So after spending A lot of money a few years back. I decided to take my broken buggy back to relic. What a mistake! I called them the owner told me she would call me back to set an appointment. Alicia never did. I had to call back a week later and I can hear her frustration towards me. So after a week of sitting at the shop! I was told I would get a quote for my repairs but never did. After calling her back Alicia she flat out told me I should take my vehicle and business somewhere else!!! If you are considering taking your Ride there I would say No F**cking Way!! What a joke... and I will never recommend anyone to spend their hard earned cash on somebody who just doesn’t care about your needs. 100% all True

So far I can say my experiences with Relic VW Parts Warehouse have been amazing! Being young and getting a 1964 Classic Beetle on the road feels like a breeze working along side Alisa. This is the most reliable place I have yet found to fix my 1979 Super Beetle. Lisa & her Team are very knowledgeable, capable, & professional. The bug has never run that well. They do it all from simple engine stuff to restoration. Dont bother checking any other place. Just go there. They get an A+.

Amazing shop, I couldnt recommend them more, I just acquired a vw bug and it needed alot of work . They were flexible with my budget and knew what I needed and didnt need. Got my bugs wiring done and all tuned up and sounding amazing. Great experience and hard working to get your vehicle back on the road .

The owner fixed my husbands 1971 Volkswagen in about an hour. He took it to his old mechanic three times, and he couldnt fix it. Very happy with the results. Car is running perfectly.

Cool little VW shop. They seem to be exactly what a VW shop should be, small got cars all over and nice with good prices. Its great when you find a good shop with people that are die hard VW people and not just regular mechanics.

Great shop! Got me in quick for some spring plate bushings I needed. Also noticed others problems I had going on and addressed them without even asking them to look over the rest of the car! I recently bought a 1970 beetle as a surprise birthday present. Of course, being from Wildomar I had it towed right away to Relic. Alisa and her crew were not only friendly, helpful and fair. But, they also were as excited as I was about fixing up this wonderful car. Alisa knows her stuff and never hesitated taking the time to explain things. I had a great experience reading these 5 star reviews and hope to get another bus one day- I had one, fixed it up myself and painted it, and gave it away to someone in need after I got another vehicle when I was young. I have a few names I recognize that wrote reviews on here and have heard great things. I cant believe somebody would moronically ruin the great service streak with an undeserved one star review over a phone number in the day and age of the lightening speed Internet where I found the number listed on multiple sites. #nosoupforyou! 5 stars! Great place and excellent customer service

Ive been to Relic several times. Usually for small replacement parts. This time I had a problem with the brakes and they took the time to diagnose it correctly. The fee was reasonable and they even were willing to pick me up when it was finished wince I was having getting a ride. All three of the people that I dealt with were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Always great. They do good service and I enjoy my VW beetle more as they help it run better.

Great place to find restored VW Bugs. They will also service them if you already have one.

Because when you take your car to this place if they keep it in.They stole my coils and original distribuitor, and on top of that after some money trip my 71 and 74 are out of time .Not recommend to any one.
