We came in today for our routine oil change and tire rotation. Noticed a gentleman, guessing he is an employee there. Worst place everr i got my car had it 3 weeks and the bank droped out of the agreemint i had the truck for 3 weeks and they didnot want to do the deal anymore so i had to bring my truck back i will never in my life come back here to get any freaking car or truck again

Took my car to get looked at and expressed concern with my engine and car being loud, they supposedly looked at it for two days and claim nothing was wrong..Charged me $100 for basically nothing.Took car to the Buick dealership in Bridgeton and they found the issue with the hour and found another concerning issue with wheel bearing.Called and left messages for the manager to get back to me about my dissatisfied service and never called me back.

Fellow car haulers: Pull into the main entrance and then turn left at the main building. You can unload at the big lot at the left of the building. Lots of space. Exit out the side.

I bought my used Truck in December from a salesman John. I told him Id pay around the sticker price but out the door he came back and forth and few times but that was what I paid. Financing guy was great and the manager also.....when I got the truck home a passenger up front with me noticed their window button wouldnt work. It worked from the driver side so i thought whatever. Then the door locks werent working with the remote so I decided to call John the salesman and he said he talked to the service dept at Pellegrino and they said call and make appointment. So about 2 months after I bought as-istruck I got around to an appointment knowing it will be a pain because I live an hour away. I dropped it off and told them the problems and they said they had to ship it to the Ford dealer. It took 2.5 weeks so I was kinda upset it took so long and they did offer me a loaner but I didnt need it. They finally called and I picked up the Truck. Everything works now and they charged me 0 dollars. They could have said you bought truck as is but they didnt. They took care of it free of charge. Thats a dealership with integrity. Thanks again

I dealt with a bit of dealers over the years because i have a car/truck problem . i got in a bit of buyer remorse with a different dealer( jeff Dambrosio pa) where i bought a truck from, well 1 week later i wasnt happy with the truck and they wouldnt do anything about it other then try to nail me. Well long story short i came across pellegrino gmc and decided to give them a shot .Guess what ? was a good decision because they totally understood me not being happy with what i purchase through a different dealer and they made sure i was happy with the vehicle they had. Mark Haltzman and every single person in there are great to do business with . I dont usually leave reviews but i felt the need to with these guys cause they truly deserve it .
