Zach in the lumber department was extremely helpful in helping determine the best plywood to use for an epoxy countertop project. He was knowledgeable about the products in and out of his department and really took his time to provide useful tips. The Willmar store is full of helpful employees. Zach is a shining example!

I had ordered ahead of time. I ordered a mop system recommended bucket and extra mop head. Notified me when they was ready. I went inside was waited on fast and efficiently.

Sales person was great! She helped us select the flooring we needed. Also, loaded on a cart and took it to the cashier, then got us help to load the stuff into my truck! Great job!

We called yesterday morning 9/7 to see if they had a particular fridge in stock because the one we bought at the end of June stopped working... we spoke to Todd (in appliances) and he said yes telhey had 1 left, it was the floor model but the door was dented (which didnt matter cuz we could swap out the doors). He said to bring in defective fridge and we could do a swap. When we arrived Jose & Shauna were a huge help and so amazing. Thanks yall for the help 🙏 😀

Most employees are very helpful but they still managed to only have self checkout available. I checked out just under $500 worth of items and lumber while an employee stood there and watched. I also had one paver block without a tag and the employee asked if i would go to the other end of the store to take a picture of the UPC code (I left without the paver).

Do not even bother with this company when it comes to carpet installation, they have no problem taking your money but will not actually show for the appointments they scheduled. This is the 3rd appointment slot they have failed to show up for. I will be canceling my check.

This store was pretty clean/organized. There were plenty of friendly employees to help when I needed it.

Purchased carpet with the free install. Be aware that means they will sub it out to a company that subs it out again and ultimately when something goes wrong NO ONE takes responsibility especially Home Depot. Better to just pay for install with a locally owned business that cares about the customer.

I wanted to order a product, had to order it online. I wanted to get the -25$ off of my first order with the homedepot credit card. I applied for the cc, they emailed me a link to get a passcode so i could order online, but when i clicked on it, they wanted to text me a code. I never got the code, i tried several times. I called the store, he said he thought he could print me a pass instore. I go to store, he prints my one day pass, but it has no coupon for the -$25.00 off deal.He said i would have to take it up with the credit card company. I try to order online, but i have no cvc code. So i decide to wait till i get card in the mail.I get the cc in the mail, i order my product online, but it doesnt apply the -$25.00 off deal in my first purchase!!!So i call capital one, they say oh the credit will be applied after one or two billing cycles!! I cannot believe this!They really need to do something about this process!! If they are going to offer deals on your first purchase, they should make it easy to apply to the order!!So, now i wont get the discount on my first order, i will end up having a credit balance on my statement, if they ever do apply the credit!! I will never apply for a cc there ever again!! Most likely i will cancel this card after i pay it off!Not happy with this process at all!!

Jacob in lighting was excellent! He was very helpful and had no problem getting a ladder to get the boxes down for us or help us find out what lights we needed.Rita in cabinets on the other hand was rude and very unhelpful! We ended up going to Menards and spending just over $5,000 in cabinets. This was the 2nd time dealing with her and her unhelpful attitude. 1. they had a hard time finding her and 2. then she just stood there with her arms crossed, did not smile and did not seem like she wanted to help us.Seriously considering getting rid of our Home Depot card which we just paid off.If it wasnt for Jacob my stars would have only been one but he gave us great customer service! 5 Stars to him!

Good place to shop for tools and stuff. Not as nice as Menards but they do have better paint here than at Menards. The gardening section is also amazing in the spring and summer, so much so that they can compete with the largest nursery in town.

Dont get a credit card from Home Depot. I was in their the other day to make a payment on my account. When I realized Im paying 25.99 % interest. Just after I made a payment I cut up my home depot credit card. No more charging here.

I found the item I was looking. But I did have to look for it quite a bit. I was not approached by any employees for assistance and their was none to be seen in my area.

This is just my opinion, I think Home Depot is the greatest, great selection on so many different items and staff is always there to help theyre intelligent and professional i have shopped there for over 25 years and ill continue, 5 stars for Home Depot

Rude staff. NOT willing to help when we needed assistance about putting up a privacy fence. The store across got our business insteaed.

I had to return something and they were very accommodating.

Some dude kicked me out of the store because I was apparently disturbing the customers when all I was doing was roaming the store by his words I “looked suspicious with my bag” and then he mentioned the riots in Minneapolis for some odd reason as though I was gonna start a riot I explained that my dad was here and I could just go to him if I was disturbing people. He tells me he saw me walk in the store alone which I did but my dad was not too far behind me. I offer to just go back to him but he just tells me to wait for him outside.I’m sure this is am amazing store with lots of reliable lumber but the way this guy treated me was asinine.

