I have used Factory Tune since the late 1990s. I have always found them to be honest, accurate, fast, and thorough in their dealings. My wife has a 13 year old Ford Windstar van that always seems to need something. Don & his boys have handled everything she needed. Still running strong after 112,000 miles. They tried to commit fraud by charging for an alignment they never did. Now we realize that the sensor they were paid to install was never completed. The wires are not even bolted down and put back together. You just cant trust these guys for anything. Couldnt pay me to go back there again.
