My family and I went into the store and were treated like gold! Olivia Bacon (our store agent) was a rock star. She was knowledgeable about products and any accessories we wanted to add to our purchases. She meticulous with her attention to even the smallest of details from price to applying screen protectors. We spent about three hours with her setting up 4 new phones and Olivia’s energy and positive attitude never wavered a bit.I highly recommend cellular sales in Williston, Vt and in particular Olivia. This store will always have our business and we will always ask for Olivia.
Luke was great, not pushy, efficient, and very helpful. We called to see if they had any of the iPhone 13 Pro Max in stock, and they did, so we came in. Sure we overpaid for a tempered glass screen protector, but the easy transaction and great service was certainly worth it.
My boyfriend and I came down and stayed the weekend in a hotel. We were talking about getting our phone plans put together, so we finally did!We had the pleasure of working with Adam Dragosljvi! He got us 2 new iPhone 12 Pro Max’s, one for free! Gave us a bunch of deals and was so pleasurable to speak with! Also very knowledgeable! He didn’t just want to get the job done and get us out! Went into activate my new phone and get a 5G SIM they failed to complete the activation of my new SIM card and I was left without data when I went in to resolve the problem they told me it was my phone it was broken and I would need to get a new one. After spending the money on a new phone I had the same problem. Ended up going to the Montpelier Verizon store staff was much more knowledgeable in willing to help.
I cant believe how easy this was after how much I messed it up trying to upgrade my phone and plan at the same time. Tyler had my hand and walked my through the whole thing and I got a b better plan and 2 upgraded phones all for the same price I was paying!!!!

Store Associate held me in the store for 3 hours transfer pics to new phone. I had no idea he was just uploading the pics to google photos. One year later, half of my 8,000+ pics are missing. I called the store. Associate told me I am out of luck.

Went in expecting to get just an iPhone 11 to replace my current and sadly out of date iPhone 6S. Ended up with a new (and cheaper!) plan that provides more of what I need, an iPhone 12, and an iPad. All for less than what I would have spent had I just gone with the iPhone 11.Worked with Antony who has the distinction of being both an excellent salesperson and superb customer service representative - he was knowledgeable about all the promotions available and able to get me the best deal for the most and newest tech. Possibly the first time I have enjoyed the experience of walking out of a Verizon store with more things than I intended to get when I went in. Honestly, can’t say enough good things about him - friendly, good sense of humor, good conversationalist, great style, good at his job, efficient. In a world where subpar service is the norm, Antony most certainly stands out. A+ experience - would definitely recommend visiting Williston and Antony to anyone for their Verizon needs.

Due to the holidays - VZ has certainly fluctuated in traffic. Last night when we went we waited a bit, but it was so worth it! Adam who helped us was FANTASTIC! He was knowledgable, patient and was truly ensuring that we had the best customer experience as possible. We ended up purchasing two of the new iPhones (shocked they were in stock) and walking away happy! With only 3 reps, the environment is spread out and feels safe.

