We purchased our pool in May. Paid in full. Waited a few weeks knowing they were busy. They delivered the pool supplies at the end of June. Which are now still sitting there in the yard ruining the grass. Then they outsourced a excavator. Who dug down deeper than the pool installers said needed to be done. He came and right off the bat tried telling us things were going cost more money due to rock and being uneven. We had all the supplies in the yard he needed. Fill, tamper etc. He said he had to come back with a different machine and could use our stuff but it will be an additional $400/500 dollars. So we ended up leveling it ourselves. Now waiting for the installer to come. 8 weeks now. Absolutely crazy. I called the store manager. She couldnt get back to me. Dorothy said it would be set up and done by the beginning of July. Dave in the warehouse says he doesnt know what their schedule is. My next step is calling the attorney generals office to report the bad business practices and services of this company. We did not order a pool in May to be able to use at the end of the summer.Its Miss not Mr. I understand the Covid issues however most of the counties have been in the green since the middle of June. I think the new norm is blame Covid for not providing good customer service. Outside work does not have the same guidelines as if your working in an office. Also according to Dorothy they didnt have much above ground pools left they were almost sold out and that was in May. The installers that came out to check after the excavator said he did not need to go down that deep and we could have raised it instead of digging down. We were filling it in at the time they came and they said what we were doing was good. They only need two inches. As you can see from our leveling job the ground did not need to be excavated 5-7 inches down. It just needed to be level. The excavator also left us a mound of dirt we have to remove, when when we asked him to move it to the other lot for us, he of course had to come back with a bigger machine and it would cost more. We had to refill in 3-4 inches what he took out. And level it ourselves.Right after I wrote the initial review we were called and told the pool would be installed the next day. However its now 11:30 the next day and the pool man said its hot, the guys feel like they are going to pass out, we can make it tomorrow. We said so we ordered the water the next day because you said youd be here today, do we need to cancel it? He said he will try to be there by 1pm, we shall see. This is seasonal work, pool installation is only done in the summer and spring. yes its hot in the summer, no surprise there.Pool installers did not finish on the day they came out. Coming back again.

I always know they will have the answer to all my pool and spa problems.We have been dealing with them since they installed our inground pool over 5O years ago. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Horrible. Contacted this so called pool company 3 times to have them replace my in ground pool liner. Every time, I was asked by the receptionist to leave my number and someone would return my call shortly. Never received a call. Guess they do not care about having jobs to do. I wonder if the olympic franchise knows they are lazy.

We had decided on Olympic because we thought the quality was exceptional, from day one till the end ... every person we dealt with from sales to installation to services was professional and did a great job, would highly recommend this Company .. Despite 2020 thank you all... it looks Amazing!!!!

I don’t have an Olympic Pool, but always recommend them! I use them for supplies and to service my pool. Always great customer service at the store and from the maintenance crew that comes out for service. They have been assisting me now with an issue and I know they will get it resolved. Love the lady who answers the phone at the service center, always polite and honest!

We decided to start price shopping for a pool. I went to two other pool companies before this location today. Each place was able to provide me with a quote for the sizes I was looking for. When I sat down with a salesman and told him I was looking to get quotes on three separate sizes an 18, 21 and a 24, the saleman actually told me, I only give one quote. I told my husband lets go! What company only gives you one quote? That is the dumbest business practice that I have ever heard of in my life. As a consumer I should get to decide what prices work for me based on what I am getting. I will spend my money elsewhere with a company that can quote me on all sizes I am interested in! On a side note, he asked me what other companies I received a quote from and proceeded to bad mouth their product and basically told me they lied about their product. I went back to that other company and verified all of their information. I have no idea how Olympic has good reviews! If you want a professional and extremely knowledge company, there is a pool company 5 mins away that really goes above and beyond to educate their customers!

My pool was delivered a few weeks ago. The delivery men forgot to leave the liner. My husband had to drive 30 minutes to the store to pick up the liner. While he was driving home, the salesman called him informing him he gave my husband the wrong liner. Another trip back to the store. (Keep in mind the delivery charge wasnt cheap!) Inconvenient & a waste of time.My next issue (what upsets me the most) is that one of the men that came out to install the pool was completely unprofessional! He urinated in my yard while my young kids were out playing. He smoked the entire time, even while handling the liner. I found cigarette butts all around the perimeter of the pool!I called the office the next morning to express how displeased I was. The man I spoke to offered to have the man come out to clean up the butts! Really?? Why would I want that man at my residence again?! Olympic Pools should be ashamed of this situation. This man clearly disrespected me, my family, and my property!!

Mike S. was awesome!! I desperately needed top rails for a Cornelieus Solex pool. The manufacturer was bought out by a Canadian company which is next to impossible to try to deal with. I called 8 different pool stores and no other place even wanted to try to help me get these parts! It took a couple weeks and several phone calls but in the end he was able to secure everything I needed plus had it shipped to my house (I live 1hr. & 15 minutes away from this store). Thanks for not giving up on me Mike - you really delivered. Customer service like yours is hard to come by these days. I hope your store knows how great you are. Thanks again.
