We were on our way to a cabin for a family vacation when my car broke down. Called the dealership to see if they could get the vehicle in. They were able to get us in the next morning right away and able to replace the alternator. They were amazing to deal with and fast to fix it! Amazing place!

Recently bought a vehicle at another Schweitzers location. I hadnt even gotten the plates for it yet and it started having problems. Brought it to Willmar as it is closer for us. Turns out to be about at $3000 fix. Called the location where we bought it from to see what kind of help we could get with it since Ive had it less than 2 weeks. The two locations are working together to get it fixed and we are paying less than a quarter of the expected price instead of all of it. I am very happy with that compromise and them working with us on the issue.

Over all I was very happy with my experience. It would have been better if nothing was wrong with my vehicle but that not Schwieters fault. The fact they found the issue during a routine oil change and were able to fix the problem is what I really appreciated. They didnt force the fix on me, they quoted it and left the decision up to me. A real great bunch of people and Dennis is a real treasure there.

Pleasant staff, clean waiting area. My only issue is they claimed to have checked my tire pressure and if so why was one tire still 5lbs different than the other three which were exactly the same afterwards.

We went on Saturday during lunch time and our sales person dashawn was super helpful .I wanted to see about trading in my pathfinder it wasn’t in the greatest interior shape so wasn’t sure how to go about it, I explained that we went to another dealer and was given The run around . He first offered to look into a few different suvs that would fit my family, We saw a suv I loved but wasn’t to sure about so I told him we would be back on Monday but after a few hours of thinking about the SUV we decided to go back again he greeted us with such short notice and got the paperwork process started, unfortunately the bank didn’t want to approve the SUV we went in for BUT dashawn found us another SUV with better mileage and newer year . While we were waiting he kept us updated asked if we needed anything or any questions. I always thought big dealerships were a bit intimidating but he made it smoother and easier . My husband and I are so happy with our new SUV .

I called to make an appointment for my 50,000 miles service and asked what was recommended to do at this point. My question was totally ignored and now the things that were supposed to be done at this point were not actually done and my car is running weird.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. As always I was greeted as I pulled into the bay and they immediately started on my service! The service was done in a super timely manner and thorough check over was completed as well. I am always 100% confident in the work done and very satisfied!

We were looking at the possibility of trading in our Enclave and were not entirely sure of what to go to next. Steve was very thorough in keeping communication and was great to work with. We test drive 4 different vehicles ranging from a late model Impala to a Acadia with a few years on it. We ultimately went with a new Equinox as it fit our needs the best. Brought my car in for breaks grinding, (2021 traverse) and they told me to let it go and it’ll stop after a few thousand miles. Was not happy about how they handled it. The breaks shouldn’t be grinding on a brand new vehicle.

The dealership did awesome and fixed my AC problems, even checked in with GM to see there were any recalls on the common problem it was. GM refused to help me but the dealership did an awesome job fixing my problems.

He would text me new vehicles he thought I would be interested in which made the vehicle shopping easy and convenient while working an hour away from the dealership.

Bill and Andrew were very easy to work with and accomodating. They made the process simple and stress free.

I brought in paper work for an oil change tire rotation and a new set of wiper blades that I printed off your web site for the price of $59.99. When I arrived and talked to the service advisor I showed him my paper work showing what I wanted and the price. I had a $50.00 dollar coupon from my reward points. I was billed $48.00 dollars extra for the wiper blades I told the advisor that I would wait for wiper blades since he said they were not part of the deal. I think you have false advertising. NOT VERY HAPPY.

So we purchased two used vehicles from Ian. He’s amazing and this post has nothing to do with him! I took our 2012 duramax in to get looked at for a check engine light and an oil change. I made an appointment the day before and then I asked if I could get a loaner car. I live over a half hour away from willmar and need transportation to get to work and transport my child. I got told that he couldn’t promise me a loaner car so I should figure out another option. Fast forward to the following day. I drop my truck off at 8am and was told it would be looked at that morning and he would call. I got a ride from a friend because I figured I wouldn’t even waste my time with your loaner car that you couldn’t promise me. Well 4pm rolls around and I still hadn’t heard what my truck needed. We got told it needed batteries. So tour telling me that it took you the entire day to diagnose that it needs batteries? We asked the price for everything. Got told it would be $500 for everything. They didn’t get the truck done till the following day because apparently it’s hard to install them in the 1.5 hours you had after I approved it. Was super convenient having to find a ride home since you couldn’t get that done and then finding a ride back the next day. Go to pay my bill. It was $650 which sure as hell is not $500 like I was quoted. One thing I can promise you is that I will never be back for purchasing or for service on our vehicles. Absolutely disgusted with your service.

I have never actually step foot in this dealership, but their customer service is excellent and I will definitely be back to buy another car in the future! I emailed Josh on Thursday, and via email and texting, had a car delivered to me on Friday! My husband was so impressed with Josh that after a few more messages over the weekend, he found him a truck! They had to go get it for us and delivered it that week! Steve brought it up to us and their customer service is fabulous!!

I think that vacuuming is supposed to be included in an oil changing service. Yet rarely done.

