Amazing and knowledgeable staff, very professional and timely. Throughout the pandemic they have been open and honest with delivery times and were very realistic (unlike some other furniture stores). The salesman was very patient with me and had an abundance of options to choose from. I purchased a leather sofa and love set about a year ago and it looks just as new as the day I brought it. As a matter of a fact, most of the furniture in my home is from Modern Furniture. I get compliments from my guests all the time on how beautiful my furniture is. I am very happy with their service and most certainly will recommend them to everyone I know!

The customer service is horrible. And the delivery staff is too. Would not keep a mask on in my house. And put scratches on my dresser. They left 5 big boxes of trash infront of my house. Call store owner. He said they dont take the trash of the boxes with them. So now the front of my house looks like a trash dump. And also still missing 3 items from my order. When you pay close to 3000 dollars. For a bedroom set. You think you would get better service. I will never go to the store again.

Mr. Mike and Mr. Paul ostensibly make a good pair who listen to customers and adjust accordingly. I wanted a bedframe to match the sophistication of my new interior design. Not only did they steer me right, but they worked with me wjen i impulsuvely agreed to a mattress I did not need and ask for refund minutes later.

Sharrell was very informative and helpful through the financing process which went smoothly. My furniture was delivered within 5 days as they said it would and it looks great! I went in to purchase a sectional sofa bed, it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, then when a man walked passed me I told him what I wanted he had me look at a book, then another worker enters the store, he was td to take care of me, he went and started dusting furniture! We recently purchased a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and rocker recliner (Ashley Signature Collection) from Mike who showed exceptional customer service..(especially when we didnt think the recliner was working and he got done work to personally come over to make sure it was, in fact, working.) He set everything up for us and we had it delivered within a week. The process of getting the furniture was quick and minimal paperwork. The 2 delivery guys, Yusef and Genis couldnt have been more amazing.. We live on the 2nd floor of a narrow building, and the queen sleeper sofa was well over 300lbs, and overly wide as well.. Considering how hot it was on the day of delivery, they called to let us know they were on their way 30 min ahead of schedule, they were able to get the sofa sleeper not only up 2 flights of stairs, but inside our apt considering how overly heavy and massive it was.(We definately under-estimated the size of the sleeper). They brought up the other 2 pieces, set them up for us, and got rid of all the packaging as well.. They were both courteous and professional and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. The customer service that was shown from purchasing to delivery and set up was nothing short of terrific.. I highly recommend buying from Modern Furniture Outlet..

So its a little premature in my first review. Now that Ive had my furniture. For a few months I find that my furniture is not holding its value. The cushions on my sofa has become flat. And And its losing its shape. No matter how many times I try to contact the store. I get no reply. Or it seems like the phone number is going straight to the fax machine. So now my review is Im not very happy with the furniture. Going to the after service that I received. Still paying for furniture that looks like I had it longer than I did. Just something to think about. Before you purchase any furniture from this store

This is my second purchase from Modern Furniture and I enjoy dealing with them. The purchasing process was quick and easy both times, but the lack of communication regarding delivery this time around was less than satisfactory. I knew when I ordered the couch and loveseat that the loveseat was backordered and I was given an estimated date of delivery. Needless to say, the delivery date came and went and no couch! I had to call repeatedly to check in on my order. I never once had anyone from Modern Furniture reach out to me. When I finally did receive the couches, delivery was great and the guys were quick and efficient! In the future, if I buy from ypu again, I hope communication on your part is more proactive especially since I called several times and got a different answer each time!
