I don’t normally do this, I usually only like to leave positive reviews as I understand customer service can be very difficult at times. I needed help transferring my medication to this pharmacy and they told me they couldn’t do it. The employee I spoke with was very nice, but didn’t know how to resolve the problem and passed me to the pharmacist, he was extremely rude and shut me down, did not want to hear me out. Called the CVS I normally go to and they did not understand why this store wouldn’t help, they resolved the problem easily. The issue this location claimed to have was a non-issue and they apologized on behave of the willimantic location. The level of hostility on a simple issue was completely unnecessary. I was nothing but polite, just needed my medication. This is the only type of situation I’ll speak out about, in a world where you can be anything, be kind!

They’re never accurate with their timing.. it’s always an hour over what they say, for your prescription I have had it. Definitely switching my pharmacy. You wait so long on hold for nothing… the phone rings entirely too long, and your question is never really answered. It’s ridiculous. Done.

They have no customer service skills whatsoever I was concerned about my daughter’s prescription and when I asked what was going on with it for an explanation the woman just kept repeating over and over again the pharmacist has to work on it and to come back. Explaining things works much better then trying to CLOSE THE WINDOW IN SOMEONES FACE!

Great customer service in every department. Wow such a great place to have in our community So glad It is a very convient place easy place to been seen from the street even can walk here its right in down town Willimantic its very fast pace But everything gets done tonyour needs from medical to cosmetic food snacks toys games hair products everything you need for personal care they have or you can order. Thank you CVS care I will continue to shop here as I hope otheres will too Big ups to our home town CVS thanks again guys 5 stars all the way

Waited for more than 20 minutes on the phone to confirm a prescription. Unacceptable.

I simply called to speak to the pharmacist regarding refilling a script in CT when moving from another state. The tech that answered put me on-hold. I waited for 20 minutes then gave up and called a different location. They never checked back with me to let me know that they didnt forget about me. So unprofessional!!

I agree with others, prescriptions are NEVER ready!!!! Since they had 1 period about 6 months ago where they had tons of carts to unload, they appeared behind schedule and short employees. No problem. However they have never been back on track since. Ive had them screw up my refills, charge me for 30 pills when only 7 received in bottle, the clerk with the scarf on her head is so RUDE and cant even crack a smile. I would say 7+ of my prescriptions have NOT BEEN READY when I get there. They dont call you to give you an update either. Unacceptable! This is why I now do mail order.

This place is going to be out of business soon. theyre not helpful. they create problems. They make mistakes billing your insurance because they want you to pay out of pocket.

Because the store is so small, they are very careless with orders. Several times i have been told to p/u an order at some time & when I get there, the script is either not ready or they are working on it. Inexcusable treatment of their customers who are too busy to be waiting on CVS, for sure...
