Michael Boyce and his team were wonderful - I came in with a flat tire but without an appointment. They were able to help me immediately, and even gave me a ride to my house to retrieve my snow tires, which they put on for me right away. Couldnt have been nicer or more helpful! Got a flat tire on a Saturday, but they were able to help me out and replace it on such short notice. Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

Great guys! They checked all my tires to make sure they are all set for my drive to the Midwest. They sprayed one tire with foam to check for any leaks, and they got all four tires filled to equal pressure. Then they drove it around the parking lot to make sure my tire pressure warning light didnt go off on my dashboard. When I took out my wallet to settle up, they said I was all set-- no charge!

Helped me out last minute with a leaking tire! It was a small fix, but they had it done within a few hours. Great customer service. Will definitely be going back in the future!

We are less than impressed with Charlie and his customer service skills. We had an appointment scheduled through Goodyear for a month and when we went to drop the car off from an hour away he tells my husband there is no app scheduled. I called Charlie and he is very rude and should not be covering their phones. Maybe his boss Tim should take a look at this. Since Charlie’s words... he won’t contact you back..... really??? He should have found a way to get me in as I was already scheduled and his words to me and to Goodyear about what happened were totally different. So he also lies. I need to be able to trust the people working on our vehicles since we invest a lot into them for high quality parts and service. Thank goodness Goodyear is amazing and got us scheduled elsewhere, not a tire warehouse. I’m driving around with studded tires that are expensive and don’t want to ruin them. I would never recommend this place. Bringing my business elsewhere! Lost 2 good customers.

Wow, what a great service place for tires. Best experience ever for tire replacement. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by not only the cashier but the service tech as well. They started immediately and in no time at all we were back on the road. A great team with very friendly staff!

The guys here are absolutely AMAZING! They fit me in when my car totally crapped out at the end of the day. They were really patient and problem solved all of the different problems that came up once they opened the hood. They were so generous and kind and helped me out with a bunch of issues with my car that I didn’t even know about, AND they didn’t make me feel dumb when I was clueless about some car stuff:) They even had me come back the next day to double check that everything was okay before I left for a long road trip. I could not recommend them enough- and will be returning for all future car needs!!

We got a nail in our tire on our bassboat trailer. You think ok, no big deal. Well my husband is a professional angler with The National Professional Fishing League and we needed to get back out on the road to our next tournament in Lake Pickwick. Where are all the positive reviews coming from?Brought my truck in today for brand new tires that I bought online. Went to pick it up TPM light on. Reset in the parking lot, showed all tires random values. Went inside was told its fine drive 20 or so miles on it itll reset itself.Drove up interstate was a bit shaky figured new tires vs bald. Parked and let it sit then borrowed a neighbors tire pressure sensor. Turns out TPMS were correct and these clowns inflated all of the tires wrong. 29 PSI on one, 37 PSI on another. Went to loosen tires to check the lug nuts to re-torque, all torqued way over spec.What a joke. Plan to bring in to have them correct.Update - I brought my truck in the morning the next day and they readjusted tire pressure and retorqued all the lug nuts. Was fine after that. Raising reviews up from a one star, would have been 5 had I had the second day experience the 1st go around.

We had an AWESOME experience with this particular Tire Warehouse location. First we took our Volvo wagon to the Shelburne store location and they had it all day long. I called numerous and was told that it would be ready soon and it was not. By the time we went to pick it up that evening, they still hadn’t finished it yet. So, inevitably they told us to try the Tire Warehouse in Williston. We took it there and they had it done within 30 minutes. Great place! Nice people. We plan to take our vehicles here from now on. I came in with a 11 year old car in need of some serious TLC they provided that in spades. They had wide availability in scheduling, which I was so greatful for. I received fantastic customer service and was greeted by an adorable pint size dog who is just the sweetest girl. She loves to be petted and will be happy to announce your presence to the customer service team. She wants to make sure you get very prompt service. The technician I worked with was very informative, earnest,and helpful about the repairs that were needed and provided very reasonable pricing. The turn around time and availability in scheduling were incredibly fast which I found hard to find in the Burlington area.I would highly recommend them for your winter tires and inspections. Get ready folks winter is coming! Everyone will be scrambling to get their tires changed over and their inspections done. The great people at Tire Warehouse will make sure to help you and their pup will keep you company as you wait. If you have kids or just love dogs this is a great place to have your car serviced!

