I sat around and waited for a half hour after my apt was scheduled when i said i was leaving because id been waiting for a half hour the lady looks at the clock like im not able to tell time.. ok 27 minutes i waited.. wont be going back you shouldnt either due to the fact somethings going on that they make you wait a half hour after your scheduled time.. 2nd time ive waited more than 15 minutes after

I am so disappointed in this place. I love the Dr thats the only reason they got one star. The second I walked into the door the ladies behind the desk were beyond rude. They wouldnt let me choose from more than 5 frames because thats what my insurance covered, even though I had planned to pay cash for what insurance didnt cover. They wouldnt even let me look. So in the end I am stuck with glasses that dont fit right and not my style. I will be ordering different glasses and sunglasses from somewhere else and wont be going back...

Called to try an schedule my husband an eye appointment and the lady that answered was extremely rude. Wont be scheduling an appointment there for my husband. 😞
