I ordered the Malibu luxury series spa Sept 2020. As with many other industries the wait was long and I received delivery July 2021. During this time communication was great. I contacted PDC directly to answer a question my local dealer couldn’t and had a pleasant and direct conversation. Customer service has been top notch. As for the spa itself, the wait was worth it! The quality is obvious. My wife and I had toured the factory prior to deciding to purchase so I saw first hand the care PDC takes with the manufacture of each spa. I’m happy to note that absolutely no quality has been sacrificed over this last year. I’ve owned three spas and this one is by far the best! If you’re in the market for a spa or swim spa, check out PDC!

We cannot even begin to say how much I love our spa! We purchased the Biscayne in July and received it November 28th( due to covid delay). The color is midnight canyon and gray shell. It is breathtaking! And the relaxation factor is undescribably amazing! Best $ we have ever spent. Pdc customer service is second to none! They actually answer their phone and your questions immediately! I am comfortable saying that if I ever have an issue Im sure it will be resolved quickly. UPDATE : almost a year later in it everyday (just about) it is simply amazing!!

I purchased a Malibu spa in June 2020 to replace a Sunrise Galieo spa I owned for 18 years. Due to COVID, it was not delivered until October 2020 because hot tubs suddenly became a high demand item and PDC was overwhelmed with orders. As I write this review, I have been operating my PDC spa since early November 2020.I did a lot of research and PDC spas were very highly rated by the hot tub experts. They are solidly built and are well insulated which keeps their operational costs low. PDC uses standard parts i.e., pumps, valves, jets, etc which are easily found from a variety of suppliers. Many luxury hot tub companies design their spas with proprietary parts that lock you into buying replacement parts from them at inflated prices. Not that I expect to be buying parts anytime soon because PDC warranties for the spa components and shell are excellent. (By the way, PDC or Plastic Development Company manufactures one of the best shells in the business.)Since I purchased my Malibu spa directly from PDC Spas, I was responsible for its installation and setup. This was not a problem. The manual instructions and PDC technical support made it easy..I only have two minor complaints. The first is with the delivery. PDC uses a third party logistics service. My hot tub along with the cover and cover lift were loaded on a custom built pallet and secured with strapping and plastic wrap. It was loaded on a box truck with a fork lift. Unfortunately, when delivered the delivery person only had a pallet jack and rear gate lift to get the spa to ground. The custom pallet was too big for the rear gate lift so the delivery person using the pallet jack and additional strapping managed to secure the spa/pallet to the lift gate hanging it well over the edge so he could lower the lift gate. Unfortunately, this damaged the side panel lying against the pallet but I didn’t discover it until weeks after I unwrapped the spa during its installation. Thank goodness I noted possible damage when signing the delivery receipt so PDC Spas quickly sent me a new panel.The second complaint is with the specifications which I referenced during install. The technical specs show the recommended location for drilling a hole in the bottom panel to run the power cable to the spa pack. It turns out this position is several feet from the spa pack so the power cable run by the electrician (which I had done before delivery) was not long enough. This forced me to install a junction box inside the hot tub to allow me to run additional cable to the spa pack. Yes, in retrospect I should have made sure there was plenty of extra cable but if the online specs showed a picture of the internal components I would have known beforehand. Unfortunately I did not discover the problem until I remover the side panel during installation.In summary, I highly recommend PDC spas. There are less expensive brands on the market, but based on experience, their operating cost is likely higher and their service life lower in comparison to PDC spas. Having owned and serviced my previous Sunrise spa, I really appreciate the solid design and low cost of operation of my PDC Malibu spa. I’m convinced its total cost of ownership will be very low compared to other brands.

Ordered and paid for a premium spa cover which included an extended warranty. The poor design allows for water to gather inside the cover causing it to stretch and become loose. They sent out a repair man several months ago who said the will order a new “shell” cover and be back to replace it. They never came back or completed the repair. This was the New Milford Connecticut store. Just telling it how it is.

