Really nice helpful staff big selection!

This location has a much larger selection than other places that Ive seen. Everyone I spoke with their was very knowledgeable about different genres oh comic books. I bought two of the same comic book by mistake and these people allowed me to trade it for something I didnt have had no extra charge.

My local comic book shop. Havent been in many years but loved popping in and seeing where the genre is at. Definitely recommend if comics and/or pop culture is your thing.

This is by far the best comic/games shop in the area. The owner and staff are beyond knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about all things they carry. I honestly come in here expecting to get something quick and find myself hanging around and talking with them. Great people, great store. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great comic shop. They have a huge selection of new issues and back issues. It reminded me of the one I visited I when I was a younger. The staff was top notch. One of the employees walked me to the comic I wanted.

One of the best comic book stores in Ohio. Staff is extremely friendly and will try their best to help you find what you are looking for. Lower prices than others in the area and a large selection. Helpful, patient, and informative staff. I also traded in some comics and got a fair deal (unlike lots of other places). The store is well organized and well maintained and they have a HUGE selection. Highly recommend.

This place has been around for a while. I hope they continue to stick around. Theyve been here since I can remember, at least since the nineties.Edit: I hate to take stars off. I hate to say I am disappointed. I called a few weeks in advance to order Batman 89, a comic book that was released yesterday. The guy a few weeks ago said there would be plenty to go around and he would hold one for me. I called up today and the other guy was nice enough, but they did not have the book I ordered. He said it never came and it wasnt released. I thought that was strange since I heard of many people online owning it and it is available online to read for free. I called Comics and Friends of Mentor and they said it is in. They have it. Ill have to pick it up there instead. The trouble is, all the alternate variant covers have already gone. Everyone bought them in the morning when the store opened. There are no more, only the standard edition. I waited a month for this thing to come out and got nothing. The only way to get variant covers are online for forty bucks a piece on Ebay. Maybe Ill forget it entirely. Its available to read online for free anyway. Dont buy comics, just pirate them unless youre a serious collector. New comics are very woke anyway. Im not giving those people money. I give up on comic books. Cool store, though.

Great resource for comics and info about the industry. Pleasant team always willing to take their time discussing new and old comic lines. They also have an excellent selection of indie graphic novels and under the radar experimental work from various authors.

I have been going to Comic Heaven since 2003 to get my comics and specialized action figures. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. They also a an amazing selection of back issue comics, statues, and games. If you are new to the area or are looking to scratch the comic store itch this place is definitely worth checking out.

So I just moved to the area and decided to explore, and of course a store called Comic Heaven catch my attention. I went inside and I was welcomed right away! As I began to skim the collection, I was asked by another employee who asked if I needed help and to find him if he did. They were very helpful and friendy! Which just added to the great assortment of comics.

Dont know what to say i just love this place. Very few comic stores anymore and ive been visiting this one since i was in middle school. Great place.

This store has everything youre looking for in a comic book store. Plenty of new books, old books, collectables, etc. Theyre also comic book readers so they can discuss certain books with you. They have pull service so your books are ready when you walk in the door. Great service and friendly staff.

They chose the right name for this store because that is what it feels like when you shop there. The store is huge for a comic book store and I like that it is very spacious so that the customers dont run into each other. They have a large selection of DC and Marvel comics, trade-backs, graphic novels, cards, and toys. This is the perfect place for someone who is a beginner in the comic book world. They have several bins where they sell comics for 25 cents and 50 cents...that way you can afford the books you dont know about and build up your knowledge on them. This is a great store with a helpful, friendly staff. If youre in the Willoughby area, and are in love with comic books, this is the place for you.

Great selection of back issues and new merchandise! Picked up a four issue mini series (Damage Control) that became tv show many years later for $3.

This is the ONLY comic store I now frequent. The stock is world class. If you want statuary they have it, and at a great price. If you want comics, they will sell you comics. If you want books about comics, well be ready to be amazed. You whispered you want games, OMG they have more games than you will ever play in your life. You want room, they have room to walk around and shop. You want a comic book store that does not smell like old stocks, well they must have a fabreeze gnome, because it is fresh as a daisy and you know what else? It has lots of light. Do yourself a treat, plan a vacation to be here free comic book day. This place is like a little convention on the east side of Cleveland. Didnt really have the wide selection I was looking for

I recently visited this store with my fiancé and our experience was terrible. Not a single employee greeted us or asked if we needed help finding anything. On top of that, I was followed around by an employee from the moment we walked in until we left. That experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will NOT be returning.
