I don’t often get my eyebrows waxed—Wait let me start over. I’ve never gotten my eyebrows waxed and I’m not sure what the exact details were that lead me to this store to get it done but here I am a few hours later just wondering how a subtle change to my face could make such a drastic difference.Anyways, that’s enough of a backstory. The experience was very welcoming in part due to my brow artist, Hannah. She made me feel at home even though it was a rightfully nervous situation, and walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable before starting.The store, along with her brow area, was exceptionally clean. With current events the way they are, it was a comforting touch.Truthfully, I would recommend that anyone who’s looking to get phenomenal brow service go to this location and that they request Hannah. I promise you won’t regret it.

I don’t always get my brows done but when I do, Hannah is my GO-TO. She’s professional, she’s fun to talk to, and takes pride in her work. She’s the best in VT hands down ask for her or book your appointment!

Extremely disappointed in this service. I went to have my eye brows waxed and asked not to have too much taken off. After reassuring me that she would not take too much off she mapped my eyebrows. She never asked me if I thought it looked okay, which should have been my first hint that it would turn out horrible. Once she showed me my eyebrows after the wax I almost screamed, 50% of my eyebrows were gone. I dont feel as though the cosmetician mapped my eyebrows to my face, but just recreated her eyebrows on my face and it looks horrible. Will never return.