Tire Warehouse in Williston just won me over as the place I will spend my limited budget for car care needs. ?Charlie? fit me into their busy schedule in a pinch to fix a tire that was quickly going flat. It wasnt even a tire from their establishment. I had just finished a 16 hour shift overnight and needed to get home to sleep. No other tire store could get me in until later in the afternoon...and he was pretty busy too but without even hearing me whine, he fit me in. It meant the world to me and my summer tires will be purchased there, even if I am paying a little more. I greatly appreciate their customer - centered service.

You know how having a mechanic you can trust is a really big deal? THESE ARE THOSE PEOPLE. I have Ben bringing vehicles here for a few years and they never do me wrong. They are honest, they are fair and they know what they’re doing. Don’t bother calling up your buddies, asking, “do you have a guy you go to?” THESE ARE YOUR GUYS.

Super service! Went in late yesterday shortly before they closed and Don got my Honda in right away and replaced one of the contacts on my battery which wouldn’t keep charge. Had a leak in my tire so I called and they were able to get me in the same day. I was in and out in 20 minutes with my tire fixed. Everyone was very friendly.

My battery died in the parking lot and luckily this place is open. They dont really do batteries but the manager Daniel Craig, was able to confirm that my battery was died and changed my battery for me. He was also able to get me a discount on the new battery. If not for him, we be in a tough situation. I appreciate him and would recommend him to anyone else!

Just went into get a tire plugged, ended up that the nail in the tire wasn’t fixable. They gave me a a good price for a new tire and had it mounted and ready to go in 20 min. Awesome people awesome prices and extremely fast! Definitely going back here!

Avoid. They will try to upsell you.I came in for a Vermont inspection on a nearly new car. They told me that I needed all new tires, despite having the treads only halfway down to the wear bars. Then they told me that I needed all new breaks because they were full of scratch marks.I took the car to a real mechanic who said that the tires and breaks were fine, and all breaks get scratch marks once you start using them. Thats what happens when metal presses to metal. It passed the mechanics inspection without any problems.Again, they will make up repair problems.

The folks at Tire Warehouse did a great job. I decided to have my second vehicle done there because of the service I received from having snow tires put on our daily driver.

I showed up late afternoon on a Friday with a tire that was slowly losing air. Charlie and Joe examined and tested the tire. It was a very small nail and they fixed it. Ive never had a pleasant experience like this, they were GREAT!!!

I had an emergency flat tire and they went to my car and put the spare on right away. Great people and great service. Highly recommend them to everyone!!!!!

On my most recent visit, I went to make an appointment for an inspection and I was able to get an oil change on the spot. Every time I need work done they give me an estimate so I can know what to expect. They show me the problem so I know what it is Im dealing with. These are my car people.

The Customer Service is Second to None! ...I know I was late getting my winter tires on. .and had not made an earlier appointment ..But when I walked in and asked Donald Craig if I could get some Winter Tires put on Today He didnt look at me like I had Two Hbeads He simply smiled and said well not today but I can get you in tomorrow at 12 noon.. I was ecstatic! I didnt know what size tires I had but Mr Craig was up out of his chair walkin byg outside with me to find out... with a smile on his face ..He made me feel Welcome. and not like I was bothering him..I had been to 3 other Tire Stores to ask for assistance that morning...in South Burlington and Williston, that had not Even tried a little to accommodate me. Whats not understood by most clearly is that if they had of treated me Kind not like I had Two Heads. Perhaps I would have made an appointment with them at a later date . Because of Tire Wharhouse amazing and Genuine Customer Service I chose to spend my Hard earned Money with them. I would recommend these Kind Gentle Men and Tire Wharhouse to Anyone.

