We love our new carpet! We needed our our outdoor carpet installed before a party, and Giant Floor came out quickly to do so! Great customer service, great prices, and super nice! The job was done quickly. We would definitely recommend them!

Called to set up an appointment to put vinyl planking in our house and also came in to look for remnants. I spoke with Bruce and he was amazing. Looking forward to working with them.

Horrible communication. Misleading quotes. And when installation day finally came, our installers showed up 2 hours late, took a smoke break after a half hour (scattering cigarette butts all over my brand new carpet rolls), and came back from their lunch break so high they could barely stand up straight and threw up all over my front yard. Save yourself the trouble and go literally ANYWHERE else.

Updating my REVIEW from about 5 months ago which at the time was a 1 star.The reason being for the 5 stars now is because Alice has been giving us excellent customer service and has been on top of things since I had made the review on day one. She has gone above beyond helping us with a situation from the previous contractor that made a huge mistake.Tim, the guy who is contracted through them, did an excellent job on laying down our new floor on the first level. Installed but a problem that they don’t want to fix. A 10 minute job to fix but they could care less.

Let me start by saying I was in a big box store looking for something other than flooring, I saw sheet vinyl I liked, and asked for a quote/estimate with installation by this large chain store. I had my parents drive 22miles to my home to wait for the estimate and “the guy” never showed until the day after he was scheduled. Then my estimate was over $2600 for a $319 sheet of vinyl installed. No. Way!I don’t know why we didn’t go to Giant floor first.We had a really good experience with them in the past when they installed flooring in another home, and I can’t believe I wasted my time with HD or L. I told the salesman, Kevin, the most I was willing to pay. He came to my home on his day off to measure, and he helped me find something within my price point. And by “within my price point” I mean he found me better flooring than I ever expected to get! It was beyond my price point but Giant bought more than they needed for a job and I reaped the benefits of their ability to negotiate the price. Within one week, we visited the store, my home was measured and it was professionally installed by a gentleman named Mark.Thank you!

Just has 3 rooms of carpet installed in a rental unit of mine and the store experience buying the material and price was fine but when it came to the installation team what a disaster. There installer GARY came with some young kid, Gave had a attitude right from that start saying is was to cold to be working today, well it was 6 degrees at 9am but whatever, he then said it was to cold in the building to install the carpet ? well it was 60 inside I was not previously told it had to be a certain temperature. Anyway before I could even tell him I could get it heated with 20-30 minutes he started flipping out, yelling and screaming what BullS..T this was and then the young kid actually threatened me with physical violence because I told the crew to just leave, I could clearly smell alcohol on young guys breath and I would bet Gary was on drugs or something as well from the looks of him. I have a very nice video of that is anyone wants to see it, very disturbing at the very least that Giant Floor would hire and allow guys like this into a customers home. Anyway they did send a different crew the next day to do the install but it ended up delaying my painting crew for 2 days, costing me over $300 in additional labor cost and even though the 2nd buy Ed was very nice and professional I must say I am still VERY disappointed with how Giant Floor handled the 2nd crew because they send 2 guys with Ed being in his mid 70s and Ed left the one guy there to do all the tack strips and padding and then he left and Ed did the cutting and instal which did come out fine but ended up taking 9-1/2 hours to do 3 rooms totaling just 500 sq / ft which wasted my entire day and once again pushed me behind with the painting crew costing me money again. The ONLY time I will recommend Giant Floor to do any type of work is when I really really do not like the person I am recommending them to. Otherwise my advice to the general public is stay away at ALL possible costs and for sure make sure if you do deal with then you make it clear you do NOT want GARY as the installer.

My wife and I were very disappointed with the service we received this evening (6/26). We have done all of our carpet and flooring business with Giant in the past and have been very satisfied customers. The gentleman my wife spoke to was less than helpful. She gave him the dimensions and he proceeded to give her a hard time saying they cannot custom cut outdoor carpet to our measurements, didn’t want to sell us an entire roll because we would be complaining about the waste from cutting it out ourselves. He was abrasive and was not friendly to deal with at all. My wife said he seemed to become frustrated and then just told her we don’t have the selection or anything you will want. When my wife mentioned we had been past customers and wanted to give them our business and would look to other businesses, he told fine and goodbye. My wife went to another local store who walked her through what we were looking for and provided us an outdoor carpet. We will seriously consider not doing business with them again.

Great prices and customer service is always helpful

Very disappointed in the vinyl plank I was recommended. For 20mil wear layer it wears like 3mil. Kitchen chairs have it scratched terribly a week later.

The worst customer service Ive experienced in recent memory. I was in the store 35 minutes and not one person asked if I needed help, had questions, or even said hello. They were more worried about the bird in the cage than making a sale. Very disappointing

Worst dealing I have had with a local business in many years. They have a installation crew for carpeting that is rude, disrespectful, and scary.