I went in to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 5S/SE, which was far overdue. I worked with Travis Garrett and had a wonderful experience. Not only was he personable and professional, but he was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions. Other than paying my bills on the one in South Burlington I will always take my business to Tyler. I worked with Spencer Fewer to trade in an old phone for a new. He made it a very easy and pleasant experience, suggested cost-savings, explained everything clearly and did it all quickly. Update....4 months later and I am still dealing with this issue. I WAS able to return my phones after I was lied to about not being able to. I brought them to this location and met with one of the managers (jameson) who took them. Luckily for me I kept my receipt for the return as I received a bill for over $5000 from verizon for the phones I returned. Once they took my phones they restocked them and resold them. (One of their previous employees tracked them for me by the serial number) These crooks kept my phones and likely ripped somebody else off with them! They never made it back to Verizon! After multiple hours of communications with verizon and my account going to collections I was able to get ahold of the indirect account manager (scott) with verizon who was unable to help me as well. He seemed like he wanted to help but nothing came from it and just pushed the process back even further. It wasnt until dealing with the collections department who was great by the way and telling them my story, they were able to help me. I forwarded them my receipt of return and they couldnt believe what I had to go through. This has been a horrible experience. Zero stars because one is too many!Dont waste your time with this 3rd party lying and cheating facility. I am left asking myself if this is a joke.... I was lied to by multiple people within this company during this process. I purchased 4 new phones from them and was a returning customer who has made multiple purchases. When I was there I was told my trades were going to be worth $550 and to just send them to Verizon directly. Once sent in I received my trade value of $202. So that lie cost me $700 and I was not able to get my traded phones back. I was told my new cellphone bill would be around $400. That lie was going to cost me $400 a month as my first bill was $1150 and moving forward my new bill was going to be $800 a month. They sold me screen protectors that didnt work with and inhibited the functions of my phone. I reached out to their regional director as I was able to get his number but he didnt answer and would only reply through text. He had his lower level managers try to help me but they did nothing to resolve the issues created by their sales consultant. Their idea for resolve was to pay the high payment for 6 months, go on auto pay and pay $3000 to pay off 2 devices to get to the payment I was originally quoted. I was then told after no resolve I could return my phones and break ties. Unfortunately and not to my desire I had to purchase phones from AT&T who couldnt believe the situation I was in and brought back some faith in the phone industry that I had just completely lost. When I went to cellular sales to return my phones they told me you own them and they could not take them back and it was against the law and to watch for the $5000 bill for the devices. Its kind of struck me funny that against the law came out of their mouths after this fraudulent transaction ive been dealing with. I will be reporting this company to the state of Vermont and intend to contact a lawyer.I do not recommend stepping foot in this building.Buyer beware. Please direct your friends and family to save a hassle and just deal with Verizon corporate directly, they will save time and money and they wont have to pay and additional $45 Set up prior to Verizons activation fee. Their lack of customer service is appalling! I recently lost my phone and tried to get it replaced (insurance )--online, so difficult . some of it because I lost pin andd code info!-went in and met with a sales consultant and he took the time (40 minutes ) and made sure I walked out of there taken care of with a new phone coming in a couple days!--im guessing there was no commission on his end but that is what customer service is all about its people like him that creates repeat business !--his name is Antony. W and no Im not his relative or friend, just met him for the first time today!!!

We had the most enjoyable experience with Edwin Rivera last night. He connected with my wife, my 16 year old daughter and myself with such ease and authenticity. We bought our new phone and he respected the research we had done ahead of time. He explained other options but did not push us into anything we didnt want. To be honest, if he had, we would have walked out. His intelligence, humor, and warmth will bring us back to this Williston store - in particular. Even our daughter was impressed. Because it was her phone, he talked with her first and us second (knowing we were paying). Its this kind of rare humanity in retail that we have come to appreciate. Thank you Edwin.
I dealt with Matt and Devon. They both tried really hard to help me get some sort of internet at my house since nothing else was available. I had to go back for a second visit and I dealt with Matt again. He was very professional and gave me his honest opinion about what was my best option for my situation. He didn’t try to push anything to just make a sale. Will definitely go back for my future cellular needs.
Pretty awful experience here. First, when I asked if they were a Verizon store, they said they were not, but rather an authorized retailer, and then they proceeded to bad mouth the local Verizon store and tell me how they were better than them. That should have been my first clue to leave, but I needed a screen protector and I figured it didnt matter where I got it. Boy was I wrong. I purchased a screen protector on a Friday. I noticed that along the edges of it, there was a rainbow effect going on. On Sunday, I noticed a chip in the screen protector. Now this was a brand new phone that I didnt have a case on yet, so I wasnt using it much as I didnt want to risk having anything happen to it. I am dumbfounded as to how it got a chip in it. On Monday, I went into the store to see if I could return it. It was pretty expensive for something that broke in 2 days. The guy who greeted me said it was applied incorrectly, hence the rainbow effect. It was applied by the salesperson at the store, so they are at fault for that. However, he said since there was a chip in it, they could not accept a return, as they would get in trouble. He reiterated this many times. So I bought something that broke in 2 days, and they refused to accept the return. When I went home and contacted the company that makes the screen protector, they didnt understand why I was not offered a refund at the store - they said that since it broke within 30 days, the store should have issued me a refund, and they would not get in trouble for that. I will never go here again. I went to the corporate Verizon store instead and had a much better experience. STAY AWAY FROM CELLULAR SALES!

