I ordered gloves online and received the confirmation email they have arrived. It took 3 days for me to get to the store and I was told after 2 days, they send online items back and refund the item. Its been a week and no item, no refund. I will check again today and take it further if theyre still not found.Do not order online and ship to this store. Even though the shipping fee to your home is $5. Not worth the hassle.Edit: they found my gloves when I returned. Upped my review to 3 stars. Not a bad place and nice employees, otherwise.

I have multiple pets. I also go shopping here for my rabbit supplies. I use the Mana Pro rabbit food and the staff always helps me get the 50 pound bags from the back. When I go into this store it is always clean and there is always a staff member on the floor. Even if you dont need help they will ask if you are finding everything ok. I have been here multiple times and will continue going to this store for my pets needs. The staff members on the floor take time out of their busy day to have a conversation with you and I love that.

Came here to buy work boots. Got a good pair that were about 20 bux cheaper than ticketed due to a sale. Super awesome. They also had onsite baby chicks and ducks that were so adorable but they do not allow you to hold or pet them for liability reasons. But it was overall a nice visti. The staff were all very friendly and the young lady cleaning and feeding the chicks was very knowledgeable about them as well as very polite. We will stop here again should have a need again when we blow thru town next.

Loved the curbside pickup. Ordering was easy, thestore was helpful because an item was out of stock, received a message when the order was ready, responded to the message when I arrived....and out they came and loaded the items into my SUV. Highly recommend.

HELLO TO TRACTOR SUPPLY STORES, MY RECENT VISIT TO TSC WAS HORRIBLE. IT WAS IN THE DUNDEE STORE IN NANTICOKE PA. THIS WAS AT 5:00 ON SUNDAY 12/20/2020. YOU HAD ONE REGESTER OPEN WHITH A LINE DOWN THE ISLE. PEOPLE WERE COMPLAINING OUT LOUD. AS I WAS SHOPPING I PASSED BY THE STOCK ROOM AND SAW THREE PEOPLE IN THE BACK DOING NOTHING. WHEN I WENT TO CHECK OUT THEY FINALLY GOT ANOTHER PERSON AT THE CHECK-OUT .HE WAS FROM NEW YORK, HE MADE IT CLEAR, BEGAN TO SWEAR AND DROP THE F## BOMB. TO ME THIS IS NOT COOL, OR A WAY TO RUN A BUISNESS!! I WENT TO NANTICOKE BECAUSE I WAS IN A BIND AND WAS IN THE AREA.I ALWAYS SHOP AT THE TUNK TSC. THEY ARE A CLASS ACT. Convenient place to get gardening supplies.

I love Tractor Supply. They have great products and I love the prices. I mainly go in to this store for Rabbit supplies. They have many varieties for foods, and hay, toys and cleaning supplies. I especially love that they also offer medications for home. My partner and I purchase the medications for the cats we have if they get sick. Saves money especially if your comfortable enough to administer the medication yourself to an animal. But, when your an animal lover, we do what we have to to make sure our pets are safe and taken care of. :) Great store!

If you have a need for seed and feed, livestock necessities or electric fencing, the Tractor Supply Company is the best place to find it. The pricing is very competitive and sales pricing is more than reasonable. The staff go out of their way to see that you find everything you need. Bring the kids because there are plenty of toys to keep them happy while you take care of your farm and garden requirements.

I ordered a flag online. Within a couple of days I received an email that it had shipped. I then received an email that it was ready forpickup. Today I went to the store around 5; signs at the door indicated vets were giving pets shots from 5-7. So the store was busy with lots of people bringing their dogs in. At the customer service desk Logan brought me the flag I ordered. He was efficient, kind and professional. I will definitely shop online at TSC again.

Best place to get bird seed at a decent price. I usually get my cat food and litter here when theres a sale. The gardening tools are also fairly durable given the generic brand and price. I would recommend giving it a try, especially when the chicks and ducks come in. 🐣🦆

I come here to get my pets vaccines to do at home, and theres always someone willing to help. Lines move quickly and its always clean. Staff has always been friendly.

