I buy my heating oil from them and they service my burner yearly. They just replaced my 35 year old oil tank and did a great job at a very reasonable price! THANKS GUYS!

I’ve been using Ives Bros for three years for oil delivery and maintenance. My experiences with them have been positive and I would recommend Ives Bros.

Ive been a customer for 20 years now. Theyve always been super responsive and helpful, including those days where they had to pull into my neighbors driveway to get to my tank or to wade through 2 feet of snow. Their service is top notch and the staff are all personable and friendly!

Installation, service & fuel oil delivery is great. We have ony had very positive experiences with them.

Ive purchased home heating oil from Ives Bros twice during this past winter season and they always delivered quickly - both instances they made a delivery by 10:00 am the following morning. Their competitive pricing and online ordering system are also a huge plus for my shopping experience.

Oil delivery is always fast and on time. Ive used them for years. But more then once they have come to clean my furnace and a day later something always goes wrong leading to me needing new parts and more service and getting charged more and more. My furnace was on for 3 months no problems they come to clean it and not even a full 24 hours later its busted and wont turn on. Same as last year. Ran for months, they came to clean it and not even a day later parts are busted and it wont run unless i pay for parts and service, and after they fixed the first set of problems it shut off again, needing more parts and more service and more money. Something isnt adding up and i think i need a new vendor.

I have been a long time customer of Ives Brothers Oil but today they exceeded my expectations. I woke up to a cold house because we made the mistake of letting the oil run out. I called Ives 3 minutes after they opened (8am). The woman was pleasant & worked to help solve my issues even thought it was a very busy Monday morning as the Temps were 19 degrees (coldest day of the year so far)I got my oil delivered by 930 AM, Thanks for the excellent service!Mark Doyle

If you want to work with a company who stands behind their service, you would do well to look elsewhere.In August, Ives Brothers installed a $2100 Indirect water heater, and did annual service ($179.15) on my oil furnace. Part of the service was to install a new oil filter and pump screen at the tank. Today (Nov. 29) when the oil company came to fill the oil tank for the first time this fall, the delivery person –prior to filling the tank – pointed out a small leak at the filter, which he suspected was probably the result of the service person failing to properly tighten the 5/8” nut after installing the oil filter. When I called Ives Brothers to ask them to come check this issue out, Carol at Ives suggested that the oil delivery person had done it, and said they would not come check the issue unless I paid for a service call. This is not customer service, it is arrogance.My solution. Pay someone else to come fix their problem, and never use them again.My advice: save yourself the hassle, and hire someone else first.

Ran out of oil this morning. Called them at 8am and the delivered by 10am. Only plave ill ever do business with.
