On a scale of 1 to 10 this company is a 20!!! I recently had an issue with my air conditioner on a very hot day. A neighbor recommended calling Friedrich. They called me back immediately and said they would be out in approximately 3 hours. However, the amazing part was how they had such compassion for me being that I am a senior citizen and extreme heat can be dangerous. Twenty minutes after speaking with them I received a call saying that they could be here in a half hour. She was able to squeeze me in. Amazing!!! Until now I thought this kind of service was a thing of the past. Sure enough within 30 minutes the nicest man showed up. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. It was done within 20 minutes and at a very fair price!! I highly recommend this company.Dian B

Such great service! I felt like I was just as much family as anyone. I had a furnace emergency, and the lady on the phone was so friendly and got me taken care of right away. She said someone would be there within the hour and sure enough, within 45min someone was at my house! He was also super friendly and easy going. He got my (very old) furnace up and running in a matter of minutes (had the part it needed in him) as well as giving it an inspection for any other issues, and now my house is toasty and I have piece of mind knowing my furnace is in good shape! Our heater stopped working completely, so I called Friedrich on a Tuesday morning around 7:40am. They were very helpful and had great customer service. By 8:00am a technician was at our house taking a look at the issue. He was courteous, efficient, and communicated the issue very clearly. It was obvious he knew his stuff. They had to order a part and followed up with me to give me the cost estimate. The next day, the same technician came back and promptly fixed the issue.They went above and beyond by even offering to lend us space heaters on Tuesday until our heater was up and running again! Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a knowledgeable, efficient, and customer-oriented company. Well certainly be contacting them in the future with any other issues.

I cant say enough about this company! From the moment Bob came over for an estimate to the moment his workers left my house after installing my new unit i was extremely satisfied. Trane units are good quality units and the way they installed and ran all the piping is nothing short of artwork. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Go with these guys! My central AC went kaput on Friday night-of course, the first hot day of the year. Judging from the noise and heat coming from the outside compressor, I feared the worst ($$$$). Left a voice message at 10:30PM that Friday night, and (!!) Bob called back at 7:30AM Saturday, said theyd be here by 10AM!!! Paul was here by 9:30, fixed everything. Best news of the day (a thank you Jesus moment) was the compressor was fine, problem was the fan motor, everything is good, and the bill was about 10% of what I feared it would be!5 stars all around for Friedrichs, from the installation of heater and AC years ago, to the infrequent service calls Ive had to make. Prompt, reliable, high quality, etc., etc. It is a real pleasure to deal with this company, best in the business, highly recommended!

We recently moved into a house and needed to get the furnace replaced. Bob and the team were recommended by my father-in-law. It made financial sense to do both the AC and furnace so we ended up doing both. We got 3 quotes, and we felt the best about Bob and we went with him. The work was performed in a speedy manner, and the tech did a triple check for leaks to the air conditioner line. All this happened right as the weather turned cold, so we are super happy to be warm and cozy. I recommend Friedrich to any and everyone.

Gave this company five stars two years ago when they replaced my heating and a/c system. Last night, I discovered my outside condenser unit was running even though my unit inside was not running. Called Friedrich this morning at 7:34 Am and left message describing problem I was having, within the hour, I received a call from Dustin stating he would be at my house within 20 minutes. Dustin arrived promptly and identified the problem as a faulty contactor which he replaced. Definitely will continue to use this business and highly recommend them to others.

AC wasnt working on 4th of July weekend. Noticed it after 5 on Saturday. Everybody is closed and I figured I was stuck in the heat until Monday afternoon at least. I called Friedrichs at 5:20PM on Saturday and left a voicemail. I figured they would call me in Monday morning if I was lucky. Well, 10 minutes later I got a call from Dustin and he said he could be at my house in 30 minutes! By 6:30 he had taken my AC unit apart and identified the problem. He didnt have the right part for my specific unit on the truck so he had to go back to the shop to get it. He came back out first thing Sunday morning and I was up and running again! The price was very reasonable and the service was amazing! Dustin was very polite and knowledgeable! I could not have asked for a better experience than this! These guys are a true testament to the way customer service really should be! Top notch all the way around!

The owner and his wife worked with us directly to get a zero percent loan for the work from SJG. They were there every step of the way and replaced our nearly 20 year-old equipment with high-efficiency units on the day they said theyd be there for the price quoted. They also went above and beyond what the contract called for -- more than once. The work is, frankly, the best work Ive ever seen from HVAC people. Its literally artisan level. The team treated my house carefully and were all wonderful to work with. Any question I had (and I had plenty) they explained until I was satisfied. I truly enjoyed having all of them there. When the work was done they cleaned up everything to the point of my not even being able to know they were there except for the great new equipment. Just what you want from a service company. HIGHLY recommended.

Just replaced my HVAC system and I did shop for the installation and equipment. Even though the price is a little bit more, But the best advice and experience from the owner, Mr & Mrs Hyndman and of course the great crew they have. Being Upfront and Honest! I cant compliment these guys enough!!! We moved into our house and inherited the warrenty and service from the previous home owner. On the coldest day this past winter our heater went out at 11pm. We called Friedrich and they came out the next day. They repaired the unit on the spot, referenced the serial numbers and found it was ALL covered under warrenty!!!Now on the first hot day of the yeay, our AC was not working properly. They came out same day, made a minor repair to get us up and running, and scheduled to come back next week for a full repair when the temperature is more reasonable.I cant say enough about Friedrich.
