The family just had our flu shot and it was painless!! The lady who processed our shots is so nice. They have a seating area. Its a very busy store so we waited at the seating area then they called all of us to go in the room. Its spacious so it didnt feel claustrophobic and its good that its away from the public view! After the shot we had our ice cream!!!! This has been our routine for a few years now after our flu shot!

Went in for vaccine shot, did some shopping while i waited. Store was clean and employees were friendly and helpful locating my items. Will be back for some ice cream

Avoid at all costs. Even if you schedule a appt you still wait 30 plus mins. In a drive through in line. Way over priced for the neighborhood on groceries. Rude customer service. Good luck getting any help on the phone. No receipts provided upon request. No instructions on test

I had a great experience with my first COVID vaccine at this location! The staff was very friendly and receptive to questions. The pharmacy manager, Anne, took extra care to help me feel at ease.I am not the biggest fan of needles (who is?!), but it was a painless process and I felt confident during and after!Thank you, and looking forward to my second dose!

Anne the pharmacist was such a great help! I had the covid vaccine a month ago and the experience was great! She was very friendly! And, I’m usually very afraid of needles, but she made sure the environment was calm and I didn’t even feel the shot! Before I knew it, we were already done! Can’t wait for the second dose as I am sure it will also be a great experience!

The pharmacy staff is amazing! Theyre incredibly kind and responsive to all my questions, and they helped me out super quickly to get what I needed. Great experience! :)

The pharmacy here is great! The staff fills rx prescriptions quickly and the customer service is friendly and inviting. Vaccinations are quick and staff have great skills with kids.

Customer service at this pharmacy is unbelievably terrible. Consumers expect a professional interaction and timely RX refills. If you expect quality polite service head over to Ralph’s pharmacy in Washington instead.

The worse customer service and pharmacy in town . I really don’t get it because the store employees are amazing complete opposite of the pharmacy crew . I have lived in the are for 12 years and have tried using this pharmacy several times and always the same outcome horrible!! Don’t waste your time with these people cause that’s what they will do . They either lose your medication, can’t find it, blame the drs, your insurance doesn’t work ( go down the street and it does ), and on top of that super rude . Do you not have managers at this location ?? Doesn’t take any extra time not to be rude people .

I call on my lunch for passport photos and was told to come, I get there and Im told that is not available when it just so happens the guy is going on lunch as well

Fast and convenient to get flu shot. The technician Sally is really sweet! I just wish they stock up on masks and hand sanitizer though but seems like no one has them anywhere. The store restroom can be a little bit cleaner.. overall i am happy for the past year but I hope they get more help in this pharmacy I feel bad for them sometimes.

Pharmacy is absolutely incompetent. They refused to dispense a medication to me that is required to keep me alive because I didnt have my insurance card. I was willing to pay full price out of pocket because I need this medication to live but the pharmacist said they couldnt fill it even though I had a valid script. Apparently their relationship with Medicare is more important than me staying alive. I had it sent to CVS where they filled it for me with no problems and gladly accepted my $500.

I love this Rite Aid, plus they always have so many deal and Natalie is amazing!! She always goes above and beyond!!!

Pharmacy associates extremely rude over the phone. Husband dropped off RX while I drove home with our sick baby. He was told that there would be a 2hr wait time. (Mind you our baby got diagnosed with pneumonia) Got a call from pharmacy was having an issue with insurance therefore I was going to use husbands insurance when the associate hung up on me. I called back and same rudeness. Finally 3rd (male) and 4th (younger female) associate I spoke with were kind. Drove to the pharmacy to pick up my babys prescription again rudeness. Once I got home I googled reviews for this pharmacy and to my surprise most comments they talk about how unprofessional and rude the associates in the pharmacy are. Ive worked in retail for 15 yrs and this is no way to treat a customer. If theyre not happy with their job maybe they should consider looking to work somewhere else where they wont have to interact with customers. With that being said this will be first and last time I go to Rite Aid on Clinton Keith in Wildomar for their pharmaceutical services even if I have to drive farther at least I will be treated with respect.

Michelle in the pharmacy is very unprofessional, her customer service skills are lacking greatly.... when speaking to a paying customer she was abrupt disrespectful and acted like she was doing me a favor rather then what she is paid to do!! This behavior was repetitive in 3 different encounters with her. This employee needs to be retrained or dismissed I don’t know which of the two but hopefully the good outweighs the bad here!

Thank you pharmacy even at the last minute they helped fill my fathers meds! I was afraid I have to look for a pharmacy good thing they filled this when walgreens was already closed.

I called Rite Aid to contact Pharmacy, one staff took me to the pharmacy.Nobody answered me.I called 4 times and took me the pharmacy and no answer.I complaint about that.The receiver answered me,I dont know because i am in front. They must be busyone or two times can be ok, but over 3 times, you should have gone to pharmacy and checked situation and explained me.I was not very unsatisfied with your service.

The inside is always organized and clean, which is wonderful and important. However, the pharmacy has fallen off recently. There are two newer pharm techs, or assistants, whichever the case may be; they are not only rude but slow and impatient with you. I type this sitting and waiting to even be greeted and asked to please wait a moment. I understand if you are busy, yes I would be happy to wait - if customer service is better and Im at least greeted. Ive worked customer service for 15 years, and this is sub par. The only tech Ive had good experiences with is the younger one with curly hair and I believe she wears glasses. The one that helped me (finally) today ought to pay closer attention to get attitude and demeanor, rather than her nails.

This Rite Aid location has the rudest pharmacy employees i have met. One specifically who hangs up on people when she gets mad and refuses to help customers with respect and courtesy. I will be avoiding this location and using Menifee instead.

Rite Aide Wildomar on Clinton Keith.Worst!!! Customer service! Have gone to this pharmacy twice and cannot tolerate the pharmacy assistants. . Quin being one of them.Needed prescription filled dropped off at drive through window at 430pm at 8pm no call or text to notify us that they had to call the doctor and wouldn’t be able to until next day.And all the time rude and not wanting to listen.Just the worst experience every time !

Love the ice cream but they make you wait forever for some. Also, the Pharmacy is super slow and they are rude..The pretty much act like they dont care about you at the pharmacy.
