We needed to store all of our household goods for about 6 months while we completed preparations for a complex move out of state. Life Storage was able to provide a climate controlled 10 x 20 unit in their brand new super secure building. All the employees were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. They keep the facility spotless! See them FIRST for your storage needs! Thanks Life Storage for giving me peace of mind during this trying time. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Its outstanding nice place but Ill check it out first before you rent one or two or three or so units.

Great facility and really awesome person who works at the front desk.Only problem is some of the technical stuff: I had issues when signing up and trying to get access codes to work and dealing with their phone support after hours is inconvenient and takes forever (IF you can get ahold of anyone). Even getting in touch with the front office by phone instead of in person is really difficult (I havent found a direct number for my facility anywhere, which would be massively helpful). But since Im getting a clean and secure storage unit with really friendly staff on-location, its worth it.

Management is too busy in the air conditioner that when I showed up there was no working elevator and management doesnt put up any notifications until we unloaded at K building. All he said was kick the elevator door to see if it will work you can tell the knowledge already smh

Super great place to store your belongings.

This place NEVER answers the phone. In a span or 3 hrs from their opening time, I called 8 times yesterday, and not once was I able to speak to any staff there.Also, they are ALWAYS short staffed, management really needs to get it together! Only one person is ever working, and if they are out on the premise showing someone a unit, they literally lock up the office and youre stuck waiting around till they come back to the front desk. There should always be someone available to assist current paying customers, this is unacceptable for any business!

The best storage from my experience.

So clean! The staff is very friendly. My only bit of a set back was what I did not see online. You have to purchase their lock and either their insurance or supply your own. With that being said, Ive come to appreciate they werent set backs at all. I like the style of lock they use and I feel more secure using them. No complaints from me!

This is by far the best storage out there! Kathy is amazing and she really knows how to treat her customers like they are at home. I always feel so welcome coming into the office. If you are looking for a storage unit this is a reasonable and clean location. They also will work with you on the payment. I was late on paying and I had a grace period to pay which helped me out a lot. Thank you for all your support life storage.

This storage experience has been perfect. They have essential supplies (and dolly) available in the office. The staff (Vanessa, David) are extremely helpful, manager Cathy is outstanding. Ive been frequenting the storage longer than I planned and they have been completely accommodating about ways to store when my home sold. On a hot day, they offer cold water. I have been here at this storage for 7 years its name has been changed 3 times but the one constant has been the manager Kathy. She has always been there for me and always willing to help and switch my storage when needed. Setting up a new unit was easy. I think the guy that helped me was named Dave. He sure was helpful and easy to work with. The facility is very clean and our unit was spotless when we first opened it up.

This place is a joke Im currently not mobile so when I come to storage I have to stay there extended times . On the 2nd day I was yelled at about being on the property too long. Kathy Partridge the manager accused me of trying to sleep there.mrs.Partridge even had another tennent try to intimidate me.trying to imply he was an employee. Totally unprofessional..many related to storage get met with blank eyes .one night right before closing she tried to lock me in. She also credited my payment to another account the woman has issues and needs to retire

Great place that meets all your storage needs. Helpful, friendly, accommodating staff that are a pleasure to deal with! I’ve used this storage facility two different times, for years at a time. There were never any rodent or insect problems and my stuff was well preserved. Would recommend this location to anybody!

The staff here, especially Cathy is AMAZING!She has been consistently warm, professional & very helpful over the years that Ive been storing my things here. On more than one occasion, staff members have brought me cold bottled water on blistering hot days. Their kindness & thoughtfulness is unmatched. This site is clean and secure. Years ago this facility used to host an annual garage sale for the tenants which were really great. Hopefully the new management will bring that back.

Life storage was such a pleasure to work with. They had great pricing, I always felt safe when I needed to go by myself, and they were so easy to work with! When my husband and I moved our things out and we had vacated the storage unit, he had forgotten to take the lock off. I called the office, spoke to Vanessa at the front desk and she and her manager gave us so much grace and waived the fee. Such great customer service!! It’s very hard to find a business who genuinely cares about their customers. We will absolutely be using this company in the future if we ever need to store our things!

Ive been renting from this storage facility for a little over 2 years now and the staff here is amazing...especially Kathy! They always go out of their way to help me out. Facility is nice but I had a poor customer service experience. Twice I set up with autopay for my rent and twice it didnt work for some reason. Twice I paid the late fee. On the 3rd attempt to enroll in autopay I was told I should come to the store since I wasnt able to get it to work online. Its very shady to tell a customer they are on autopay and then charge them a late fee when they arent actually set up. I have plenty of money and willing and able to pay on time. I was willing to come down and set it up autopay in the store but asked them to waive the third late fee since it was there system that was messing up with no notification to me that the autopay wasnt working. They refused. They would rather lose a customer. Oh well, not the only facility around.

Reasonable price and your possessions will be safe. I would no use anybody else.
