This store was stocked extremely well I was there last week Ive never been in it before I was thoroughly impressed lots of people in there helping you with anything you could imagine for needs

I went in by myself (adult female) I didnt get a hi how you doing or even a glance from any staff the entire time I was there. The man that walked in literally behind be got help immediately. I even had a staff member walk by me at least twice and didnt even get looked at. Im done shopping there

I enjoyed walking in and seeing the wide variety of Merchandise they had and had very appealing experience in the store. That being said I do have a few problems such as things being made in China. Usually if something is made in that country its usually really cheap but I believe that this store bumps the price up way above what the actual cost to manufacture it and they also didnt have a very wide range of my size jeans. But I will admit however the store is amazing place to shop and it has very great customer service.

Boots belts shirts and more. they have a wide selection of boots and apparell. ariats are my favorite and cant be beat. even though they are a chain they make you feel special and at home. i find myself spending more time there just because of the friendly atmosphere. 4 stars

Was inside for 10 minutes and couldnt find anyone available to help. Full pairs are not available to try on so assistance is required. Store was clean with a western atmosphere. Went to another store and bought 2 pairs of work boots.

Big selection of clothes and great selection of sizes. Finding clothes for myself is pretty difficult since I dont wear a typical size stores stock(small). They have great customer service and overall a good shopping experience.

Didnt have the Carhart shirt i was looking for.

Bought boots the day before, put them on in my kitchen and didn’t like the way they fit anymore so I asked for a size exchange for one size up. Said they couldn’t resell them because I somehow ruined the soles by walking around my tiled kitchen.

Excellent service me and my wife where there and all the ladies were very helpful they brought me all kinds of work boots to try on that made my shopping experience really good easy to make a decision.. 5/8/21

They did not have the exact FR Jean style I was looking for but were super helpful in comparing others and seeing when they could get the ones I like in for me.

Abby was AMAZING from the moment I walked into the door!!!She showed me around the store helped me find my boots THEN they had a sale on buy one get one free...I got all the way home and my pants didnt fit AND lost my receipt 🙄. I called Abby back she told me that since I signed up for the email they had my recipes on file and to come on in and get my size.Beautiful store! GREAT SERVICE ! WILL ONLY SHOP HERE FOR MY STAY IN ND❤️❤️

They got lots of boots sometimes its harder to decide because there are too many.

Boot barn is my favorite place to shop. Kind and understanding management and the customer care unbeatable. Very considerate to your needs and extremely attentive. The clothing and boot quality is second to none.

I didnt like like how this pregnant girl just followed my boyfriend and I around the WHOLE time not helping just talking. Cleavage out staring at my boyfriend. Made me very uncomfortable. Shes lucky I even purchased anything there.

Wide selection of work boots

Excellent selection. But if they run out of a certain item, knowing whether theyre gonna get it back in on the next shipment is unknown. They get shipments everyday. So basically youd have to be checking back every day to see if they got what youre looking for.

Dont go during the evenings. Even though they are friendly they arent very knowledgeable about their products.

Went in there for the first time and looks like they have alot of boots to choose from and thinking they will give home of economy a run for there money they still need some work in having cloths in the FR department but I think they will be just fine looks like a good place to shop for some western wear also men and woman!

Poor customer service.I have been to a lot of boot barns all over, but this one was the worst by far.Employees were lazy and not knowledgeable about products.They had me ordering a pair of boots that were in stock.All they said was what we have out is what we have.Then I found them and the lady just laughed.

Better prices than Home of Economy (MUCH better). Plus staff is very helpful (not to mention drop dead beautiful).

Awesome place always have what I need

I bought a pair of Cody James boots for $200 from this location and 2 months later the inner lining started to come out which started to grip onto my feet causing the boots to be very difficult to take off. It was at that point I found out how screwed up this location is, I tried to return them and they typed on the receipt sold as is when I purchased them. So the store told me Im sorry we cant return them for you because they were sold as is. There was nothing wrong with the boots when I purchased them.