Ordered the PDC spa in mid July. We went with them since they were a local company and the factory is 30 miles from our home. We were told it would be 12 weeks which was long, but we understood the current conditions. Its now been 18 weeks. I never received a single email or call from the salesman or the factory with updates. Ive had to contact them to find out what was going on. Four weeks ago, I was told it may be at the end of October. Two weeks ago, the salesman told me the spa was done and they were just waiting for the controller. Today I called the factory. He could not find my specific order, but he thought he found the correct one. He then told me they just started one last night that might be mine, but theyre waiting on a part which he expects it to arrive on Monday. However, they dont expect to have it done until after Thanksgiving. Due to the additional 6-8 week delay, I asked the salesman to consider reducing the delivery fee, but he refused.Communication has been terrible and at best misleading. Had I known this experience I would have worked with a different company. I never post reviews and to be fair I will update this when the spa arrives.

Not nice people. More interested in selling the next tub than taking care of existing customers. Both the wireless option and bluetooth option are junk. Look elsewhere for a tub.

YOU NEED A SPA!!! Dont delay it is the best purchase I have made in my life. PDC spa is the ONLY place to get it from. HIGH quality tub along with HIGH quality employees. We live in GA so we had to have it shipped but they made it seem like we were around the corner. It was so easy! The world is forever changed, make your home your castle, GET A SPA!!!

We recently purchased a floor model spa and had some difficulties with it. I called two times and spoke to two different technical support gentleman and both times was treated with respect and they were helpful. We figured out the issue and it was an easy fix, but we couldve never figured it out with out them. Thank you and we love our spa, its beautiful!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!I PURCHASED A $32,000 SWIM SPA ON JULY 14, 2020, AT THE INDIANA PA STORE WERE INFORMED, IT WOULD TAKE 12 WEEKS BEFORE DELIVERED. I CONTACT THE STORE IN OCTOBER, THEY STATING A SWIM SPA ORDERED A WEEK BEFORE MINE HAD ARRIVED AND THEY ANTICIPATED MINE TO BE IN A WEEK OR TWO, (NEVER) INFORMING ME OF ANY BACK ORDERED ITEMS FOR MY SPA THAT WOULD CAUSE A DELAY!!!!!!!!!!!!(I WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY EMAIL NOR LETTER) FROM THE PDC SPAS NOR THE INDIANA, PA. STORE WHERE PURCHASED, OF ANY DELAY!!!!!! ONLY TO FIND OUT TODAY NOVEMBER 5, 2020 WHEN CALLING AGAIN FOR A DELIVERY DATE, I WILL NEVER BE RECEIVING MY PDC SWIM SPA UNTIL JANUARY 2021 ........ I wanted to take the time to write up a review because I know during my time of looking for a swim spa to purchase I could not find too much information in regards to PDC swim spas and their performance. When you see the major reviews from companies, you will notice they are not talking about using the product, but about customer service and ordering. I recently purchased a Summit series 219 swim spa, I want to have the two separate areas so that we can enjoy it as a family, but the main purpose was for the swim side. I have seen various jetted versions from other companies and I knew going into it that there were limitations for how powerful the swim current will be. I decided to spend a little extra money with the Summit series in hopes that it would be more powerful and that my family could get some use out of swimming against the jets before having to use the harness.Overall it is a very nice product and we are enjoying it, but if I am honest I am not happy with the performance considering the money spent. I know I could have spent more money for the Truswim version, but that was way over budget in the dual temp model, in hindsight I think I would have went with the TruSwim and went down in size if I knew how bad the jets were on the Summit series. As an example of what I am talking about in regards to the swim current, my 10 year old son touches that wall with going easy on his strokes no matter what stroke he tried, even if he does not kick, which is a major issue when trying to work on his fly stroke without using his legs. I am 6’2”, so I expected that there would issues with the jets holding me back, but since I am not a great swimmer I thought the system maxed out would be able to hold me back, which it could not. Also, there is a huge drop off from the level 6 and anything below. As stated before maxed out we have to take it easy without the harness, but once you get below 6 you cannot do any swimming against the current.The purpose of this review is not talk badly about PDC, I would say I was a little misguided by the sales dealer I dealt with, but I should have went somewhere to do a real wet test before purchasing, but I could not find anyplace close by to do a test plus being during the current stay at home orders it was tougher to find anything. The purpose of this review is to give people a realistic expectation of what to expect from swim jets, if you have to use a tether and harness to swim you can purchase much cheaper systems. You should know going into it you will enjoy the spa part, and overall enjoy the system, but if you are looking into getting something to swim against a jetted system will not do much for you no matter what level you are as a swimmer.As a side note, the covers on the swim spas are extremely heavy, not something that a person can easily do by their selves. I can, but for my wife to be able to do anything we will have to look into purchasing a different type of cover or the system that retracts them for you, keep in mind that adds a few additional thousands to the total cost. Also, as someone that is new to spa’s, there is a lot to learn about the chemicals that are needed, they send a starter kit of 5 various things with no instructions really of what order to put things in and how to test. I know water is different depending on the area, but they should have a quick start guide for all the chemicals.

