This Place Doesn’t Display There Prices, That’s it I walked out, won’t be back!Uploaded a Photo with my review, Walked in noticed large upright coolers near the registers with dozens of different types of beers with no prices, that makes me think that this is a dishonest place I walked out and I will not be back!!!!

Good store prices pretty good. Only 3 stars because one of the cashiers intentionally shorts customers and keeps the difference hoping you don’t notice. This has happened to me and my husband. Count your change otherwise have fun!

I live in Williamstown and shop at Buy-Rite all the time. Today I bought a case of White Claw for my wife and a bottle of Talisker scotch for me. Halfway to my car the bottle of Talisker fell out of the box and smashed on the asphalt. You can imagine my dismay, one of their employees was outside and told me to go inside and tell them what happened. I was a bit skeptical but did it anyway and the manager replaced my bottle at no cost! Let me just say that I’m a 31 year Army vet with 5 combat tours and this is why I love America and Americans and I will be always be a loyal Buy-Rite customer.

They had what I was looking for and their prices were reasonable

I can always find what Im looking for here at a great price. I love the wine chiller! The employees are always friendly and helpful. This is my go to spot for liquor and I dont see that changing.

Awesome liquor store!!! 😁They even have a mini wine sampling on Fridays from about 4pm to 7pm and Saturdays from about 11am to 2pm. Bob even gives a fantastic description of each of the wines as you sample them.

Placed an order for delivery, and was so pleased with the entire experience. The store called me before finalizing the order to ask about subbing out of stock products, and the delivery driver was masked and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a hard to find bottle of Vodka for my boss who mentioned it was his favorite. I was told by another store they would have it and day of, they said they didn’t order it! I was frantically calling all over and sure enough- Buy-rite had it! Saved my year! I told them my story and they even gave me a discount so the price was way lower! I was so happy, I even added a great Scotch they recommended! Awesome place and they even have an App and deliver!!! I will now be a loyal customer for life!

Terrible service. The owner has no personality. He and others promise to get items NEVER do. They promise to call NEVER do. The beer selection is awful and the cashiers are useless. Man sell it to some else who can even do your on-line site better wow

I feel that the location could definitely use a better system when offering a meet and greet. There was zero line triage and no information given until closer to the end of the night. Yes, the bottles ran out but people were waiting in the cold for hours only to be turned away after waiting so long just for a picture. Severely disappointed in how this location handled the Dan Aykroyd event. If you have a set of rules that cannot be broken, announce them at the start and ongoing through the night to avoid such a bad image.

Wide variety and a great atmosphere to shop. Found a hard to find liquor there and Ill be back to make a purchase

If I could give less than one star I would, absolutely absurd the way these cashiers behave, me and my husband went into this store to get a case of beer so I could try to enjoy my weekend, as much as I didn’t want to go in because I have a BROKEN FOOT and can barely walk I wanted to, just to look around. Loved the selection and loved what I found for it all to be ruined because I didn’t carry my wallet with me, since I cannot drive anyways, but my husband had his ID. As I’ve been in this store MANY times and a good friend of mine works there and never had any problems before or even got carded at that rate. I unfortunately will never be going back. As they would not let my husband purchase ANYTHING because I did not have my ID on me. Even though I am 21 now and, funny sorry you guys sold to a minor without 20 minutes before I walked in the door, my cousin, who is 20, and you DID NOT CARD. Great job!!

I would give zero stars if i could. First, ind someone who can create a website that acurately shows what is and isnt in stock. Secondly, contactless delivery is NOT having my husband walk outside to show his i.d. after being told all he had to do is wave from a window. This is our first and last time dealing with this place. And the $60 limit is rediculous.

Great selection of liquors and beers. (Not much of a wine drinker but that looks good too!) They have tastings & specials & giveaways all the time. People are very helpful and friendly. Prices are very competitive with other stores nearby.