If I could leave zero star I would so everything started out just fine normal We go and we speak to them we find a vehicle at a pretty cheap price then noticed little things wrong like having to use a pliers to open The hood of the vehicle when we finally opened it we noticed that not only The car was not detailed but neither was the engine not a big deal oh well check the oil oil is black which means they did not what they call 87 it where are you doing oil change and you do everything to the vehicle before selling granted we got a “”Voucher to get it oil change the next day my dad she did get the free oil change and he told us it would’ve been only 15 minute wait for finance to get done with our paperwork well another customer got brought into that office while he was doing our stuff so we wound up waiting for 15 minutes but 35 to 40 minutes after we’re done doing the paperwork signing everything I noticed that the vehicle jumped up in price $200 oh well I say to myself it’s a pretty cheap vehicle I go to test out the radio after buying this vehicle which I should’ve done is please the radio don’t work I go in and ask this guy the radio don’t work he comes out he looks at it he goes oh don’t worry about that that’s like a $50 fix I do not want to replace the radio he should’ve been straight up with me and had all the knowledge about the vehicle before selling it to me I’m gonna say this do not I repeat do not buy from this place if you do good luck

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Bill and the entire staff at Schwieters Chevrolet in Willmar. I shopped around a few different places, but as a lone female in a car dealership, I felt intimidated. However, the entire staff at Schwieters took the time to listen to me and my needs, allowed me to call my dad, answered all my (probably ridiculous) questions, and were very patient to explain everything to me in ways I could understand. They took the time to price out different scenarios to make sure I was getting the best deal. I never once felt uncomfortable and nervous like I had at the other places. Plus, the prices were the lowest at Schiweters than other places I had looked. I drove 2 hours to look at this car and will be doing the same when it comes time to purchase my next vehicle. A big thanks to the guys at Schwieters for making this gal feel comfortable and welcomed!

I do not have enough good things to say about Schwieters in Willmar. They are fantastic! I recently purchased a new vehicle with them and Steve did everything he could to make sure I was a happy customer. He answered my many questions and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I will definitely be coming back for all future vehicles!

I’m extremely disgusted with the values of this place! The sales man explains to two elderly, vulnerable adults that the car was a good working car, then hides a clause in the paperwork that gave them permission to sell a lemon. Once the car started acting up they take advantage yet again and complete useless repairs for hundreds of dollars just to later explain the car needs more work than it was purchased for. It’s is extremely, extremely disgusting. Especially in the tough times many are going through. Shame on you and your garbage values. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

My salesperson Jake was awesome. I called on a Tuesday at 6 p.m. my car was delivered in North Dakota on Thursday morning. A very easy process in a timely manner.

Quality service at a high price. Went in to have a full service done to my newer model Jeep. Walked out with a 268$ bill for my warranty and a 200$ bill for myself. But, that said. My jeep runs and shifts like new.-1 star Wanted to trade my Jeep in for a 2012 Chevy pick up(older than my Jeep)for 24,000$. Trade in value on my jeep was near 7,000$ minus the warranty and they gave it a fair price given it has a couple scratches on the leather and that I smoked in it.The kicker is. That was supposed to make the Truck 17,000$. Then they added tax that was 1,000$ which made no sense even if it was legal for them to sell a vehicle without including taxes. This isnt the biggest reason I decided not to trade in though. The rep that comes in that helps with finance tried to get me to buy the truck with paperwork in hand for an agreement on 29,000$ for the truck. Then tried to convince me to make 650$ payments. After a downpayment negotiation of 3,000$. I was able to get payments down to 528$. But if you think about it. That combined with constant repairs+insurance+gas, would have made getting into an older model truck that only costs the factory itself to build less than 3,000$. More than it would take to buy a 300,000$ house from a bank per month. No wonder the auto industry is consistently being needed to be bailed out by the Federal GOV.Be very careful when dealing with these guys. Just another shady dealership like everything else in America.AT LEAST THE SERVICE WAS QUALITY +4 Stars.

This place was very helpful, when I mentioned not having credit they immediately talked about going to the co-op credit union to get approved (luckily it worked) as for our salesperson Iggy was incredibly helpful and was always doing anything he could to help even told steered us away from some vehicles with running problems and in the end helped us find our 2010 GMC terrain and helped us out as much as he could when i mentioned adding a warranty

After the sudden death of my boyfriend I found myself in need of a 4x4 truck. I had no idea where to even begin having always owned cars or SUV. Iggy, the salesman, was very patient and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and made the whole process simple. He was,always available for followup questions. Highly recommend.

My wife made an appointment to have an oil leak checked on a Thursday afternoon.She asked that an appointment be made for another time if it would take more time to fix.The car was taken apart that same day and was told it wouldnt be ready until Tuesday and a part had to be ordered. She picked up the car on Tuesday and got about 5 miles when a warning light came on and bells started ringing. She called and was told to drive it back. The car had to be left overnight again. She picked it up on Wednesday and brought it home. I checked it over and found the oil and coolant low. She brought it back Thursday and got the fluids topped off. It has been 6 days now and seems to be good.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Lots of delays with insurance issues, but they still took the time to make sure I was comfortable. Salesman made sure that I understood all features and options with the truck as well as the importance of a good warranty package. I was leaning towards not getting the warranty package, but once the staff explained that the unexpected can happen at any point and given that most new vehicles have a lot of computers it just made sense. No regrets.

I will never buy another vehicle from this place. I bought 2 vehicles the same day. One new and 1 used. They promised us a free oil change on both. They honor it for the new car but when it came time to do the oil change on the used they said NO!! Once the snow was gone and was able to take my used car to the car wash the paint came off the poor quality of patching up dents and scrapes they were able to conceal in order to sell the car. 3 months after buying the car it was making a weird noise so I took it back so they could tell me whats wrong and they said it was the a.c. compressor. They charge me 60 dollars and told me they could not fix it because it was a hybrid and they didnt have the tools or machinery to make repairs. Oh but they had the tools and machinery to do a thorough inspection b4 they sold it. LIARS!! IF YOU WANT TO BUY A USED GOOD CAR DONT GO THERE!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRUGGLE AND MONEY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND LIARS!!

Lawyer advised us we have enough proof to go to court.Sold a car with known problems and lied about it. We didnt even make it home with the vehicle as it kept shutting off. We were advised to take them to court by a lawyer because we now have proof that they lied.
