Been stopping around a lot of local ranges and gun shops on my truck route and this place is one of the best. Great staff, super clean and safe range with safety officers. Best range in the Scranton / Wilkes-Barre area. Highly recommend if the weather is bad and you want to shoot indoors in a safe clean place with real safety.

Welcoming aesthetic, and welcoming staff. They will go to great heights to ensure your experience is positive! Mike, especially, is incredibly friendly and accommodating. He very patiently helped me install all of my AR furniture and attachments. Great number of lanes (almost 20) and large target selection. Rental case has the essentials as well.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that can point you in the right direction to what your personal needs are. Its nice having something this nice, so close to me. As a side note, they also support local artists by putting their artwork up for sale.

This place is great. The employees were very nice. The place was very clean. I will definitely go back there to practice shooting my guns and buy accessories.

I was there today with others and we were very impressed beginning from walking up to the door and being greeted and throughout our stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant and we were explained our options. We watched a 3 minute safely video and were then allowed to use the range. Pistols and rifles are allowed and there seems to be plenty of lanes for all- no waiting. They have option to take classes (my wife took one on the spot) and to rent weapons and a nice shopping area which I need to check out next time. The safety is maintained by patient and helpful people. The targets are electronically controlled at half-yard intervals.I am so glad there is an indoor affordable range in the neighborhood that I am sure to return to and recommend.

Great range!!! Staff is super friendly. Lots of training classes are offered every month and just about every day. I loved The Cabin Armory so much that I joined as a member. Weekends are super busy, during the week not as much. I like getting there right after they open. Prices on ammunition are reasonable. Handgun and rifle rental prices are reasonable as well.

A great place that I can try different types of firearms! The equipment is well-prepared. Since it my first time to use guns here, I think the mandatory video education and the safety stuffs helped me a lot. I can rent guns and purchase ammo to practice even if I dont have a gun on my own or hold a firearm certificate. Most important is that the price is quite fair and affordable. I will go there again if I have a longer vacation.😁

Went here on a whim with my 13yr old daughter, whom had never shot a firearm before. The staff was very friendly and and had us on the range (safely) having blast in no time. We rented everything we needed to go shooting for an hr for around $55, i thought that was fair and we had such a good time. I asked if she had a good time and if shed like to come again, She said OH YEAH!

My first time here - I came with my A GIRL AND A GUN womens shooting league sisters. Very impressive. Nice set up. Range was awesome very easy to use. Staff were all very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They offer youth shooting events - my boys will enjoy that.Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

This place is clean, the people friendly and very helpful. We used to go to an outside gun range, but OMG it has been to cold to continue to do so. So when we found this gun range we said bet. Its on and popping. We can get our shooting on. The attendants are very knowledgeable, and will help and advise you. They also have a restaurant, I believe a gun repair shop and a full gun shop where you can buy real live guns, ammunition, targets for target practice, accessories, ample parking, bathroom facilities, video training. ITS AWESOME, AND GREAT WAY TO RELIEVE SOME STRESS!!! I highly recommend it.

I went to buy some magazines for an ar, a scope, mounts, and a pistols. When I walked past their desk and onto their showroom, it was as if I didnt exist. The guy was so focused on the customer in front of him. From what I gathered the customer was trying to sell him guns and they were not on the same page on the price. I grabbed what I needed and stood behind the customer. Still not even so much as a hello. After 20 min of waiting for any sign I wasnt a ghost along with the other several people in the room with me. Like the rest of the others I left. I might give it another chance, but that is highly unlikely. I assume it is firstly a range, but if you neglect a part of you business that much then it should only be a range.

Visited The Cabin for the first time yesterday. We all loved it, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The building is clean and spacious and very Safety orientated. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming with good information to assist new shooters and they have lots of rental equip for those without their own or to try before buying something new. All around enjoyable afternoon.

Great indoor range and shop the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Safe and welcoming environment for any gun owner. They have great prices on ammo and you can rent different firearms to use on their range, there is also a Cafe located inside the shop. I definitely recommend stopping in to check this place out if you havent already.

The first couple visits were good and the staff was friendly. However, when I actually made a purchase the staff that was there were goofing around and make comments between one another while I was trying to make a purchase. There was nothing professional bout these employees. Before my transaction was even finished the employee helping me started helping someone else and pretty much pushed me aside. I still had a couple questions to ask yet, but that didnt matter. Will never take my business back there and will go where its appreciated.

This by far the best range I have ever been to. Staff is great the building is beautiful. If you need assistance with a jam or arent sure about something staff are right there in the range to help. From beginner to pro this is the place to go.

