I had a window on my motorhome break during a storm. They quickly set up an appointment to measure the window and within 3 weeks they had it and installed quickly. Very nice people and good service. I would recommend Tri-County for your glass needs.

Lady made my call seem inconvenient to her. After being put on hold for 5min. Lol Prices were way more expensive then all the other businesses and instal time for estimate was an hr half longer then others as well. Its a no go for me. :/

Tri-County was awesome! They custom cut some glass for a framed calendar I have in my home that had broken during the move. The price was very reasonable and they did it in one day!

Broke some parts on my car and only would fix 1 side. they said didnt break the other side. But they were the only ones to work on my car. Just happened to be in the same place just other side. Would not recommend taking your car there if you like your car.😬😬😬

I have taken glass here to get cut, had my cars window chips fixed, and had replacement windows put in and they did it perfectly every time! They also support the community! Lucky to have this glass shop in Williston!

Extremely happy with my service. Found out the back window of my vehicle was broken into. They took the time to realign the frame as much as they could so everything would work as much as possible. They explained everything they had to do as they went. My new window looks amazing.

We take all of our work trucks here . They are fast, courteous and easy to work with. We have never had a problem with them. A gal in our office wants us to use a mobile repair service and I refuse to do so because Tri-County Glass is local and do great work and they easily work with our insurance.

Awesome service!! When my window was senselessly smashed out, they were so empathetic and did me a huge favor of putting epoxy over it because it was forecasted to rain a lot while we waited for my glass to come in. They just were the nicest people!!

Went to tri county glass to have a rock chip fixed in my brand new windshield. They fixed it. A few weeks later now in the cold weather the whole windshield cracked right from that rock chip that they fixed. Called them about it. Was told that they dont warranty their work on chips. So I paid money to keep my windshield from cracking, am now out money and have to spend extra to put in a new windshield. Extremely disappointed that they apparently do horrible fixing jobs and then dont even stand behind their work. Will never do business with them again and make sure to tell everyone about this experience. Save your money and go to a business that is professional and know what they are doing!!!!!

Will never go back! think they need some customer service training! window leaks and they were rude to me about it like it was my fault! Went a few blocks down the road to Choice Auto Glass on 11th St E! They fixed me, i hardly even had to wait and gave me great service. I will keep Choice on my list!

My ins recommended this place to replace my husbands cracked windshield when I went to pick it up when finished there was damage done to the passenger side fender .. They refuse to take responsibility for this so we have to pay for the damages and put a claim on our ins ..Will never use them again .. Please beware take pics of ur truck before u give them the keys ..

The people and the work they do is always perfect. Weve have a windshield and a side window done here and both times it was pleasant and the work was perfect.
