They went above and beyond!!! Repaired the back window that had been shattered of my jeep liberty AND cleaned the glass out of the back of the truck!!! I went to clean it up and it was gone!!! I was amazed!!! Great service....would highly recommend!!!!

Took a week for an estimate, supposed to take 2 weeks to order glass, then 5 weeks to get approved for window replacement. Used mobile glass. Called them on Tuesday, had glass installed 2 days later.

Would give them 20 stars the employees were very friendly and professional. Had two windshields replaced on my freightliner. They started on my truck as soon as I got it where they wanted it. Definitely was very impressed with there work. Not that I want to have to have windshields replaced. But if I do they will be the goto people to have it done.👍

I had a windshield replaced in my 2014 Chevy Impala LTZ the car is like brand new in and out. They get me in through my insurance company at 8 AM on Tuesday the 21st of July. I get there few minutes late due to traffic. Alisa checks me in, takes her pictures inside and out and she knew I was waiting and so I went for a walk around the city in the hot heat. Oh the best part is she then tells me that my windshield needs to be recalabraded, which I did not know at all prior to this and the car is not to be driven due to safety reasons because of the options I have. I finally come back at 10:45 she said oh we took it in late because we thought you were just dropping off. Even though I was waiting even says it on my paperwork. To me if you have an appointment you try to get a customer done when scheduled. Regardless if drop off or wait. Around 12:00 PM. I look at the car and I seen first off a large tear inside my dash and questioned her on it. She first said oh it was there, and they told her of that and she took a picture, but yet she never told me at all about it. She tried to cover it, I showed her pictures of my car just the day before and showed no damage in the dash. She said she would look into right away and call me immediately. Even though she tried to cover it up. Well hours go by, I call the owner and leave a message, then I call Alisa back I inform her that I had my car looked at and the shop confirmed that the dash was damaged due to the saw they use to cut the windshield out. She then tells me to hold and a Kevin speaks to me and tells me they will pay for the repair and even ordered the dash for me to be replaced and there collision center will do it the same day. But I should not have to endure what I did. Then the car was a mess inside and out. This has been a nightmare of an experience, you trust these people with your car, and this is what they do. I have more money out of pocket for this nightmare then ever, I should of went to GM and had my insurance pay me back, this will never ever happen to me again, I will NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING. The guy who did my car should be fired for what he did. This is totally uncalled for. Beware of this place if you have a new car that you love and take care of, because they will destroy it. Now I have to spend money for a rental over all this. Please people beware.

Quoted twice for a rear seal on my windshield for $50. When I got there they told me the price was 150. After that they broke my windshield and wouldnt release the truck until I paid 275 for the new windshield. Call Safelite they they quoted me 168.00 forr new everything and lifetime warranty for and chips cracks anything. And then the Mesko mechanic tried to tell me that it wasnt my windshield that is leaking its the roof racks which are not leaking because they were taken off and resealed last last week. And tested thoroughly. Which is when the windshield leak was confirmed. The mechanic who supposedly said my roof racks for his leaking never even looked at my truck cuz I was there the whole time. I have a body shop and I do body work and we use Mesko a lot I will never use Mesko again and I will never refer another customer to Mesko Glass for anything.
