I just purchased a Mercedes GLC 300 from Leikin Motors Mercedes. Best experience ever. It was seamless. I drove up from Michigan as I did my research and their cars were priced perfectly. The Mercedes I looked at in Michigan was very overpriced and had to many miles. My lender even complimented the dealership. Gene was exceptional. Took my car because the convertible top would not operate. I called ahead and said I would wait for the diagnosis and then we decided to go out of town for the weekend. I left the car on Sunday morning using their Dropbox service. The service coordinator Michael called me Monday and advised of the issues and I told him to go ahead and fix it. The next day I get a text telling me your car is ready. We were 250 miles and asked what time they close and told him we would be there before they close. We came back, walked in and they said they would bring it out to me. Couldnt be happier with the service treatment and efficiency. Reminds me of the old days when customers were treated with respect. 6 stars for my experience.

Mohamed at Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby is the best car salesman ever! This was my first time going thru the car buying process on my own and he answered all of my questions willingly and explained every detail to me to my understanding. Mohamed helped me find a vehicle that included each and every feature I wanted in my dream car. The car had to be sent to Ohio from another state and he made that happen without a hassle. He even connected me with the financial department, when at first I was reluctant to speak with them, to add necessary warranty packages to my purchases to ensure that my new vehicle is covered from front to back, inside and out. When I arrived to purchase my car Mohamed set up a grand reveal. The car had a red bow on it which I requested, but he made it even more special by setting up a special congratulations sign with my name on, a cake because it was my birthday (by the way the cake was AMAZING), and balloons!. This made me feel so special. Mohamed said he would do anything to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and he did just that! Great service. They actually answer the phone instead of letting it go to voicemail and calling you back. Mike, the contact person in service, knew exactly what was going on with the repairs as if he had done the work. On top of that, the car has never run better.

Ty Whiting gave us a run around for a week refusing to except a $2000 deposit, not returning calls and documents to our financial institution to complete the sale, only to tell us today that they sold 2018 GLS550 vehicle to a local .

Bought a 2021 E350 from here just this past week. Great service, Sage was amazing, Im really picky and she put up with me constantly changing my mind. Perhaps the best thing about this place is that they dont pressure you into buying a car and theyre not concerned about selling you the most expensive car but rather the car that fits you the best. Worst experience at a MB dealership. Went to look at an SUV and offered a price to purchase the vehicle. While negotiating with the sales person, a small man with a big ego, completely unprofessional and rude, jumped in the conversation and didnt even want to talk about pricing. Needless to say, walked out and will never put my feet there again.Why do short men have big egos?

Emergency battery replacementMy 2011 C300 finally needed to replace its original battery! Mercedes roadside assistance was at my house within 45 minutes and took my car directly to Leiken Mercedes Benz of Willoughby. The battery was replaced, the car was washed and I was back on the road within an hour. Craig was impressed that it was the original battery. Mr. Hayek gently showed me the GLB I was impressed with and showed me a few setting that make life easier. Fantastic service from fantastic staff!

Brett and Frank handled all my questions and negotiations via text and e-mail. I was able to forward all my trade-in docs and financing docs prior to even stepping into the dealership. It was the most streamlined and efficient car buying process I have ever experienced. When I arrived to test drive my vehicle, it was even more stunning than in the pictures. From test drive to completing the financing docs, I spent 45 minutes total at the dealership and the vehicle I purchased was absolutely immaculate. No B.S. and everything was better than advertised.

Worst customer service. Ended up going to Mercedes of Bedford. Melanie refused to help me when I said my Mercedes was inoperable and needed service ASAP. I have two kids under 2 to drive everyday to daycare. Never thought a Mercedes’ dealership could be so uncaring. Thank goodness Bedford could help me the next day versus 10 days for Willoughby. Definitely will never shop or take my car here again.

Leikin has been around forever. Theres a reason for that. You dont stay in business without working hard to continue your success, even through some very trying times that saw others fail. I purchased a Certified 2018 AMG GLE43. Kevin Conant all but held my hand the whole way through. He understands his product, understands the people interested in his product, and is very low key. I dont see the hard sell coming from Kevin. From looking at the vehicle, to the test-drive, to pricing it up, and completing the sale, I spent an easy and enjoyable day with Kevin as our conversations touched on any number of shared interests. I have never bought a vehicle from Leikin before, but I assure you I will be back.
The only reason I am giving 5 stars is because of Sage Osicka, she was the only one who asked if I needed help while everyone ignored me. She made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. If it wasnt for her I would be leaving a completely different review. Thank you Sage!!
