This store has a wide variety of products and equipment. Their hours are extended beyond other stores in the area. They are not the most affordable in my area and they dont give significant discounts to professional cosmetologist.The male owner is hospitable however not so much so with the female ( I think shes his spouse)

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Never come here ever if you are any person of color!!! The woman at the counter was extremely disrespectful and rude when attempting to purchase my items. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Typical....follow you and stare like your stealing..I was looking at 💅 and the short lady who works in the store started to walk in my direction but once I started walking she stopped dead in her tracks and tried to play it off..ugh so annoying...what they should do is stop being cheap and hire loss prevention or have someone watching the cameras not following and staring from the register or behind you! The 👓 are high ($8.99) priced...however they had some cute 👓. Pretty good quality and they favor Gucci 2019 Spring Collection.

I love this store. They usually have EVERYTHING I am looking for plus inspirational music playing in the background. The owners have always been nice to my children and I. They do struggle a bit if their assistant isn’t there to answer specific hair related questions but that’s understandable. Overall this is my go to store for all my hair supply needs

Old hair and the store is expensive

So I just got off the phone with the owner. I called to see if they carried a specific crochet braid, color, and style and told her that I was traveling to see my brother who happened to be in the hospital--but I would pick up the hair in the morning. When I asked her for the price, she said oh, we dont give the price over the phone. Well, I can order this hair online without patronizing your store because prices for hair are no secret. So it made me think that they overcharge for their hair. And, then I decided to read reviews about this store online, and what did I find? A review that says they are a bit pricey. What bothered me the most is that they didnt want to take the time to give me the information I needed as a customer. Something simple. A price for their product. So Im not traveling there to shop ever. Their customer service stinks!

If possible, I wouldnt have given them any stars! Horrible customer service! I asked for help finding a wig grip. The young lady who assisted me gave me a wig band instead. When I got home and opened it, i realized it was the wrong product, so I immediately went back to return it. The Asian woman behind the counter was disrespectful and nasty! She raised her voice several times while we debated over the fact that even though I opened the package, i didnt know it was the wrong thing until I actually saw it! I told her she was about to lose a long time, returning customer over a $3.99 item. She yelled again and said the money didnt matter! Suffice it to say, I will NEVER spend money in there again! Its high time these Asian proprietors who establish businesses in the African American community start respecting us and our dollars that keeps them afloat!

Six weeks ago, my stylist took me here to pick out crochet braids for the first time. Their stock is plentiful and the store is neatly kept. In the past 6 weeks I have been back 4 times to purchase more hair and accessories. The last time I wanted to exchange a sleep cap that was advertised as silky fabric but when I took it out of the box, was actually plastic. The man behind the counter became EXTREMELY rude when i told him that i wanted to return it because I wasnt satisfied with the quality. He told me it wasnt a good enough reason and that I had to keep it because he could not resell it. When I told him that I was not used to such shabby customer service especially after have spent over $100 in his shop since my first visit, he became belligerent. I assured him he would never see my face again. Listen, m people, we have got to be more savvy about where we spend our $$$! I will no longer patronize shops who dont appreciate my business - i will shave my head BALD first. If you want to be treated with respect, you have to demand it.

Been going here for years. Ladies they do have some wigs & unprocessed bundles if your interested....but i go there for the decent pricing on braiding hair & the variety of cheap costume jewerly... Love the people there. Thats what really makes it nice.

I love that they play Christian music, being true to themselves. They have a big selection of crochet hair especially Freetress. Someone is around to help when needed, prices are good and they are friendly

After my experience yesterday I will NEVER give JFK another cent of my hard earned money. I shopped here for years and yesterday I was treated like a criminal just because I’m young and black. The crazy part is I didn’t have an over sized bag, backpack or ANYTHING. So he was moving on a pure stereotype. I was simply trying to slide some crochet hair back into the packaging properly and the guy there comes flying around the corner snatches it from me as asked if I need help. Then when I told him how his actions made me feel it was met with “Okay?” Unbelievable. It’s like they feel like we need them or something. There are far too many stores out here to continue to shop where I’m not respected.

I see why they have bad reviews. They play Christian music in the store but they are far from it. I called the store to find out if they had a certain type of hair, the man said yes but when I asked for a price he said,” no price over the phone”. I then stated it was pouring down raining outside and I wanted to know before I walked around there in the rain. He hung up on me. Never agin will I spend money here. They follow you around, trust me I don’t need to steal from here. Won’t get my service ever again.

