They have a lot of arts and craft stuff to choose from, decent prices, and friendly staff. I just feel like many things are spread out and it takes me a bit to find things

Learning how to sew using YouTube. Not easy. But the woman who cut my fabric helped me so much. Shes been sewing since 1954. Such talent!! Thank you!

This store is the only place I can find music themed material But Ive only found such material in no pill fleece and 100p/c cotton. Hope more manufacturers make more and in a variety of colors.

Its pretty clean and easy to navigate. There just seems to not be as much product as usual and its a little harder to find employees (besides the cashiers who are great from my experience).

They are their to help you and to understand what your looking for or to come to as close to what you need to make your project workAnd to complete it . The knowledge they have is there to help you. Im going back to get more supplies 😁

I was in the store one evening and I over heard a manager talking to an employee in a condescending way for no apparent reason. I didnt say anything but listened. I looked at the name tag of the manager and it was a Juli or July, it started with J if I remember correctly. It seemed that there was a power struggle going on.

It depends on the person that Waits on you I have had 10 plus customer assistance and Ive also had a 3 but the last experience I had was from Mankato and they were a 10 all the way.

A store for what it says fabric and craft. What a concept! Makes you wish you had hardware stores back in every town. Instead of junk made in china from a wall hole.

Could use more selections in all categories, especially buttons.

I like joanns, but the lady that checked me out wasnt someone that I would hire! No hello, no smile, no thank you! She looks like she hates her job!

The worst sales people ever did not know where any products were in the store when asked a question I said I dont know and walked away if I own that business I would have them fired I was in there in the evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Willmar Minnesota store it was a horrid experience
