I purchased turf from this location before and was very satisfied then. I just purchased from them again and the level of customer service is still awesome. Cody helped me through the entire process and did everything he said hed do. These guys are on top of it, Ill never look anywhere else for turf ever again...Im sold! Thanks AGL!! Thanks Cody!!I originally gave 5 stars, everything was fine until delivery. So I am editing this review to reflect the poor customer service during delivery. I was told that I would receive a phone call the morning of the scheduled delivery, and that phone call would let me know the window time of delivery. I was then told that they would call or text me when they were 30 min. away from my house. NONE of this happened, I happen to get up at 6am the morning of delivery to use the restroom which is at the front of my house and I heard a trucking backing up into my driveway, so I ran outside and found only one guy making the delivery on a flatbed truck and he had backed into my driveway and was simply rolling my 3 thousand dollars worth of turf onto my driveway along with the adhesive, tape and spikes. Then when he left there was nice large puddles of motor oil left to stain my driveway from their truck. I called the AGL office in Wildomar to speak with my sales associate Cody, he was not there so I spoke with the person that answered the phone and explained the situation. He said that was not supposed to happen that way, the delivery is supposed to be curbside so that they dont have issues of leaky trucks spilling oil in your driveway. And if its supposed to be curbside than they should have the customer home and outside to accept the delivery. Otherwise all that expensive turf would have been rolled off and left on the sidewalk for someone to steal. I asked this person to have Cody call me and of course no one ever did. I guess the stellar customer service ends when the money you paid clears their account. I guess I wont ever return to AGL for my turn needs.

Im getting ready to put Artificial Grass in my backyard. I have got Excellent help from Daniel Frascona. He has shown me all the different types of grass they carry. He Explained the differences I can feel the difference as I walk over them. Gave me a price sheet and has helped me figure out how to do it myself. Cant wait to get started. Thanks Daniel

Super disappointing experience. Do not buy from these people. They do not support their used products. I asked for some help from one of their installers as we have an odd, sloped installation with existing granite boulders. I was told that they couldnt provide anyone to even consult on the installation and preparation. I offered to pay for this service and was told NO. I asked to have their installers to give me a price to install it and was told that they dont do that because installing used grass it too difficult and expensive. She suggested I buy new grass and have it installed instead.
