This ice cream place is year round baby! They offer a wide variety of creative sundae combinations which are definitely worth coming back to try like an apple pie sundae. But we settled for the all American classic a banana split sundae. It comes with 3 scoops of ice cream and 3 toppings and its enough ice cream for 2 to share!

Just left Dairy Fresh with no ice cream. They refused to serve us because we didn’t have masks. Even at the outside window they refused me service. I don’t have a problem if this is their policy the problem i have is how rude i was treat by 2 of the girls working there. I went across the street to Uncle Mike’s where i was served at an outside window and the staff was very nice.

Loved this place! So happy to go here anytime I drive by! I always order the banana ice cream, it is my favorite. It is never done wrong and my order is always very delicious. My granddaughter loves this place as well! She calls it the yum yum ice cream place. Which I think is fitting! Will never stop going here!

Good ice cream, but there was a weird after taste in the vanilla soft serve. It didnt stop me from eating it all, just found it odd, almost bitter.

The staff is always friendly everytime I go with my wife. There are many flavors of scoopable ice cream and water ice. They also have soft serve ice cream and as a nondairy, I believe vegan, option they serve dole whip.

I decided to try their ice cream after it was recommended that I try it.I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the combination of flavors I chose in the same cup.Soft, creamy and delicious!The person who served me was named Michelle and she was extremely nice and took pride in her work.Kudos to the staff and owner!Enjoy!

Went to this place and got told I could not enter with my service dog. First time I ever have gotten kicked out cause of my service dog! Insanity. Cant enter with your service dog but with covid going on they cared nothing about 6 foot distancing inside and had people eating in there with no regulations of where people sat or any barrier ups. Never will be back. So many better ice cream shops with cheaper prices.

When in the mood for ice cream, Dairy Fresh is the place to go. I ordered a medium soft-serve twist (chocolate and vanilla, swirled). It was the yummiest dessert ever! I will definitely be returning. Also, the store was very clean, and the staff excelled in courtesy.

Staff was nice but I wasnt impressed at all with the product. Chunks of frozen ice all through my ice cream. Freezer burn?

Its amazing how popular this place has become in just a few years. And they totally deserve it. Their ice cream is homemade and the service is phenomenal. Overall, just a very comfortable atmosphere and a wide variety of products.The best part is they are open, year around! Get ready to wait in line 10 minutes on the weekends, but it will be worth while. They have plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. Go give them a shot!

Terrible every time I get chocolate water ice there’s nothing but chocolate chips in it. I barley taste chocolate water ice all I taste is chips. And they taste terrible. You mine as well call it a chocolate chip water ice. Not no chocolate water ice.

I come here very often, never had a issue. Came in today & was seriously disturbed with how kirstyn/Kristen spoke towards her coworkers. Not sure if she’s a manager- she seemed to try to take the role as one. I really felt for the girls- who were trying to maintain a rush in the store while kirstyn very rudely instructed them & made disgusting looks on her face. When the girls followed her exact orders, she freaked out and tried to insist she instructed differently. I was standing right there & overheard & analyzed the entire situation. I feel bad for the hard working girls there that are always super accommodating, as I’ve worked with stressful coworkers in the past. Overall the ice cream & the rest of the staff is extremely friendly!!

Ice cream was great. Tried the Dutch apple...if you like REALLY sweet than its for you. I got the brownie batter, wish there were a little more brownies in more bites but otherwise deep and indulgent chocolate flavor. Wanted to taste the banana cream pie, but for a Thursday, man was it busy! I didnt have time to take in all of the flavors to make a decision. I felt rushed by the customers not by the staff. Ill have to go earlier another time so I can actually take my time and sample some more exciting flavors. I always get the same thing so itll be nice to try something new. Staff was really nice and quick. Prices were decent, a little more (about 2-3 dollars total for 3 items) than the average we pay at a regular location we visit, but cant complain. Will definitely return to check out other things.

Menu showed a traditional banana split turns out they dont have that but instead its a banana split cup. Needless to say its a poor imitation of a banana split. Need to bring back the traditional banana split on the menu.

1st thing I want to say is, cleanliness is a MUST & this place is VERY clean!! They have a huge variety of things to choose from. I love that they have Dole pineapple soft serve & its dairy free!! Staff is extremely kind as well as patient!!

Curbside apparently doesn’t exist.Order was wrong.Had to wait in line to tell them I had an online order.No signs telling where to pick up online orders

Walking in, you have two sides. They have a small side for ordering your items and a second room so you’re able to sit inside and eat your treat. There are screens and paper menus in just about every area of the store and they’ll even offer specials some days. They also have a walk up window and tables outside for your convenience if you have small children or dogs. Lines can be a little long during the warmer months BUT everything they sell is made in-house, service is very friendly, and they’re very patient about customers trying new flavors before they purchase them. They have a variety of dairy and non-dairy foods, water ice, ice cream cakes, frozen bananas, and sundaes. You’re able to purchase a custom ice cream cake to go, or they host parties also!

Ice cream was as expected. Very good! Service was good and fast, also made as requested. Good experience when store was busy. Was a long line but was kept moving by attentive staff members. I will definitely return.

Shop that sells both hard scoop and soft serve ice cream, Italian ice, shakes, sundaes, and ice cream cakes. Reasonably priced and delicious. You cant go wrong, but try the salted caramel milkshake. Trust me.

The ice cream is average and prices are mid/high. However, I would not recommend this creamery as they (on all three occasions I went there) fill their serving cups halfway or less to the point where a small serving is about 4oz of ice cream in a 10oz cup. Ultimately, you pay more and get less.

The staff member who prepared my wifes cookie sandwich was not wearing gloves, repeatedly wiped her nose, and handled the food with her bare hands. Friendly people, but I dont think this place would survive a health inspection.I observed the same staff member preparing a different customers sundae. She stopped to take a phone call in the middle. She did not set the sundae down, but bent over and spoke on the phone holding the half-prepared sundae within six inches of her mouth for the duration of the conversation. :(

Great local small business in Williamstown. Their ice cream flavors are the best. The place looks clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. The inside is nice to eat if you do not want to sit outside.

Their ice cream is pretty good. The only thing they dont sell which I am surprised is Fruit Smoothies. You would think they would have that there. Other then that, its a pretty good place

A kiddie cup (one scoop) is plenty, if youre into hard ice cream, and the soft serve is super smooth, so you cant go wrong.

Ive lived in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and this is the best ice cream in the whole tri-state area. None of the other places can hold a patch to it. The hand dipped ice cream flavors are wonderfully intense and spot-on.

Miserable employee training another female, wasn’t pleasant to the new hire. VERY miserable look on her face, wasn’t something a customer wanted to look at. Also very “blah” atmosphere. Don’t go here if your in a good happy mood because that will change the moment you walk in. Won’t be returning!

Ever since the remodel it hasn’t been the same. Very sloppy presentation of the ice cream, sundae and flurry. The workers seem miserable. If it’s only a little bit crowded you will be waiting forever. Also very frustrating, they will serve the people behind you before you if it’s an easier ice cream to make. Any other quality ice cream place serves one customer at a time and gets all the ice cream to them before helping the next customer, Instead at dairy fresh you receive a number and wait. The best ice cream places are served outside as well.
