remained closed, despite having opening hours listed as 1pm. I went back the following week and dropped the flute off with another person who said they would call when the flute was picked up with an estimate for both time frame and cost. After a week I called to find out what happened and they said it hadnt been repaired yet and they would call me. After 2 weeks the owner said he would talk to the repair person and find out how much longer. 3 days after that the repair person called me directly saying that he had not even started on it yet!!! He was going to work on it that day and deliver it to the store. It has now been 3 more days and I have not been able to reach anyone about the flute. I was told by my daughters school that this is the store they will be working with, which is why I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will let them know of the unprofessional, dishonest service that I have received.

Wilbraham Music, the store that got me my first gigs and best guitars that I own and still play. To this very moment, fond memories of this store and its welcoming family atmosphere are deep within this gent’s heart and no measure of time can transpire before I am beckoned by the winds to come back time and time again. I have seen the sign for Wilbraham Music quite a few times when going to Home Depot and Big Y but never went in and checked it out. That all changed a couple weeks ago. I saw a listing on Craigslist, some guitar cases for a Cheap price they were listed by Wilbraham Music so I went there and bought a couple. The guy I was talking to ended up being the Owner of the Store (Chris), he answered all my questions. He was professional and respectful, above all I know he is an honest guy. The reason I say that is since that day Ive been there a few more times to purchase a few items and Chris gave some really good honest deals.I dont think any big music stores can compare to this guy. Chris treated me not only like a customer but like a Friend you dont find that kind of service anymore but I found it at Wilbraham Music. This is the place I will go to 1st from now on!!! This is the 1st review Ive ever wrote but I felt this place deserves it!!!

I brought in my old 1961 Framus Archtop guitar because the 13th fret was not seated properly. Chris was able to get the fret leveled out so that the guitar could play properly again - while I waited no less!Whats not to love about Wilbraham Music.Thanks again...

This review is in response to Kimberlie Hedgecock, Ive had all of my equipment serviced at Wilbraham Music . Ive never once had any issues that resemble what were described in her review . I almost wonder if she has confused Wilbraham Music and another music store . Ive never met a repair person, Ive never been told to meet a repair person and Ive never been treated with anything less than the outmost respect .Ive purchased a guitar, marshall stack, monitors ( that had to be ordered) and brought friends in so their children could get lessons . Ive waited for kids to take their lessons many Saturdays and the store always has s fun musically charged atmosphere. My mother has gone in to get strings for me and the staff made sure she got the right kind .Wilbraham Music has that mom and pop store feeling with staff that are friendly and courteous. Youll be well taken care of if you take them your business .
