I love this place! Every time I go it feels like going to visit family (that you like :)). The service is phenomenal. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The quality of work is impeccable. I take my rings for their “annual checkup” to have them cleaned and checked for loose stones and plated and any sizing that needs done too. They always go above and beyond to make the experience worry free. They have a great selection of items and a variety of services with a lot of high tech in house equipment. If you are in need of a jeweler look no further. It’s great to support a local family owned company!

A great locally-owned Jeweler where service and attention to detail are Paramount! The owner, Steve, is a wealth of information and is never looking to force you to make a decision that you are not 100% comfortable with. I do all of my jewelry shopping here and I cant recommend this place enough if you are looking for watches, gold jewelry, engagement rings and more. If you dont see something that is already made, fear not, they can make you whatever you want!

This jeweler was the only one of 3 jewelry stores I visited and was the ONLY ONE who fixed my necklace in 3 minutes for free and the other two wanted to charge me $130 for the same service. Defrancos will be the only jewelry store I will frequent

I have been going to Steve’s shop once 1982 and I keep returning for my repairs, new purchases and advice all these years because I trust him. He is truthful and professional and knowledgeable. He doesn’t judge and he is very consultive rather than pushy or arrogant.

Went to DiFranco to get an idea of engagement ring options with my girlfriend (neither of us have done this before!). Had a GREAT experience. We did not buy anything, but they showed us a lot of options, answered all the questions we had (and some we didnt even think of), and did not pressure us into anything whatsoever. I will definitely update if/when I go back to make the purchase. Couldnt tell you about pricing because I really have nothing to compare to, but Id love to support this business!

For 17 years I have dealt with DiFranco Jewelers. I definitely rate them as FIVE stars. Each time I walk into the store, the associates greet me with such a heart felt welcome - they genuinely are happy to see you, something that is so rare today in retail establishments. I am very comfortable shopping there; I feel they are honest and reputable and have a lot of integrity.
