Found this owner (Kevin Beard) to be very dishonest, greedy, and lacking of integrity. Initially set up job to be done for set amount. Upon arrival at job site, found full services werent needed as originally thought. Renegotiated new price to be paid which amounted to half of original. Yet after I left, owner sent in invoice to paying entity for original full amount plus. Paying entity ended up unknowingly paying the invoice. This is deceit, greed, and lacking of character when someone takes advantage of such. Will never do business with this person again.