Arrived on Saturday to music in garage so loud it was as if the wall in waiting room didnt exist. I had an appointment and it only took 45 minutes to have snow tires mounted and balanced. I was pleasanty surprised. I get in my car and check the tire pressure, which was 40 psi. My car is rated for 33psi and that was on my receipt. The max for the tire is 40psi, had I not looked they could have blown while driving. I let air out and got on the interstate and felt tire vibration. I tried calling several times that day - no answer and the mailbox was full. I made an appointment online for Monday. Note to anyone making an online appointment- if you do not receive a confirmation email you do NOT have an appointment!!! I watched one person on Saturday insist they had an appointment, showed the email receipt, and the woman at the counter said it was never received its never wrong. Ha!! It was simply never confirmed. I saw another one Monday pick up keys to his car thinking he had an appointment and did not, his car sat all day. As I said I made an online appointment for Monday at 3pm. Never got a confirmation and knowing how the system works I went there anyways as my tires needed correction. I never received the declination email until Tuesday evening. The email stated they tried to get a hold of me. they need to change that message as most phones track missed calls. Anyways, they took my car in on Monday, said a left tire was out of balance. Great I think! I leave only to discover although better there is still vibration. I didnt ask if they checked all the tires. I will make an appointment elsewhere and if out of balance they will be getting that bill. The only saving Grace for this place is that the people were courteous at this busy time of year. I can understand something not being correct the first time but it should have been corrected the second. I will not return to this facility other than to be reimbursed for getting my tires checked elsewhere.Update 12/03/19 went to tire warehouse Barre and had balance checked. All were still out of balance. They didnt charge me.

I woke up to a flat tire. Replaced it with my spare and brought it over to Ray who is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. He immediately had someone bring the tire in for me. I was in and out within a matter of minutes. He called me when the tire was done same day. I love the service here. This is now my tire place to be. Tire Warehouse, Store #1520 has been the best auto repair/tire business I have been lucky enough to have a friend refer me to.The Manager, Ray and his staff are friendly, personable and willing to go out of their way, not to mention honest and fair to make sure your vehicle is serviced fully to your satisfaction. I would seriously drive an hour or more to get my vehicle serviced by them and I might add that when I leave, my car works beautifully as does my state of mind. Tire Warehouse performed a quality job on the tire change overs on our vehicles along with bagging the dirty ones. I would give a five star but we felt the customer service piece was just slightly lacking. It is that time of year where everyone is trying to get in but a phone call or something would be helpful to notify the customer a vehicle is ready to be picked up. I will recommend Tire Warehouse to others and definitely return.

Great friendly place! got 8 new snow tires on both vehicles. These guys are working 16 hour days right now with the weather and killing it! Online system isnt accurate so recommend going in or calling a few weeks before you need the apt because they are busy because they do a great job and get swamped 👌

Im so glad I stopped by and bought my daughter her tires before college starts. Not only did I walk out feeling a little guilty because I got such a steal on tires but I also had the option for a 6mo interest free credit card. Tire warehouse treated me like I really mattered. They were upfront, happily answered my questions and got me in and out when they said they would. I recommend them heartily.

I had a flat tire and my husband recommended I go to … A tire place is a tire place. Right? Wrong. The service I received at … was not the standard service I have received from other car places. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I did not have an appointment and the issue with my tire was addressed on the spot. I was in and out in less than a half hour. During my wait I was offered a peppermint patty and had WiFi to keep me occupied. Bonus. My issue was minor but based on my experience and the more serious issues and the experiences my husband has had, I would not hesitate to return or recommend … for the exceptional service we received.

My family has been coming here since I was a child, under the previous name of City Tire. Ray and his staff are real, genuine, and care about what goes on your car, and make sure the job gets done the right way every time! I cant stress enough how easy it is do business with them and the care and service is why I keep coming back!

I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and they are friendly, professional, and have a great sense of humor when appropriate. They are great technicians, as I have used them to diagnose multiple problems, fix flats, change tires, and routine maintenance. Top notch service, what a great crew of professionals.It’s the end of their workday and I decided to hop a curb nearby and blow out both of my front tires. Hearing the noise the staff ran outside to help me. Apparently they took pity on my situation (not laughing at me!) and found a great set of tires to replace my damaged ones with and offered to take care of it immediately at an awesome price too - wow.Taking the tires off they noted my rear brakes were shot and offered to take care of this too, which they did. The customer service was so bad, Id say it was bizarre. I waited inside for a half an hour, during which time I used the public rest room. There was nothing to dry my hands with, about 15 squares of toilet paper, and nothing had been cleaned in MONTHS. Now, I can handle a mess - I ran a race car club for 5 years. Believe me, I get it. But combined with the utter contempt I was treated with and the rampant toxic masculinity...well, these are the guys who I want to steer clear of. After 30 minutes, my car till hadnt been moved into the shop, so I seized my opportunity - grabbed my keys and said See ya! I recommend ladies who have self-esteem find another Tire Warehouse. The one on Essex is actually pretty great!