I was pretty happy with the store as far as cleanliness and ease of locating items. When I asked an employee where a particular product was he knew exactly where to find it and showed me by taking me to the location himself. The reason I only have 3 stars is because I was looking at the knives and the inventory was sparse. There were knives I was interested in buying that werent available. The other reason is upon check out the employee asked if I had was in the neighbors club, which after checking 2 out of the 3 possible numbers said forget it and continued on. When I asked him to sign me up he got annoyed and rolled his at at me in the direction of the customer standing behind me. I was embarrassed and aggravated he did that. I am a paying customer too. I matter too. An employee that gets annoyed by a customer just because he is asked to do his job probably needs some training in customer service.

I like this store. Its always clean and logically organized. Its a unique collection of items from dog food & toys to cowboy boots. The prices are reasonable in my opinion. This is probably the only store where can I just look around if they dont have what I need. I am not a person who goes shopping to fill my time. You can take your pet, leashed, in with you, Ive seen dogs. The people that work there have always been nice too which, is also a plus!

Very friendly staff, everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and genuine. Large variety of items. Limited variety of childrens western boots. They offered to help me look online. Pleasant experience. Will not hesitate to return in the future.

How can you not like this place. A little bit of everything and great employees that are always helpful and friendly. Prices are competitive with bigger less personal stores. Tucked away off the main road, its easy and convenient to get to without the craziness of a high traffic area.

Had to return a pressure washer that had a component fail on it and because I purchased the one-year warranty it was absolutely painless.

Nice, clean store. Interesting inventory. They usually dont have anything that I need though. I wish they would carry simple things as well like clothes pins and door knobs.

Im not pleased with the service I received here. I went in with the part I was looking for. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me. When I did find, what I think was the supervisor on duty, I asked for help. Showed him the filter. He directed me to the correct corner. I waited for over 15mins, but he never came to help. I went to look for him & couldnt even find anyone. Except the cashier. Who was very sweet. If it wasnt the only place close to me, Id never go back. Thank god the filter I bought worked.

I really like this place. You can get a lot of things here that you normally would have to go to Lowes or Home Depot for. The cashiers are right in front of you when you enter the store, and they know exactly where everything is. Saves lots of time and money.

It took me a min to find an associate. After it was clear what I needed, (I had my old air filter w/me)I was told to go to the Mower area & wait & he or another associate would come & help me. I waited & I waited.....I was looking around myself the whole time, completely confused. I found 1 that looked close. There wasnt alot of stock & it was a bit dis organized. Not easily shopable. I couldnt afford to spend the money on the wrong part. I needed help & I was left there. The pleasant cashier did assure me I could return it, if it didnt fit. I was lucky it did work in my mower. I was a retail Manager/Buyer/ Merchandiser for 20 yrs. This was very poor service. Theyre lucky theyre the only store for this merch in this area. The cashier was really sweet & gave perfect service.

The manager and Brandon saved the day!! A leaf spring broken on my trailer right as I left the valley, thankfully I made it to the store. We rolled in well before they opened, they were kind enough to let me in early and get what I needed to get back on the road. They had everything i needed in stock, couldve been a nightmare but was back on the road in about an hour, outstanding service!

I purchased pet vaccines. Good staff. I ordered online to pick up in store. Quick and easy. Have not had a negative experience.

I took my cat here for the shot clinic they had going on. There were about 5 employees of the clinic and they were doing everything to make sure the line very large line kept moving quite successfully. While you are still in line two employees came with tablets person one verified info making sure they had a record of your pet. Person two put a little more info into that record and made sure all your questions about the services were answered. They kept a list of names so even if you had a dog getting nervous and barking you could step to a less full aisle with your pet and they would come get you in the order you arrived. Once in the back employee 3 gave you the paper records and explained any final things while employee four and five administered shots. They worked as a well oiled machine and were very polite and helpful!

The closest thing youll find to a small town hardware store after the Big Boxes killed them all. Many times I can spend half an hour versus 2 driving, shopping, and back at TSC to get what I wanted from Lowes or Home Depot. Just as often though Im headed to this store for something I cant get at one of the bigger stores. Walmart doesnt have organic quail food or much of anything else somehow! The low cost canine vaccines at the store are a big win for my family. Love this store.