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to comment on the fantastic customer service that I received tonight. I had been on hold with Verizon wireless via phone for 45 minutes trying to get a simple question answered about a plan. I went through endless automated prompts and in the end my question was still unanswered. So I decided to just go to a store in person to hopefully get some help. I’ve had a terrible experience before at other Verizon stores so I wasn’t expecting much... but I showed up anyways, minutes before the store closed, with my gaggle of kids and the store associates named Luke and Ben were warm, welcoming and helpful. Luke was able to answer my question and explain the why’s and how’s and Verizon Wirelesses global impact etc. Ben, though busy and not directly taking care of us, listened and offered up thoughtful advice as well. They were both incredibly informative and it’s the first best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store.

Horrible! Have had a flip phone on the Verizon Network for years and it finally gave out on me. Knowing I had to eventually progress to the 21st Century in technology, did my research and found a Smart Phone that I felt comfortable with. Verizon listed it for $444 and was available for pick up. Granted people spend a lot more for these phones and always hear about someone cracking their screen and the horrors associated with it. So while $444 is in the middle of the road price wise, it is still a hefty investment for me and a purchase not to be taken lightly. I live a distance from the City and the Williston Store was the closest although it was a 40 minute drive for me. I called the night before and asked the price and if they had it in stock. They did, and the sales person told me it was $400. Great! At least I would save on taxes. I headed out and was greeted at the door, most likely due to the Covid19 virus. I had my mask on, but was amazed to see that the majority of people in there did not have a mask on, not even the person who waited on me. I told the sales person what it was that I wanted and he got it out for me from the back room. The box that the product was in seemed a bit beaten and was not in shrink wrap. He took my information and worked on the computer for some time. He had to ask for help from another sales person as he was having difficulty with the computer accepting some kind of code from the box. Eventually he was able to get it going but needed some kind of over ride code. After at least 1/2 hour of setting things up on the computer, he tells me the price is $100 more than the $444 that Verizon listed the price as. And certainly more than the $400 that was quoted from the sales person the previous night. Supposedly the difference in price was based on the fact that I would be using it on Verizons Prepaid Plan. That didnt make any sense. I argued that I could of purchased it on-line and picked it up in store for the $444. He said it was probably a promotional price, and they couldnt honor that price. BS! It was a Verizon phone, and a Verizon Authorized Store, and not a promotional price! To his benefit he did say that I could go back and purchase it on-line, come back to the store, and he would be willing to help me set it up. After reading the reviews, I will not be going back to this store as it appears that they jack up the prices, charge for sim cards which Verizon says are free, and what ever unexpected service charges they can drum up to pad their bottom line. I do not recommend this store. It left me with a bad impression and gave me 2nd thoughts of making such an investment. At this point I am giving myself 2 options. Either buy a flip phone from Ebay and use it until they are totally phased out and no longer supported, or just get a cheap $100 phone from Walmart. Although I was a bit excited at moving up in technology, I have done okay with less relying on actual face to face communication, and my experience at Cellular Sales gave me ample reason to stay in the stone age. Furthermore it left me with a bad impression of Verizon for endorsing them in the first place. I might even ditch Verizon at this point and go to something like Consumer Cellular. Although Cellular Sales holds some positive reviews, its often the negative ones that should be given the most weight. Needless to say I didnt purchase their phone and am not going back.

The store had 3-5 sales people in the store while I waited patiently for 30 minutes for one to be available. Not once was I acknowledged or offered wait time. I was clearly the only person waiting when another customer walked in, she was acknowledged and asked if she had a quick question. It was very poor customer service, plain and simple. I left quietly and calmly and they didnt try to redeem their lack of customer service by acknowledging me leave.

Very scammy! I just went in to upgrade to the note 10. I did my research on the phone and saw in some reviews that the phone came with a screen protector out of the box. When we were going over the phone the salesman, I believe Chuck was his name, asked me if I wanted to purchase a screen protector. I proceeded to tell him that I read that the phone came with one out of the box and he told me that it didnt. I told him that I saw from multiple sources that it did and he again smiled and assured me it didnt. So I assumed since he worked there he knew and the stuff I read mustve been special edition phones or something. So I got a screen protector from the store. The salesman then went to another desk to apply it which is where he either was surprised to see that there was already a screen protector and neglected to give me the chance to change my mind about the one I was about to purchase, or he knew all along that there was one and scammed me into buying one to up his commission because I just went through the box my phone came in and with the manual sure enough a pice of paper said that this phone comes with a screen protector on the phone. So wether he was uneducated on the phone or being scammy either way its pretty poor business practices. From now on I will be upgraded online and not dealing with slimy salesmen.
I stopped into the Williston store because I was having a problem getting used to my new phone I received the day before from another excellent sales rep in St Albans. Miguel went out of his way to help, even though he knew I wasnt there to buy anything he was kind and very respectful. I was having difficulty pairing my phone/car and he kindly did that for me. What excellent service.
I called to schedule a time to pick up my phone and the gentleman on the phone told me I can’t from his store was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to explain to him that I spoke with a Verizon employee that morning who told me to call this specific store and make an appointment to get my phone. I’ve never received such awful customer service and I will never recommend these people to anyone. This is my second awful encounter with them

