Always a pleasant atmosphere when I go the staff is always friendly n always willing to help you with what you came looking for.

Decent store but keep in mind that its mall store so space is limited and they can only carry but so many items, so they can sell out very quickly

This store is one of the better ones to visit because they see always on the ball and very helpful with finding what we want and what we need, you wont go wrong at this location and of you do go wrong its not on them !!

If I can give this store a zero, I would. I always shop here for shoes for the family,however today ( Black Friday) changed my mind permanently. Went for shoes for my daughter( bday present), walked in and the store stunk like weed. We couldnt handle the smell, and we were not the only customers complaining,so we left. We went back, and it smelled like pot again, but my daughter really wanted shoes, so she picked a pair, but they were big. A guy came over to assist getting her the right size, and disappeared for 25 minutes. I was getting angry, meanwhile people were still complaining of the weed smell. The manager heard me complain of the weed smell and that the worker was making us wait so long, but she did nothing. Finally, he shows up to inform me they dont have the size, and he smelled SOOO bad of weed.So, instead of helping me, he choose to take a break and get high. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Please fire him !!! When is weed more important, than a customer?. None the less, we went elsewhere and she got (2) pairs of expensive shoes- from the competition.Never again will I step foot in this store. We arent talking about one person, we are talking about an entire family that did shop there for our shoes.

Bring lots of money! You will want to buy everything and the staff is great.

The Store opens at 10am I Called At 10:01am to confirm if they had a specific sneaker and size,was told yes We do have them By the sales rep Joselin.out of excitement I asked again for verification on the size needed,was told Yes!.in Response to her confirmations i had let her know that I was on my way, took me approximately 45 minutes to an hour to get their,when I arrived i made it clear that I was the one who called on behalf of the sneaker and size That was garunteed in stock.,sadly in a unprofessional way I was told they didnt have nomore they just sold the last 2 pairs to the customers who stood out side waiting for the store to open which didnt add up because I called at 10:01am during opening.,as I stood their thinking this must be some kind of prank, joseline who at that moment stated we dont hold retros(not even for an hr at least) gave very poor customer service and satisfaction on top of having me come out my way to be disappointed,I wasnt informed on when more will be In stock,wasnt offered any online shipping,not even an apology was givenFor such inconvenience,just careless attitude and vibes towards the situation so I went right next door to finish line hoping they had what I was looking for and they did but not in my size however,immediately I was offered additional service like next day shipping,A delivery at my doorand a heads up on a soon to be released sneaker similar to the one I was going for, was also told by the sales rep in finish line that they do fairly holds for customers up to 24hrs!,To avoid what I experienced at this champs, i ended up paying $30 more with the next day shipping service but it was worth it, the rep made me feel better unlike joseline at champs so at least now Im getting fresher sneakers instead of the last remains ppl tried on left and right
