I am only writing this review since this stores management are falling very short. We have been no-call-no-showed for multiple days now with absolutely zero accountability. We have only gotten excuse after excuse as to why our order isnt being delivered but absolutely no solutions-based conversations.Long story short, you get what you pay for. If you think youre getting a bargain by paying a little less for a scratch-and-dent, think again. What you dont pay for in money, you overpay for in patience, phone calls, excuses, and most expensively, an abundance of wasted time.Get your stuff together. Teach your management to take it personal! Accept responsibility and take ownership! Fix the problem .. dont blame others for it.

Bait and switch. Went to store less than 4 hrs after opening to buy a mower advertised in a newspaper flyer and they had none. I have never walked in this store and walked out with what I was looking for.

Iam beside myself upset. We are waiting until 10am today. I have to get a hold of the gentlemen to whom sold me this may tag washer yesterday. I have a huge discrepancy. I paid $ 500.00 in full just last night. The bravos xl may tag washer either does not wash out the HE detergent, and or including doesnt spin out clothes. I had work 7am today. We were up all night. Over this awful washer. I put 5 small items of clothes and a teaspoon of detergent. We went on you tube, google and read the entire manual . Believe me this washer does not work. We were told its bran new. This is very factual . Till 10am today. I demand my money back. Sorry i ever gave sears outlet my business. Im also sorry i believed in the sears outlet store.
