They had way more than I could even imagine. And there was so nice they had hand washing sanitizing stations and all warm and I felt safe and everybody was so polite it was a great experience I suggest if youre looking for carpet at least give them a visit

Ive used Mill Outlet twice, happy both times. First time was a couple bedrooms and we were on a deadline with very tight budget. Second time around, they put carpet in living room and hallways. I had wanted to upgrade carpet with second job, found a BEAUTIFUL, high quality carpet-- Ed walked me through the process and answered all questions. Installation was on time and very quick and thorough. I had gotten quotes from Home Depot too-- Not only did Mill do it faster (same week choice of carpet got figured out, it was installed) -- I got a better quality carpet for less $$. I HIGHLY recommend Mill Outlet.

Went to only browse and was talked into purchasing a beautiful piece of carpet. I was very happy and pleased with my purchase. I was also impressed at the customer service. I explained to them I have no where to store the carpet and it could be anywhere from 5months to 1&1/2 years till I can put it to use. (Purchased a home that needed a lot of work done to it) So here I am about 8 month later, ready to get my carpet to only find out they sold it to someone else. (Even though I already paid in full for it) Unfortunately on my end due to all the work and commotion in my home I have misplaced the receipt. (Which is my mistake on my end) So I have no prof of purchase since I paid full in cash. Therefore was told there is nothing that can be done. Not quite sure why the second receipt that they keep is not filed and saved, they just toss it. So I am just out almost $500 and a beautiful piece of carpet.

We were a returning customer and I was happy with my purchase, BUT I was promised great installers and now I have been waiting for months to get my flooring fixed. I did not even get a return phone call back that I was promised so for that reason I am not giving them an excellent rating. Mario use to work there for years and now he no longer works there, I am not getting a call back and my floor still is not fixed so it has not been a good experience. I dont understand what happened. Our flooring was not cheap!

Huge selection of carpet, fast friendly service, was able to schedule an install the same week, crew was friendly and polite, not to mention fast and efficient. in and out in about half an hour. would definitely recommend them for carpet and flooring

Pass Home Depot, Pass Lowes, go directly to carpet mill for all your flooring needs. I wanted a good price on engineered hardwood and also on carpet- the good stuff - and I found it here. Very easy to work with, no pressure and the best prices in NE Ohio. I got prices from the other two stores and each were over $1500 more than what I got my material for and the carpet price included padding and installation. I cant recommend it enough. They are able to pass the good price on because they have a warehouse with rolls and rolls of carpet. Yes, you can special order carpet, but if you want the best price -- go for the rolls on the floor. What you see is what you get. Not the bait and switch I have experienced in the past.

Horrible!! Just horrible! We bought carpet from here a year ago in our house. It looks horrible like we have owned it for 20 years. We have a 10 year warranty and was promised Mario would come look at it 4 different times. After leaving work early several times and taking early lunch breaks....he never showed up ...never!!! No call no nothing. How can you have a 10 year warranty and they never show up!!! I would never recommend this place ...ever. Buy ur carpet from Home Depot...the original owners had carpet installed downstairs and it is still beautiful and looks like no one ever ever even walked in it!!! Mario u should be ashamed of urself. Horrible business.