I can honestly say this company seriously negatively affected my life. I was approached by a cellular sales rep Tayler Miller and asked about coming aboard to join the Cellular Sales Team. He had gotten my number from a new hire there who I had sold a car to. I had told him I currently had a job with a good income. He told me just to listen to what he had to say. I had heard good things about Cellular Sales and the car industry was getting slow so I figured it wouldn’t hurt to hear more about the company. Everything sounded great like it always does I really believed everything he was telling me and I wanted to move forward. My only request was that I go to training as quick as possible so I can start making money as soon as possible. I was already making $90,000 a year but I strongBelieved in this company. They hired me I finished first in my training class got out of training and immediately started working I work every single day extremely excited about the opportunity and the job. They told me I was working too many hours and had to go home during the training period. I had told them that I needed to get going as quick as possible and all of this was discussed. They turned around and fired me for being “” unprofessional”. Knowing I had just given up a position to go there. None of them will answer their phones or even talk to me. I should’ve every day on time in dress code eager to learn ready to move forward I caught on everything as quick as possible. They lied to get me there I left a job and when I brought it up they fired me. I have messages from them. I really believe that the company is a good company. But the structure of the company has no managers and they will fire you if they are worried about you if you are good and you threaten their potential they will fire you and there’s no manager to stop them. Never in my life have I been fired for a position ever I have excelled in every sales job I’ve had breaking a hundred thousand dollars In several industries. I took this job because they have locations all across the country and I wanted to move down south to be with my daughter they knew this they. Worst part is they won’t even answer their phones they know what they did was so wrong as a place to buy a phone I think Cellular Sales is a great place as for a place to work the income is there but don’t expect them to care anything about you
Always a pleasant experience here, my salesman TJ Ingibina was so helpful, he guided me through all the things I needed to know about what I came in for, and also helped me with getting something I needed but had never heard of. This store has always been a 5 star experience for me.
My wife and I had a great experience today. Normally buying a phone these days feels like buying a car, and today was a quick, and effortless process. Our rep Nate did everything for us! 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family.
This place is all on 100% commission and have dirty tactics to make you feel like you are getting an amazing deal when you are not. The $45 dollar setup fee is a scam and tell your rep you will NOT pay it because they have the ability to wave it. Go to corporate or any other authorized retailer. All the reviews that are positive are mostly fake or forced instore by reps after they masked a good deal to you so they can pad their pockets. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I feared changing cell phones because I liked by Windows phone. Caleb helped make my choice of the dreaded chafe much easier and more intuitive. Verizon has always treated us well and this time is no exception. Overall, this has been a great experience. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for Verizon wireless service.
I have been to this location several time and the staff is usually pretty helpful but this time my experience was exceptional. That seems like a powerful word for a Verizon store visit but it seems more and more rare to find great customer service no matter what the setting. So I have to give a shout out to Le Long. Le greeted me immediately as I walked in and sat me down to review options. It was clear he was concerned with finding the right plan and setup for me, not just sell the most expensive/newest items they had. He had all the answers to my questions, and clearly explained pricing with the excel sheet to compare different plans. He was very efficient, didnt waste time on options I wasnt interested in and I walked out in what seemed like only a couple minutes. I wish more people across all industries understood customers like this guy.
The interaction from the greeting was exceptional! Low key no pressure sales approach. I got all my questions answered and they were patient. No waiting and follow up was excellent from Sam and Joe. It was a very personalized approach.