Some items are expired the owner was very unreasonable and rude when i brought it back for exchange.. they would not exchange they accused me of NOT buying it there, I had to go back home to get the packaging with their sticker on it, got another one and that too was expired...if i could give them NO stars i would...

These owners are racist! They are not Christian as they suppose! I went there to return a product the day after a $60 purchase . While I didnt expect a refund, I figured store credit would be appropriate. Once the owner told me there would be no credit. I stated ok no problem I will contact my credit card company. However I did want to show them why I wanted to return to product. I said wilhich one of these wings can I put this product on so I can show you what I am talking about. The Male owner remarked you people #%^^^&@&&...... I said Im sorry did you just say ........ and he said you said you calling your credit card company so I dont care. I said Sir, you know me, I come in here all the time and have always been respectful. He said yes, I recognize you I dont care, get out!Its a shame that we do not own the business that gets all of our money! There are 2 other beauty supply stores in Willingboro. Please do not patronize this one.

I have given this store several changes and after this Saturday, I am done with them. Customer service is horrible and they do not know their products. The owner told me to open a box to see the length of the hair and imagine the other boxes are the same. When I did not accept that answer he said how am I suppose to know whats in the box? Thats my most recent experience. Before that, this summer my credit card was charged three times for the same $138 transaction and then had to track the owner down for two weeks to get my money returned. Very nasty attitude including the two assistants, ESPECIALLY. I wont be going back and advising family and friends not to give them a dime of their hard earn money.

You can go to Camden in get better stuff save more they hustle out in willingboro and you can get the same stuff in Camden much cheaper

I was looking for a hair store to go to on a Sunday and thought perfect they close at 5 then I read the reviews 🤦🏽‍♀️. Sorry not sorry but Im not going to spend money at a store that disrespects its customers repeatedly on top of that the prices are higher and wont give price over the phone.

This store is ridiculous. I have been going there for awhile and it seams every time you go the price goes up $1 or $2. It’s crazy. In 1 year the price of 1 product I purchased went up over $3. So I was there today and something as simple as “shea butter” in the tub. They have more than doubled the prices on. Not to mention the “promo” containers that say “bonus” means your getting an extra amount for the same price. Well they increased the price on those containers stating “oh that’s bonus size”. I said to the owner. “No that means it’s the same as the other size and you don’t get to charge for the bonus ounces “. He says. “His store, he can charge what he wants “. So I ask you people. “Why would you shop here?” Seriously.??? I thought they were so nice originally, but this man became ignorant when I asked him about his.These people are “crooks”. Just go down he street to another beauty supply store and you will see, everything is almost $2 or $3 cheaper. These crooks said. “ you came here “ I’m the owner and that’s what I charge “???? Wow, really???? Why is this community continuing to suppoet these crooks???Everywhere else is cheaper than these crooks.“Greed”. Let’s not support the ignorance and Greed of others with our hard earned monies . Take it to the business that has fair and honest pricing.

Brought a pair of 5.99 earrings, I went to put them on it’s not staying in hoop to stay on my ear. I work two jobs I finally gets a chance to exchange my 5.99 pair of 14k plated hoop earrings to get told they don’t exchange jewelry so basically I wasted money on something I can’t even wear...Bad vibes always when walking around the store, Very last time I spend my money in this hair store I’m to point I’m start driving over Philadelphia to a hair store For Me n not feel uncomfortable when walking into the store

Terrible. ..customer service is awful! Wish I could give only 1/2 a star. Asked for help,never received it. Tried a wig on and since I didnt buy it they charged me a dollar for the wig cap. There are no signs posted stating you have to pay for a cap. Their HELP (THE YOUNG CHILD WORKING THE FRONT SO THEY CAN SELL THEIR PRODUCTS)wa NASTY, RUDE AND JUST IGNORANT. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

Im just confused on why this store has noooo reviews. As a matter of fact Im about to go there right now! Ive been going there for as long as I can remember and im only in high school lol, the store has great products and you always find what you are looking for. Its a great store especially for all races. I also love the employers. The ladies are so nice and when I go to browse around they always have music on. And its songs that I know! Seriously I love going there, you should go check it out people.