I was only there for 20 minutes and blew $65... Staff was also quite rude and also tried to force me to buy crappy ammo. Needless to say Ill never be returning. Theres an awesome outdoor range on the game lands on 29. Its free and your brain doesnt rattle from the procussion of the guy next to you rapid firing his AR.

This is the premier gun shop in the whole valley!!! Incredible! The place looks and feels so cool when you walk in the door. The best part is they beat everyone with their prices. Get this, the ammo prices are lower than WAL-MART!!!! If you dont want to buy it there (which is crazy based on price and it actually good quality stuff) you can bring your own as long as it is factory ammo. Personally I think that is awesome since no one allows this and I have been to indoor ranges in big cities that require you to buy theirs and only theirs (often frangible ammo only). They do not allow hand loads/ reloads which I strongly agree with. No offense to those who do but I dont want a poorly or improperly loaded round exploding inches away from my head. I also dont want to hear +p++++++++++ ammo going off next to me. All in all this place has it right; customer service, low prices, convienet open times, and most of all KNOWLEDGE! Go there and you will be hooked.

Quite disappointed with the customer service and professionalism of this shop. Ive been here three times over the past month-and-a-half or so. Im trying to become a responsible CCW holder after turning 21. The first visit, I did have to wait a few minutes before really being acknowledged. I made some inquires and decided to sign up for Handgun 101. I will say that Patrice was an excellent as an instructor and showed me what I need ed to know to do some basic handgun shooting, and the content and instruction of the class itself is solid. At the end of the class, however, my range time was cut about 10 minutes short due to a burning trash can or something outside. While I did receive and apology, I wasnt offered any range time to compensate for their issue. Regardless, she mentioned that I should come back to shoot 9mm, as that is what Im intending on carrying. I asked to be notified in some way of the next 9mm Test Drive, since it wasnt scheduled yet (only a few weeks out) which I found came and went with no contact from the staff. I was told that I should have checked Facebook, but then again I didnt think Id need to since someone wrote down my contact info to tell me when it was happening and, well, I dont think I should be forced to go on a site that I dont typically use to give my money to a company. So I went in today to try to rent the two handguns Im deciding between, of which they only have older generations that are markedly different anyway, and was told that I wasnt allowed to shoot. Apparently, if I had brought my own gun, it would have been fine. But try to make an informed choice on a firearm before buying, on the advice of an instructor, even after completing a class? Forget it, I guess. The desk attendant told me some special people get notes in their profile to say its ok for them to shoot after completing a class and I wasnt lucky enough for that note to be made. Of course, this was news to me since I was told to come back and do exactly what I tried to do today. Well, its not as if they had any major-name 9mm double stack compacts since July, anyway. And certainly not a reasonably priced one. Both instructors, conveniently, are on vacation for a about a week. I really tried to like you guys.

Went Saturday afternoon friendly reception from moment stepped in had my 15 year old and 12 year old was advised what type handgun to start out with nice lady who worked there showed them proper handling and stance very encouraging CANT wait to go back

Far too expensive to go often with my son. $27 for an hour is crazy. $300/year is also a bit steep and I would need two for us. Its fun maybe once per month but not all the time. They need a three month winter pass out let me bring my son for that $300/year.

I believe that they may be selling food and drinx soon also... We have needed an indoor range for a long time especially one that will teach women to defend themselves and this is the place to go . conveniently located right behind plastic surgical Associates near the Woodlands and the hours are extensive so its easy to go after work

I had an amazing experience at the cabin. The range is great and modern, they also offer try before you buy on a ton of different types and brands of firearms. They have the cheapest ammo prices in the area ($14 for 50rds of .45 ACP). The pro shop offers any items you could need/want. And the staff is the best part. The staff are all so pleasant and polite, and are willing to help you with anything you may need or want. If you are the least bit interested in shooting (whether you own your own gun or just want to rent one of theirs) go down to the cabin and check them out. You wont be dissappointed!

The range was clean, safe and convenient, the shop they have had a limited stock of pistols and rifles, the orices seemed fair though, will definetly go back again to shoot.

Upsides - Friendly staff, clean range, been there multiple times. Downsides - seems like no air con in range area, website says range rated for 50 cal. When I was told nothing over 308. Thier 9mm luger range ammo is horrible, its very poorly reloaded with mismatched headstamp brass. Multiple fail to fire, stove pipes, hot loads mixed with squibs. Even had 1 projectile fail to leave the barrel. This is all in 5 different handguns that have never had any issues with even cheap steel case ammo. So bring your own ammo or risk having a catastrophic failure with them blaming your gun.

Great indoor firing range that allows you to enjoy firing at your pace. I showed up with all of my own equipment and after watching a short video I was on the range firing away.