Although eager to help (clearly seems commission base) and friendly the staff is very nice. BUT lack of training and knowledge is oozing out of these franchises. EVERY time I go here no matter how small seemingly the need I spend hours here and something I have to call Verizon and fix that they do! I asked 10x if I was able to use my upgrade and make sure I was not doing one of those plans where they charge monthly for the phone and the young kid reassured me uneasily that it wasnt. Of course based on his body Language and the almost 2 hours I sat there trying to keep my 4 year old at bay I called Verizon after and he did sign me up for a $53 EXTRA on my bill a month plan for my new phone NOT an upgrade. Annoying is not the word Id like to say...
Best Verizon experience thus far!!! Tyler was so attentive and helped with everything. I am not too tech savvy and he really helped me feel comfortable with the phone I got. Thank you Tyler for your wonderful customer service!!

Amy was beyond amazing! We were getting my daughter a new phone, switching hers another phone over from another carrier and had additional convoluted issues with that account. Amy could have given up at any point and told us to get it together and come back. However, she stuck with it and our trips back and forth to the house and the other carrier and several HOURS later, we were set. She was kind, beyond helpful, funny and knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better person! Additionally, other staff in the store were wonderful and went out of their way to help. If you need a new phone or service plan or anything, Amy and her teammates are who you need to see! Thank you all, but especially Amy, for all your help!
This is going to be a long post but its necessary. I dealt with Jonathon when switching from AT&T to Verizon. he was very helpful, answered all of my questions, some multiple times. We made the switch and we never realized we werent in an official Verizon store. Our first bill arrived and there was a double billed item that has taken me almost an ENTIRE month of multiple calls per week to get fixed. Jonathon helped me FINALLY get this resolved with Verizon tonite at almost 9pm as they kept giving me the runaround.We were taking advantage of the current deal(up to $650 for your AT&T phone). I ran into a question I couldnt answer doing the online submission and was close to a true Verizon store and when I went in THEY REFUSED TO HELP ME! hands out in front shaking them saying we cant, we wont help you. go back to the place you got the phones SERIOUSLY!?!? I am a Verizon customer asking about a Verizon deal and you wont help me!?!? SO I called Cellular Sales and got Sam. he spent about 90 MINUTES with me helping me figure out the submission paperwork. I walked into this store in tears and at the end of my rope and he truly helped me. Verizon this new customer is not impressed with you at all. Cellular Sales is your authorized retailer so you shouldnt punish those customers who deal with your authorized dealer by REFUSING TO HELP THEM! I cant say Im impressed with Verizon but I am impressed with the service I have received from Cellular Service and I would recommend them for sure

My favorite local Verizon location. The wait here usually isnt bad and the staff is super helpful. Had to make a complicated exchange here and the staff member worked through it with me with a very positive attitude. This is now the only place I go when I need to do account maintenance that I cant do through their website.
Our experiences at this particular store have always been great! We have the family plan with 5 phones so we are always changing phones and plans and choose this store for the great help.
I highly recommend Cellular Sales for anything mobile phone related. My experience with Kevin McGregor (sp)? today was top notch, I was in and out in under an hour while he expertly upgraded me to a new phone. Will not hesitate to return, A++ all around.

Had a wonderful experience at the Verizon store in Williston. Rob Small was my rep-- he was super helpful in both talking me through Verizons new plan set-up, and upgrading me to a new phone (I switched to android from apple on his recommendation and am very happy so far!). Not only was he a knowledgeable Verizon representative, but he was also incredibly personable, so working with him was easy and enjoyable. Thanks so much Rob!

Stopped in at the Verizon store on Shelburne Rd in South Burlington and Bryan waited on me and was excellent at showing me choices of phones available. Chose the LG and the time he spent showing me how to use and all the customer service was great. Excellent service.

I had gotten a warranty replacement for a screen protector and I stink at putting them on, so I went in the store to try to get some help with getting it put on, immediately the guy noticed they weren’t the ones they sold there and he was pissy to me after that. I pay $300 a month to Verizon and you would think they would at least give me a little bit of good customer service. And to top it off the guy put the protector on horribly, I’m assuming purposefully since I didn’t buy it there. And now the screen protector has a huge rainbow line going down one side of it that’s distracting from the screen. Very unsatisfied, makes me want to switch to a different phone company.

I am astonished by my experience in this place! I will never go to another Verizon store again. What could have been a very difficult experience for me was instead fun, relaxing, and easy. Kate and Mike were extremely understanding, patient, and thorough with me! For someone who is clueless with electronics I am walking out of here feeling like I have every questioned answered and totally confident! I feel like I can turn to these associates for anything in the future - if needed. Far more than an average experience and I highly reccommend coming here.
