Very clean. Friendly workers and decent choices in kids shoes. There was a bonus sticker packet as well!! I would definitely recommend Shoe Carnival!! 👍👏

I got a nice pair of black boots to my knees

When I go into any Shoe Carnival store I always go straight to the clearance section in the back. This time I scored a pair of dark blue with black sole Umbro running shoes for only $8! Yes they are men’s shoes but I just buy them a size smaller and I’m good to go. If I can’t find something I like in clearance then there’s usually always the good BOGO sale 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you are buying some normal brand such as Vans, or Nike. This place is not a good place to buy. There is hardly any sale and most of the shoes are original price. You can find same pair of shoes somewhere else that at least 20% cheaper than this store.

Had never gone here until tonight. I was actually very impressed with their selection and pricing! Walked out with two pairs of name brand shoes for under $80! Tough to beat that.

My go to for all my shoe needs. Me, my wife and daughter always find what we want usually in here. And the fact they always have the buy one get one half off deal is just a bonus to always come back!

Ignorant customer no mask and using so much fowl language in front of her toddlers and the people around her we will never return to this store location again.

My experience was great. All associates/floor personnel were very friendly and immediately helpful. And it was impossible for me to not know about the deals going on, with abundant signage and announcements, while I was in store. And not automated announcements. Personal ones, made by the man (manager?) on the floor. This was able to grab me far better than any automated announcements, which I tend to unconsciously ignore. Show organization also made finding shows very easy. When I checked out, the girl was freindly, saved me even more money, and gave me some good information. Great experience here.

Not a bad store. Just need a better variety of shoes. They only had 1 pair of mens shoes that caught my eye and that was it. Have a real good work boot selection tho.

Shoe Carnival is mostly where I buy my shoes. The main brand I wair they no longer carry. If you are looking for Puma this is one they do not have in store.

They are wonderful at this store, will do what it takes to get you the shoe you want! Would get 5 stars except that I always have to order my size in. But thats probably just because they sell a lot of shoes! Great people good prices!

Worst online purchase experience. Placed an order and was canceled by Shoe Carnival when i called customer service i couldnt be given a reason why. When asked if they can reinstate the order I was told I have to place it myself. When I wasked if I can get the same price. I was told only if the promotion was still available. Again WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE! Horrible Customer Service!

I wish I had a Shoe Carnival closer to where I live. This place had both brands and styles I was looking for. I’m pretty specific, and they had it. I was in and out, and still made some impulse purchases at the register. ;)
