I have been going there for 8 years. Performance is poor. Left the cap off my oil.oil went all over engine. Had my vehicle for one month and 2 weeks for repairs. Had to keep calling and sometimes they didnt answer phone kept ringing.

Nice dealership, clean they make you feel comfortable and very easy going.

The staff here are cheerful and honest . They are concerned with your concerns of what is your issues are or maybe. Will always return for the most respectful and honest care of my car. Exceptionall and very qualified mechanics. Highly recommend

Terrible, 2 times through and the check engine light is still coming on.. both times we were charged and both times it was something different.

We had a 9am appointment on a Wednesday morning. Our car didnt get looked at until 3 days latet!!! Whats the point of an appointment. I would highly recommend a different certified Chevrolet shop.

They were so quick and efficient. I had to bring my two kids with me. Their facilities were clean and the waiting room was spacious and had places to plug in your phone and other electronics to entertain the kids. It was definitely very easy to get in and out. Only complaint is the gps takes you to the Sales building not the service building.

Had car inspected and oil change. When placing my inspection stickers they cracked my dashboard. Went back to them, told me the heat from the sun cracked it. Will ever go back there and will not recommend them anymore.

This place sucks dont take your vehicle here it took them 5 hours to change my oil and a tire rotation yet with a scheduled appointment

They do have a large amount of new and used cars. Including the leftovers from last year, which are at a reduced price. Not much room for parking at all. The salespeople remind me of salespeople. Bought used 2005 Chevy pick up certified pre-owned radiator leak numerous times brake lines blew apart service engine light kept coming on theyre certified pre-owned is a coat of paint or rust and a wax job I would never buy anything

Manager lied about fixing my truck to get me out the door. Was extremely worried when I told him I was calling channel 16 news to report what kind of scam he is running. The last time I picked up my truck he asked me if I was still calling channel 16. They lie to get you out the door and then its your problem! Do not use there service unless you want to get screwed.

This was my second trip to Valley Chevrolet service department for the same reason in one week. They assured me that everything has been taken care of after the second trip and that I should have no issues. I have not even had the truck back 24 hours and my check engine light is already on again. I will be taking the truck back to Valley Chevrolet service department again tomorrow morning first thing after I get off work. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