Super excited about my purchase of a Fiji PDC spa. The color of the spa is rich and luxurious. The configuration has everything including a cool down step, lounger and Captain Chair recliner. It has the EverPure Ozone System and Air Message Therapy. It also has a sturdy cover with a lift and steps. Not to mention it is made in the USA.This is my first spa so I did ask many questions and even visited the factory. The staff at Sunrise Pools answered all of my question, delivered and set up the spa on the designated area. They also stayed while the spa was filling and instructed us on how to operate the spa.The staff at the PDC showroom also answered many of my questions. They had a large variety of spa’s to show us and were able to show us a variety of colors. After visiting many other dealers and comparing many spa’s, I loved the PDC SPA’S and all of the people associated with them. I would recommend PDC spa without hesitation.

Amanda helped us figure out the perfect spa for us in our price range, and answered so many questions! Travis returned a call to us after business hours when we needed technical help right away and followed up with our dealer with a quick solution! Thank you PDC spas ! We could not be more happy about our experience purchasing from PDC Spas. We considered many makes and models during the buying process and PDC went above and beyond our expectations. Buying directly from the factory allowed us to tour the facility and see how they are made. The install team were folks that work for PDC which was not the case with most others. Everyone of the folks that we interacted with throughout the buying and install process were professional and respectful of the features we were looking for. No pressure sales approach which we ultimately settled on the Fiji and we love it! Thank you PDC for an amazing buying experience!

Ordered 17 swim spa and hot tub direct from factory since there are no retailers in Michigan.Dave spend hours on the phone answering questions. We drove to PA to see factory and try out unit before committing. After several more hours we were in.During the processes many more questions came up that I couldnt find online and the staff Dave, Diane, Missy, Travis and Amanda were happy to help.I plan on writing a long description of the process from hiring contractors, submitting permits and delivery/install with photos to help anyone else.

Before buying the spa, understand the cover is not backed by PDC Spas! Had my spa only 10 days and the cover started to fray. PDC sent two emails to the cover manufacturer, who said they wouldnt replace it. Then PDC said I was on my own. Only after numerous phone calls and arguing, the cover manufacturer sent them a replacement, but PDC didnt want to reinstall the cover for me. Finally, they agreed to fix it for me, after having to endure their poor attitude and rude behavior. Again, only had the spa 10 days ! Watch out and be careful ! As soon as they set the spa down, youre on your own ! After this experience, I wouldnt recommend them.

I have had my PDC Spas hot tub, Fiji model, for 10 years and we still love it! It gets used almost every night and as of now we have never had a problem with it.

WOW!Just ordered a TSX17 swim spa and a Reno LX hot tub for our brand new home in Oregon!PDC delivered the product perfectly not one scratch going cross country from PA.The product is beautiful a piece of art. You can tell the difference from the cheap Costco spas and other dealers product line on the west coast.It was worth it regardless of the shipping distance and cost to get quality product made in the good old USA.PDC produces top of the line product including their Aculok spa covers.My advise go with the best instead of replacing product every 7 years.My last hot tub we bought at PDC lasted 30 years and is still running. HAVE HAD MY PDC SPA FOR 5YEARS 04/2012THE COMPUTER BOARD WENT OUT, A PUMP WHEN OUT AND THE JETS STARTED FALLING OUT AT ABOUT 2YEAR OLD. OH THE RADIO QUIT WORKING IN THE FRIST YEAR SO NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SPA .IN MY OPINION WITH ALL WE HAD GO WRONG WITH THIS SPA THEY SHOULD HAVE REPLACED IT.SO MY DENALI SEWAS DEFINITELY A LEMON
