BEWARE although it is closing and there are discount prices, make sure cashier applies correct coupon codes to your orders. Also the sign may say ___ is 50% off but it seems theyve already applied that discount to the item so dont think youll be getting %50 off from what you see on the tag price. Complete ripoff store to the very end. Thank goodness its closing so we can all save money.

It was once a acme super-saver back in the 1970s & the 1980s im glad that office-max & copy-max is continuing the legacy of acme-markets inc.

Dropped of items to be copied, first the associate who was to be in the copy location was absent, I was advised to come back at noon and someone would be coming in, the person who was working the checkout proceeded to tell me how bad it is to work there and bash their manager and fellow associated repeatedly. I came back at noon person to do copies was there, I was advised my drop off would be done and ready to pick up the next day. I arrived the next day to find out my order was not even touched, the person then promised me it would be done within an hour. Several hours later and no phone call or email went back to get items only to find out that they were done incorrectly and missing pages. I used to love coming here for service, never again. I am done.

Walked in today looking for a desk and we were looking around a good 20 minutes. Not one employee paid attention to us. Most everything was dusty or fingerprinted up. I got the impression they dont care. Not a great experience. Not the worse place either but still giving 3 stars.

Id like to give this OfficeMax location zero stars.I have shopped in this store a number of times, and Ive ordered online for in-store pickup a few times. Even when checkout lines are short, the process takes too long. Employees, including management, always act bothered when approached with questions. Responses are curt, rude, and often unhelpful. Waiting for in-store pickup here always seems to take longer than it would to walk to the shelves and personally select the items, then complete the normal checkout process.I do not patronize this store any longer. It isnt worth the frustration and wasted time.

I couldnt believe how horrible my printing experience was here today. I stayed up till 4 am last night working to get my files ready that I needed printed in a rush today - then emailed them to Office Max. I called Office Max twice to ensure everything was good to go and they assured me that it was and that it would only take a few moments to print. I drive down there and they have huge white streaks going through the black and white prints and tell me there is nothing they can do. So now I have to figure out how to get them printed somewhere else by the end of the day. They then assured me that the color printer was fine and the 2 color prints I needed would be no big deal. I stood there for over an hour and a half while they tried to print two pages. When they finally got them, they were discolored and had huge green streaks going through them. When I pointed that out to the lady, she sighed, rolled her eyes and walked out the door because I guess her shift was over. I was so frustrated I literally wanted to cry.So I called staples and asked if I forwarded them the email if they could still print them today. The lady assured me she could and I sent her the files. By time I got finished waiting for Office Max to finish and drove over to Staples, she had all the B&W files printed and boxed. She showed me a few and they came out beautiful. Then she printed the color ones, and even laminated an extra one for me to use at my show and threw in a little table top easel. It was such a relief to not only get to deal with a considerate person but also to deal with a competent printer. She took one look at the prints Office Max gave me and told me exactly what was wrong with their printers and why they were printing that way. I will never go back to Office Max for printing. Staples was a million times better - and on top of that - their prices were a good bit better as well!

Edith was very helpful, she had great suggestions that helped me find what I needed to have printed. She also multitasked and helped other customers very efficiently.

The help I needed was readily available, staff was pleasant and helpful. I will definitely be returning!

Go to have a something printed and none of the 3 associates are capable of doing so. Heres another buisness you will see closing the doors.

4 months ago I designed 2 business cards. Called office depot, emailed the cards and picked them,up 2 hours later. Today I called at 10am and asked to reorder the same cards....was told i they did not have the time. If I emailed them like b4 they could not run them till I got there and paid for them. Told me to go to wrbsite, download thetr, pay for them and pick them up later. Went to website, registered as a customer and 3 different times downloaded my files. Each time it cut the card in half with the left on the right and vice versa. You cannot manlipuate the download. Called store and emailed my files so,they would be there when I got there. They priced it out and said i,could not use the on line 20% discount because I was in the store. They offered a 15% discount. The tech said she was having trouble with the cards, they would not line up properly (remember, same cards and file I used 3 months ago). Wen back 2 hours later and STILL unable to line them up properly. I will now have to make another 20 mile trip tomorrow to,pick up cards. Their NEW system does not work. Be assured I will not use this store again.

Travelling in the area for work, needed cables and an adapter. Hard to find via navigation as it is in a run down section of a dying mall. I did find what I needed, but it was filthy dirty, floors were scuffed and dusty and literally one person was working the register. I saw 2 people looking to buy higher ticket items and the cashier was the only one there and they left .I would guess it will be out of business within the year .
