I second the others who have mentioned the good service and selection! Over the last year Ive been putting off projects but eventually put my foot down and made a list of all the tools/equipment I needed. Acme had every one of them. Plus I did not once feel unwelcomed nor ignored by the friendly staff!

Bought a heater 11/23/2020, fell apart coming out of the box, plastic pieces in the plastic bag, supposedly comes with a battery for the igniter, not in the box. Obviously a return, I needed it so glued it together to make it work, I wont be back. Ohh it was a mr heater hunter

This is a very good local store. It has prices that will make most people smile. In my opinion this place is just right. The prices for tools are right in the middle. I absolutely love Acme Tools. they have a sweet selection, with a various assortment of quality brands and plenty of stock to back up their deals... And a great warranty program! Plus, they have a Kubota service center!

They treat you like things used to be. Competitive prices and they stand behind the product. You probably wont have to mail anythjng to the manufacturer if there is an issue because these guys stand up for the customer as they stand for the priduct

I went in to buy an impact with a certain brand in mind. I was offered assistance right away but it was so organized that Id already found the one I wanted. On top of everything they were running a promo and I saved even more than usual. We be returning soon.

While I would definitely call ahead if you need something incredibly specific or esoteric, they have a very good selection of tools and equipment in general and probably the best in the area. Prices for the items we regularly purchase are competitive with other vendors.

Another one of the common places in an oil town where they sell so much that they dont seem to care about customer service. Went in looking for a new harness and cutting torch setup probably $800 worth of gear and was totally ignored by employee. Another customer walked and was greeted like I was never there. Stood by them while they did their business and when they got done employee acted like I wasnt waiting so I told him about it and walked out. Good luck

This place is to costly and doesn’t have a huge selection of Milwaukee tools it does look very clean and has nice employees who are willing to help but i think I’m going to stick to prk tools if this place triples the amount of Milwaukee they have and knock down their prices on it I would be here on the daily if that happened
