My husband has been here two times to fix our boys go cart tires and every time he has gone the owner has been so helpful. The prices are VERY reasonable. We love to support local businesses as much as we can and will continue to use e-z start. Thank you Bill!

Context: I have a John Deere d140. The issue was the mower would run, however would not move back and forth.Service: Due to issue stated above, contacted E-Z small engine repair. The initial phone call was handled by Bills wife (apologies as the name currently escapes me) who couldnt have been nicer (as you can see, I dont have an easily pronouncable name). Scheduled a pickup for Saturday morning. Bill arrived on time, with an advanced phone call as well.During the diagnosis, turns out it was a minor issue. Will not do a disservice by trying to incorrectly state the issue. Bill asked for a tool (adjustable wrench) and fixed the issue right then and there.He also provide some advice for proper usage/maintenance/storage as I am a novice when it comes to riding mowers.Summary: Overall spectacular, punctual service. Bill and his wife were extremely nice and understanding. Will definitely use their services again and would recommend.

I came 20 minutes after closing on a Monday. A younger middle aged guy said what do you need. I said I needed a briggs pushrod. He goes back and grabs one for me. I said how much. He said it was used, you can have it. I said thank you. A+ for customer service.

They over charge and dont feel like doing certain work, but have no problem keeping your car/bike at the shop for a week before telling you this. Never again.
