Went in to talk to a salesman and was weirded out by what was going on. There was a baby in a walker walking around the show floor and crying. There were baby toys on the floor. Worst experience! Bought a jet ski on 4/30. I was told it had 38 hours on it and was in perfect running condition. Took it out for the first time last weekend and it bogs down when accelerating. Called yesterday and was told to bring it in. Got there and was told it now has 80 hours and the impeller is bad. I literally had it out on the lake for less than an hour. Rode it from the landing to my cabin and knew there was a problem. Wasnt able to talk to a manager as it was his day off. Was told there wasnt anything they could do since they needed to speak to the manager. Apparently, nobody is empowered to make a decision on their own. The service guy I was speaking with refused to call the manager because he didnt want to bother him. They did have the paper work showing it had been inspected - which it couldnt have been. Seriously, it could not have been inspected! This was the first time I have purchased a jet ski and have now learned my lesson. Dont trust a sales person - Scott S. Dont trust a dealership. Know how to inspect the machine before purchase. My argument was how could I have possibly put on 42 hours in 40 days. Seriously. What a joke! Lesson learned. Wish I could give zero stars with this review.

Unwilling to deal on anything unless it’s an old carryover. Then they wouldn’t even sell me a gas cap even though they had several machines in stock with perfectly fine gas caps. Maybe at least keep a spare on the shelf people?

Horrible customer service, they tried to charge me $900 to find a damaged wire on my ski doo snowmobile. Staff was rude, gave them a 2nd chance to fix my other sled too, got it back in parts, owner got involved and told us to kick rocks. I’ll never spend another dime there.I honestly think they don’t know how to fix anything, every time they called with an update (which was rare) they constantly were in contact with BRP because they couldn’t fix it. They sunk hundreds of dollars into both sleds with out my approval, which I instructed them, anything over $200 please call for approval.

Dealing with Scott Selander was an excellent experience. I had to travel a ways to get the bike so most of the paperwork and the down payment were handled by a phone call and email. The bike and paperwork were ready when I got to the dealer to pick up my bike and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. Thanks guys!

The transaction was very smooth. The staff was very friendly and the paperwork for the purchase was very smooth. The new hold-over I bought was a very good price, and my trade-in value was fair.A couple of issues I had were, although the pre-sale checklist was supposedly done, the bike left the dealership with only about 25 PSI in each tire, the oil was below the sight glass and theyd lost the extra locks that come with the new bike for the optional side cases. It took about 3 weeks to get a replacement set of keys and locks in my mailbox, as I live about 3 hours away and they had to be shipped. I was a little disappointed the general manager didnt feel it was necessary to reach out to me personally to address these issues.

Brought my bike in to have the motor inspected and fixed. I was told it was a top end issue. They fixed it. Got it back and put 30min on the bike. Started leaking and running really bad. Brought it back in where they told me they had put gaskets in wrong along with a few other things. They once again fixed the bike. Got it back and put not even 2 hours on the bike. Now the motor is locked up. Brought it back and they refuse to fix or touch it because the issue is with the bottom end. When I originally brought it In i told them to check the complete motor as I needed it to be ready for the season. They slacked and only did half the motor. Now I have a 3000 dollar blown up motor. Do not bring your toys here. They do a half ass job. And when they make a mistake they put it on the owner like I should have been more specific or its a user caused issue. Never spending a dime here again.

Dear Doug and Sheri,I started looking for a Yamaha SUV about 6 months ago. I had seen one many years ago and always wanted one. The opportunity for using one fully came when we purchased a home on Richland Chambers Lake near Corsicana, Texas. We bought a house right on the water with a boat dock and a place for Jet Skis. Then came shopping for one. When I searched for this model through the internet, I came up with very few options. One in Florida, one in Minnesota, one in Missouri. The one in Missouri looked terrible and the one in Florida was considerably more expensive. I contacted Scott at your store and from the first moment he made shopping an exceptional experience. He returned my calls and did everything he said he would do. When he mentioned that you had rebuilt the engine on the SUV, that sold me. I had never purchased anything sight unseen and asked Scott, what it would take to hold the jetski. He informed me $500 non refundable would do it and I took the plunge.I drove two days from Corsicana to your place, met Scott and took her for a spin on a nearby lake. Scott made sure it was beautifully clean, checked out etc. It started instantly. Now just a few words on that. I owned a Yamaha 700 waverunner in the past with oil injection and it was always hard to start. Not this one. It ran great on the lake and Scott made it easy for me to take home. He even threw in a couple of straps for the trailer I purchased with the Jet Ski.Thanks for running a great store. Thanks for having great employees like Scott.