Awesome helpful staff. Made a phone call to Greg in plumbing with a tricky problem that needed a specialty tool. He was able to understand what I was trying to fix, went to other departments, found me a tool that would work and left it at customer service counter for me to pick up when I arrived in town. A little unhappy with the customer service. To get some help was like pulling teeth! The knowledge of the cashier seemed quite limited on the checkout/pickup procedure.

Not very well organized and always have all the carts for wood being used for other thing so customers have to spend a ton of time looking for them

I get to pick out my own lumber.

I went to home depot. i needed circular metal discs. the two older employees there were no help and had never heard of them. a few feet away there they were. very naive and didn’t even know their own store. next, i needed paint to paint the discs. i told the lady at the paint counter i only needed a sample size or maybe a quart because i would have to do several layers on my discs. the lady refused and said i needed a whole gallon of paint for just a few circular discs to be painted. i left rather confused, paying a lot for the paint. i went home and painted my discs completely, only to realize that the gallon of paint i had purchased was completely full. i wasted my money on an unused gallon of paint. i will be returning the next day to get my money back and complain. horrible staff. they don’t know what they’re doing.

Had a water heater problem and the employee who helped is was not very informative... Said he was from the gardening department so he wasnt very informed and we ended up having to go to Menards to find the part we needed

Even amidst a pandemic, lines were QUICK and efficient. This is the place to go, as everyone is also sanitary during this time. Cant say the same about the Willmar Menards.

The employees are scarce when you need help. I actually had a female drag her ladder down the asile I was in and block the direction I was going. There was some random promo sitting in the way. It was frustrating. She glared at me as I was trying to get by. Hello b, I was trying to shop that section before you rudely brought your no helping a*s down that way. Not a single person asked if I needed help as I roamed in and out of their dark unorganized asiles searching for solar light. Not a fan of this place.....

Cashier that greeted me was nice, then I was asked if I needed help finding something...I said yeah an oil filter wrench, the old man says are you looking for a special one? I said yeah (because I looked it up online already) the old man says we dont have those I said are you sure? He says yep. I asked if he could show me where the regular ones were at. He leads me to an aisle where the oil was and he said nope dont have it sorry then I found it. for someone who works in hardware...youd think they would know where stuff is. Whoever hired that guy bless their heart that guy was useless and I wont ask him a thing

Wanted to buy an air compressor, no one there knew what I needed to get the hose connected to the tank, spent like 20 minutes waiting and no one knew anything they told me to come back lager. So I bought a compressor at Runnings next door where a really helpful guy knew what I needed right away.

The stores inability to make a simple address change on an order delivery is really disappointing. They indicated we would have to cancel the order and reorder everything to do so, which I had no problem with. However, they were unwilling to honor the price I had paid for my original purchase. Instead they wanted to charge over $3,000 more to reorder the EXACT same items but do a simple address change from Willmar to New London.

I always manage to kill time here. the staff is so friendly and the products are always top notch. This place blows menards out of the water when it comes to customer service and employee knowledge.

I went in to get doors, drop ceiling materials and squares to finish basement project. The people there were awesome! Thank you for all the help finding the stuff I needed ☺️

Went shopping for a Ridgid Light Cannon. Online it said the Willmar location had 2 in stock. The gentleman who helped me find one left to take a personal call for about 20 minutes. He came back, looked some more, then said he couldnt find one. He went to his manager and he told me that I could pay full price for the display model, which was damaged and was missing the charging cord, box, and did not come with a warranty. I asked them if they could order a new one in and they said they couldnt until their inventory read 0 in stock. I said screw it and ordered it on the home depot website in the parking lot and it made it to my house in 2 days. What a waste of 45 minutes.

They have nothing on the store. You have to order everything.

They have a wonderful helpful handicapped woman in a wheelchair greeting you and she was so helpful and kind. I love my OdoBan for cleaning and now they have more scents to choose from. My favorite is lavender for cleaning I grabbed 2 gallons and a new scent cucumber melon grabbed one of those also. One gallon makes 32 qts. Kills 99.99% germs. Imagine your home smelling like those scents and more to scents to choose from. Used as a laundry softener also. It is the only place I get 2xs a year for it. Cant get it in choices like that anywhere else that I am aware of. You can use it as an air freshener also and on your carpets for great scents in your home. If you have pets that is what you can use it for also! The price is $9.96! I Love it! Thank you Home Depot! 🤗
