I needed a new eye exam and contact prescription after moving to the area from SC. They got me in quickly and I feel they did a great job - the technology used is newer than other places Ive been which is good to see and I felt as though Dr. Kriessler was very thorough - always makes you nervous to hear your prescription changed but he demonstrated my old prescription to the new one and I feel confident it was the right decision. I havent ordered the contacts yet as I wanted to wear them on my drive home and test them on my computer working all day, but still very happy with my experience.

I have gone here for over 10 years. Just had my yearly checkup. Dr. Scott and staff is thorough, helpful, accurate and friendly. The tests before the visit are quick and painless. And love how advanced in technology they are. Dr. Scott is patient and knowledgeable. Wants to know what my needs are for eye wear and care. And the staff to help with finding the right eyewear ( I prefer eye glasses) is amazing! John has helped me for years and truly trust his option and help! I have always been happy with his help and never feel pressured in picking out a pair. Loving my new glasses again! And they are fitted perfectly!

Not impressed. Will look for alternate next time I need an exam.

I buy my sons Oakley glasses with a 2 year warranty. He breaks and loses the left side leg and they won’t warranty the glasses after only having them for 6 months. Ridiculous and rude. They then try to charge me to buy 2 of them and at triple the price of what they are on Oakleys website. This all after Oakley rep said they were fully covered, just go to store you bought them at and they will take care of it! Horrible, Horrible, avoid at all costs!

Does not stand by its Product or service. In for service once 2nd time refused to replace for customer relations

I typically dont write reviews, but I was so happy with the service here that I had to! After my optician closed my cousin recommended me here, and Im so happy she did! Dr. Michelle Lieb was great! Friendly, experienced, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. When I had to come back because one of the scripts in the contacts felt off, she rechecked and made the appropriate adjustments quickly!In addition to the service, they have a great selection of glasses! They came in much sooner than the two weeks I was told. To top it off, whoever their optical lab is does a great job, because even though I got the same lenses and coatings I always get, I have NEVER in my 15+ years of wearing glasses had lenses that stayed so clean, or that actually came clean with a glasses cleaning cloth. For me that is a HUGE deal.And if you struggle like me with one eye where your lashes always rub the lens, they can help you with that too - great with adjustments. I cant remember the last time my glasses were adjusted so well that the lashes on my left eye didnt leave streaks on the lens.I will certainly be back!

I recommend For Your Eyes Only to anyone looking for wonderful optometrists and a staff with amazing customer service !! Every experience I have ever had with their staff has been phenomenal. I called today in a panic at 8am when I discovered my Great Dane puppy had decided my prescription glasses were going to be her new chew toy, and I am less than a week from an international trip to China. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule and get me brand new glasses the same day !!!! I am so happy !! I highly recommend them to anyone !! Ive been a customer at this location for several years and despite moving out of county will continue to come back! FYEO is a wonderful group of professionals who have always provided comprehensive services with awesome customer service. They also have an excellent selection of eyeglasses to choose from when looking for something new.

Very unaccomodating and only in it for the money. Once told me after an appointment that in order to get a trial of a 0.25 power stronger prescription contact lens than what was originally prescribed that I would have to book a new appointment. I will be looking for a new eye doctor immediately

Staff is ignorant of Medicare, how it is verified, quick, greedy and, indifferent . The process is based on SS#, only med care that had a problem. Beware.A new patient? Ive had 3 pairs of glasses, treatment for an eye injury and somehow Im new. Ive had the misfortune of needing medical treatment while being covered by Medicare. Yes, new to some providers, they somehow, maybe thru Devine intervention, knew about my medicare and didnt ask for cash up front or proof requiring a card. Know why, that info is directly available to any health care provider!!! Your move rookie!!

What a bunch of wonderful doctors. I was hurting badly they took me right in and removed the metal chunk from my eye,I give them 10 out of 5 stars!!! Thanks again to the entire staff new lifetime customer!

Dr. Michele Lieb was professional and gave great advice. Explained things well and in terms that were easily understood. I will continue to see Dr. Lieb for my ocular health and well being.

I have been going to this optometrist and location for over 8 years now and I really love the friendly helpful staff and for a place that appears smaller from the outside I find their collection of frames to be very large and have never had a problem finding something I love. Great Place!

I went in thinking it was time for another new prescription, it had been getting hard to read things lately, Dr. Michelle Lieb however took the time to listen to other medical concerns that I was having, that I thought were something completely unrelated, and it turns out she diagnosed me with Pseudotumor Cerebri. (Which may I add that with 11 appointments, 9 months, and who knows how much money couldnt be figured out between neurology, endocrinology etc at the Cleveland Clinic!)Her attention to detail and use of new up-to-date technology allowed her to see the changes that had happened to my eyes in only one year and recommend a MRI asap. Because of her the damage to my eyes has been halted and I finally know what has been wrong for the past several months!Thank you to her and her staff!!(and splurge on the extra $ for the picture of the back of your eye, youll never know when your brain will turn against you and having that baseline photo from before you were sick will be so important!)

Moving from PA to Painesville and needing to find someone who could track my Lasik surgery follow up treatment and also use my insurance, I feel very lucky to have found Dr Scott Kriessler! He has been and is with every visit fantastic for me and for my wife!

Worst experience of my life!! As a previous customer a year ago, I decided to go back and purchase eyeglasses because I had such a great experience the first time. This time I was stalked around the area like I was a criminal. Terri the manager followed my fiance and I around the whole time making me very uncomfortable. I told her that for the moment I was just looking at glasses and did not need help, there was even another couple that needed help and she told them she was helping someone!! number one, I did not ask for help, but all i kept seeing is her beside me and behind me, and in the mirror. And making comments about the glasses I picked out. It is one thing to be helpful, but its another when you are irritating and somewhat harassing, The kicker was when she offered to take the two glasses that I had in my hand and then ask my fiance and I where were the coach eyeglasses!! did you think we put them in our pocket? turns out she had them in her hand!! I was too outdone... I am a working full time nurse and I do not have to be watched like I am criminal, I have no need or desire to steal. Terri was just in my opinion very ignorant in regard to her obvious profiling of my fiance and I. Never again will I step foot into that establishment but if the rest of the staff thinks like her, I am sure the likes of myself or others like me arent wanted. I am just saddened and mad with her outright display of disrespect and utter ignorance.

They stopped taking my insurance. I did like going there, but I cant now. I wish they still took my insurance.
