I had several furniture tops done. Perfect. No issue. Delivery and installation was fine. I was so impressed with the team that I asked for a quote for outdoor deck railings. I did get several quotes, and after comparing products/pricing/delivery time, they hit all the boxes! Installation took 2 days, a rush job is not what I wanted. They communicated with me numerous time and quickly returned any calls. The installers were through and cleaned up after themselves. Im loving the railings. What can I say....pictures say it all. Besides the beautiful glass Al was an absolute pleasure to meet and speak with. Prices are extremely reasonable and that does not reflect on the quality. I would highly recommend.

Would NOT recommend!!!!We visited this store the end of April. We needed a window fixed. The guy did the measurements, took our information and took our money. We were told 3 weeks for the replacement glass. COOL. 4 weeks later I still haven’t heard anything. I call and THEY DON’T EVEN HAVE MY ORDER. I’m apologized too and promised someone will come to my home to take the measurements. COOLGuy COMES TO MY HOME and takes the measurements of the window. Another 4 weeks go buy and again I have heard nothing. I call AGAIN for them to tell me they have no order in the system. I’m told they don’t even do replacement glass windows AFTER they took my money. The ONLY good thing about this order was that he refunded my money.The communication is HORRIBLE and this entire experience was just a waste of time. I would not recommend them to anyone. Now 2 months later and I have to go through the process of looking for someone else to fix my window I was expecting to have 2 months ago. Absolutely ridiculous

Beautiful installation of our frameless shower wall/door! Techs were very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. We were impressed with how quickly they were able to manufacture and install our order! Would recommend them without hesitation.

Al and his son are great. Very friendly and punctual! The mirrors are of very good quality and the installation was fantastic.If you have a ping pong table, throw down a challenge....they’d be happy to oblige. :-)

As of today Friday May 15 this company has had my order for 2 weeks. I called them on Wednesday the 13th and spoke to a gentleman in which he told me the classic (my guy is on them right now) and he will call me on Thursday when they are finished. I dont do custom cut mirrors so I do not know how long it takes so Im giving them the benefit of the doubt. I will update this review when my order changes or I get another run around.UPDATE: within 10 minutes after leaving this review I received a call letting me know my order is complete (maybe I jumped the gun) so I will change my original 1 Star to 4 Star. I dont need to see the mirrors before leaving a good rating because they have done work for me in the past and I have no complaints.Thank you and I will order from here in the future. Stay local...

Best experience with Just Glass! Walked in to have a glass table cut and they went out of their way to do it on the spot. They did a beautiful job! Because of their excellence in customer service I also had a tabletop cut for my dinning room table. Cut, polished, delivered & polished again. Absolutely perfect!! I strongly recommend to look elsewhere for shower doors. Going on months and still having issues. Anyone who rated high must be a friend or family. Very poor installation, inexperienced installers - going on fourth time to repair - yet another leak, glass not measured right filled spacing with a lot of silicone, cracked my tile and now leaking. This was little cheaper than a couple others and i figured its only shower doors whats the difference - big mistake - should of paid the little extra.

I brought in a broken window and they estimated it would take between 7-10 days for the repair. They called me back the NEXT day and said it was done. I was very pleased with this company. The guy at the desk even carried the window out to my car for me because I was holding my son.

So I have to say this place rocks!! Dennis the gentleman who runs(prolly owns) the place is extremely nice and professional. The technician that worked on my window did an excellent job he even walked me out to the window before I paid for it to show me the work done. Amazing job it came out much better than anticipated. I had a chipped window that needed to be filled to make it structurally sound. Not only were they able to fill it but you can barely tell it ever happened. I highly recommend just glass. Do yourself a favor before going anywhere else and give them a shot.

Well, Im not one to just trash people, so you be the judge. I dropped off a simple broken window on May 7th. It is now June 1st and I STILL dont have it. They dont bother to call me to tell me anything, although they promise they will. Its up to me to stay on them to do THEIR job? and it takes almost a month? (so far!) To add insult to injury, this average, normal, not a special order, glass in a vinyl window costs me $180 BUCKS! - Wow! I dont know how this place stays in business. Never again.

Ambulance chasers! Their signs reads: Chips repaired for free...When you inquire, they want you to make a claim with the insurance company. Thats not free! We had our windshield replaced by them, and they left it a mess, with glass, dust, and crud everywhere. When we asked them to clean it up, they copped an attitude. Then, when we tried to make use of their warranty, as described on the website, copyright 2014: ONE YEAR, UNLIMITED STONE REPAIRS ON WINDSHIELDS REPLACED BY JUST GLASS AND MIRROR, they said Oh, were updating that website, and Weve never done that as long as Ive worked here.Scam artists. Not even a member of the BBB! Ive already warned my insurance company to no longer recommend them, and next up will be AAA. Stay away from these crooks!

Placed an order for 3 pieces of glass to be delivered to my home. Nothing special, 3 rectangles. I was told 7 to 10 days and they would call me to set up delivery. I never recieved a call. So on the 10th day (friday) I call at 8 am. They tell me they need to look up the order and would call me back. After recieving no call back I call them at 11am. I speak to some type of manager who throws the first guy under the bus, and tells me he probably cant deliver it that day, but will see what he can do and will call me back. Never recieved a call back so I call them again at 230. I speak to someone different he says his guys are on their way back and will have it delivered at the end of day or the next day. I ask him to call me to let me know. Guess what NO CALL BACK. I show up in person monday 13 days after I place the order the 3 simple pieces of glass arent even cut. I request a refund, no attempt at saving the sale. Im refunded without any explanation as to the poor service. I highly recommend you save your time and go to a more responsible glass shop.

I went to their website and filled out the Project Builder page to get an estimate.Selected Residential, then selected Custom Mirror from a drop down list, then dimension requested.... 33 high, .... 38 wide, and finally selected 1/4 thick from a drop down list.This is the response I got back ...........do not understand what you are looking for......No greeting, no closing...even an apprentice in glass business would understand what it is I want.If they had even the slightest interest in customer relations, they would let me know what info they are missing.I decided to look elsewhere.....rude response....I can only imagine what a nightmare they would be to deal with on a job.Angies List take note.

Always go to a professional for the best! Made the mistake of having our windshield repaired by one of the national chains...well come to you. My confidence was shattered when the affable young man broke the replacement and then after waiting again, you guessed it, the next one! Next time I needed a windshield, I went to JGM. Al was great, actually had me join him for breakfast. He loves to talk but he is even more passionate about his work and customer satisfaction. The job was done as promised, professionally! We needed some glass work on our boat and while we are now a few hours from his shop, JGM was the only place we considered. The job, again, was done flawlessly, this time by Als talented son Dan. As an architect/designer I do a lot of custom homes and always need a reliable glass company for my projects. Ive been using Al for a couple years now and I couldnt ask for a better experience.
