Up on vacation with our new boat. Second day on the water had a problem at the end of the day. I called Vermont home & marine to see if they could help. They said they were jam packed but to drop it off the next day & theyd do their best to look at it. Later that day I got a call from Bob. Not only did they look at it they were able to fix it so I could get back on the water for the rest of our vacation. Extremely grateful. Thank you Bob!!!!!

Able to get work quoted, parts ordered, and then our boat repaired quickly considering it was pretty much peak season. I was happy with the communication throughout and they worked well with our insurance.

Bob has rebuilt my main power and my trolling motors, winterizes my main power motor and has kept me going for years! Always prompt, courteous and friendly! And he knows what he’s doing! Highly recommended!

At first I wrote a good responce to this bunch, But today I have had way to much bull so I am changing my opinion on them! Took my 25 e-tec motor to them thinking they still were an Evinrude authorized repair shop still! I called them first made the appointment I told them what the motor is! But BOB said to bring it down at such in such time he would look at it! Ok when I took it down, I spoke with this Bob guy and told him what the problem is - No Spark off the plugs! Ok by the end of that week I will be up and running! Nothing so I called them, and got told that they called me! Wrong!!! No call! So anyways he said I needed a crank positioning module! Ok that he cant get one because his dealer was out! How long 2 weeks hopefully! Ok so 2 1/2 half weeks went by and still no call! I called them and he said that they tried a EMM on it and they could not hook up to it on their computer! Then he goes on to say that they are not an authorized dealer! I asked him why the hell didnt to tell me this to start off with!! It cost me $105.00 Just to get my boat back so I could take it to an Evinrude dealer! I also am not stopping with just this review! Going to get my money back and file a complaint with the Local BBB! $105.00 and Nothing done in over 3 1/2 weeks! Sounds like they just wanted to make a little bit of money off me and waste my time!!! I also had an Evinrude dealer look to see if had been touched! All the bolts still had the thread sealer on them! They never even looked at it! $105.00 they think they sucked out of me! Wrong!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a store, if thats what its called. I took a minn kota PD55 in to have it serviced last fall. The owner said he would estimate that it would be about $200. That was good for me because I intended to give it to my brother when it was fixed. They1. Took 6 months to get back to me and tell me that it was done2. Did not fix the problem at all and the troller is as worthless as when I took it in3. Would not reimburse me even when I said they could keep the troller, just snubbed meNobody should do business with this guy.