I recently visited four liquor stores to see if any of them were familiar with providing guidance in supplying liquor for a wedding. I was looking for guidance more than price, although price was very important as well since I was buying such a large quantity. All were useless and uninterested except Buy Rite.I was very fortunate to encounter General Manager James Chambers who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. He repeatedly answered my questions via email and gave me a basic list and quantity that I was able to build on to meet the specific tastes and serve all my guests generously. The wedding was an amazing success and we had everything our guests wanted with just a small quantity remaining. I felt I benefited from Mr. Chambers expertise and Buy Rites exceptional prices. Kam had our order ready right on time and was just as helpful. They keep a well managed, clean and ordered store. I would highly recommend them.

I called to ask if a specific liquor was in stock before going to the store. An unidentified male on the phone told me they do not discuss liquors over the phone and I would have to come shop in the store. Unprofessional and ignorant considering we are in a pandemic and trying to limit contact with the public.

I dont even know why i bother coming here any more. Convenient is why! The cashiers are rude and so unhelpful, they never order enough of what they know they selk. And there beer is ALWAYS WARM! Doesnt matter if you tell them they wont fix it!

Best place around for Bourbon and Whiskey. They also always have killer deals with an awesome selection of beers and other spirits. The staff is very knowledable and friendly is an understatement. If you need any thing liquor related this is the place to go.

If you take a competitors ad in for the match price they do give you the price, but keep the ad. When I asked for the ad back so I could use it again because it is good for a month, she told me no..new policy..they keep them. The former owners never did that. I will just go to Roger Wilco from now on. I have been a customer there for 14 years, but no more!!

Since the store switched ownership, the prices drops have been drastic. The customer service is fantastic, they always have someone ready to assist you. I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Very wide selection on beer, spirits and wine. Have a decent craft beer selection aswell as a large whisky and scotch section with plenty of options ranging in prices. Usually one of the cheapest places to get what I need.

They hold a bottle signing by Dan Aykroyd and they sell out of bottles before the event started. We bought a bottle with us that was a gift to us and were waiting 3 hours in 20° weather and being told that he would sign our bottle by a staff member at the door. 3 hours later some took walks out and tells us to leave if we didnt buy their bottle. Disorganized and dishonest people.

Great for a quick stop for name brand type alcohol. It also has a decent variety especially wines. The sommelier is very knowledgeable about the various types of wines and the best pairings of them.

I have been here a number of times to pick up 12 packs or lesser quantities of beer/liquor. Stopped in today because I happened to be in the area and was helped immediately and got a half keg of miller lite. Didn’t realize (bc I didn’t touch it till I got home) that the keg was WARM. It’s been in my kegerator for over 4 hours and just pours foam and lukewarm beer. I’m sure they’ll blame my system or whatever but when I pulled it from my van, there wasn’t a drop of condensation on it (meaning it was warm AF). I had to go to my super local beer spot to get beer for our party tonight bc this is unacceptable. I hope it cools down in time for our Labor Day get together. I usually go to Canals in Berlin which is a little further and will continue to. Only stop in here if you want a cold 6 pack.

Not very customer friendly at this store. Its a shame, because their prices are decent, and they have a good selection of wines. Despite their attributes, I will now go out of my way to make my purchases at another store, even if it means I have to pay slightly more.

Used to go all the time until they decided to try to charge a fee to use a credit card for a purchase under $10.00Total was $940 and wanted to charge me. Never been back and never will.I pass it every day too.

AWFUL ....My experience shopping there was awful, as I got to register the cashier asked for both parties ids and I was stunned because I was the one purching the alcohol and that was my first time ever hearing that being though I been in there with aunts and I was never I’d with them ..long story short they would not serve me though they just served a non colored group of guys before me who clearly had a high school student with and only the purchaser has to showed id ..so Disgusting

I broke my knee in a car accident and i can’t physically carry Heavy things so my sister was with me and they denied serving me and wouldn’t take my ID that’s fine but was rude about it as well and wasn’t kind rude managers and the service is unprofessional i would not purchase from Buy Rite never going there again
