Dont go! I order one scoop of ice cream and one cappuccino which cost me around $8 and gave the cashier $20 dollars but she only gave me $7 dollars back (one $5 and two $1). Because she gave me the drink and ice cream before I paid. Thats why I didnt have an extra hand to check the money and I really trusted them. But this was really disappointing, it is not just about the money, it also means some staffs are lack of professionalism!!!! Please check your cash before you leave and learn from my mistake.

So thankful to the team here for making a perfect cupcake ice cream cake for my daughters birthday! I was able to easily order it online and create exactly what I wanted & picked up two days later!. Super friendly staff as well thank you so much!!

Ive been standing here over five minutes, and just now is the first moment anyone has spoken to me or made eye contact. No one is standing idle - these folks are working steadily, mind you. But it doesnt bode well for a high standard of service. If youre here to buy, you might do better to visit the drive-thru. That seems to be getting much more positive attention from staff.

Wow. Never not an issue at this location. Last THREE times Ive been there past 7pm...sorry we just ran out of banana splits lol ok sounds good baskin employees, I bet you did. Miserable staff and conveniently out of everything all the time, even donuts in the morning! The employees are costing this franchisee big money because they definitely dont want to do the job.

Most of the time we get awesome one or two scoops Sundays but mainly I appreciate the fact their bathrooms are open

Great Ice cream specially the those fresh baked cones and the price is good its five bucks for a fresh baked cone and two balls of ice cream. The store is located in a very nice plaza which is very pretty and clean. Its nice because you can have food at one of the restaurants and get ice cream after. Tons of parking spaces and handicap accessible. Go there!

Good ice cream but horrible service when I went there with my children we ordered an ice cream but we were looking around for five minutes trying to find spoons and no one working could find the spoons either but finally some one found them. It was just a bunch of stupid teenagers just on there first day just trying to get money

So far this BR sucks! First visit, right after they opened, they smashed 2 scoops into a cup made for 1 scoop. I didnt even know which flavor was which by the time I got home and its 2 minutes away from the store. Also, I had asked for quarterback crunch and the server laughed and said he had never heard of it. Well buddy, its been around during FB season for years....Second visit, Dec. 12, they didnt even have Winter white chocolate only peppermint patty but they still had pumpkin spice. Hmmm its been almost 30 days since thanksgiving...get in the game Wildomar BR or this ice cream fan will make the drive elsewhere.

I love that they have a Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robbins in the same building. My only complaint is that the workers are extremely slow and it took me like 20 minutes to get two scoops of ice cream.

My husband went today and ordered a single scoop and was charged $3 for a scoop as big as their spoons, like a sample. Also, purchased a banana royale and wasn’t even provided with the right cup... for $6. Wow so disappointed. Who owns this garbage of establishment???

Caitlan has great customer service. The prices are kind of high though.

Ive been to this location 3 times and have poor experiences each time. They do not have the ice creams listed in the drive thru so the employees have to list every flavor. The order is always incorrect and they seem confused whenever the order involves ice cream.
