Far from my favorite store. The selection is pretty good and produce is not too bad. The biggest issue is the mismanagement of registers and lines during peak hours. It is not abnormal to see just a few registers open on Sunday at 10:00 A.M. but lines halfway down aisles. I also heard that management decided not to buy any more shopping baskets so there are no baskets for us quicker in and out shoppers. The store is not bad, but the crowds and line mismanagement are infuriating.

Shopping here was awsome the employees was friendly as soon as you enter the store. Plus you get good service there especially when you are looking for something in the store. And the lines went very fast I love shopping there!!!

If I go to Giant Eagle, this is the best one in the area. But I usually shop other places due to the high prices.

Prices are outrageous and u cant navigate it without multiple laps, organization or alphabetical order which ever it is, just doesnt make sense for shopping for the few things that are necessary to get from there

Very easy shopping with the scanner, just scan the barcodes. ok prices but its pretty much what youd expect from a supermarket. Very gross fish smell that you can smell from the entrance.

Was fine. Need more checkout lines open. Shouldnt be forced to check my groceries out. I like keeping someone with a job. Plus you need to teach some of the younger cashier how to pack groceries.

Giant eagle has great stuff and everything you need however, I think they are way over priced. Even with coupons I leave there with less bags and more fuel perks when spending 100 plus dollars you should leave with more then 3 to 4 bags with more then 3 to 4 items in each bag.

This store is always packed with employees in the way, crowded and not enough open lines.

Store always seems to be busy with only two checkout lines open but with three employees standing around monitoring the self-checkout lanes. If they opened lanes more often I would come more often.

Nicely laid out store. Very clean and well lit. Prices are a bit expensive unless taking advantage of excellent sales they have. Pay attention to the rules for 2 for 1 deals. Cashier are friendly and keep the lines moving quickly for a grocery store.

Its always a pleasure to shop at the Willoughby Giant Eagle, because the selection is great, the staff is helpful and courteous.

Shouldve never closed the one in willoughby hills. Now this store and the Mayfield store are flooded with people all the time now.

Refused to give me 3 Pepsi 12 packs for $12 even though the sign shows that price. I asked to speak with a manager and he said the manager left for the day and I should come back tomorrow. Will not be shopping there again.

Clean place, well stocked

The bakery department at this location is horrible. I had called a couple days prior letting them know that I needed to smash cake for a special occasion. I talked to two different people and neither one of them understood a single thing I said. The cake wasnt what it was supposed to look like. I talked to a manager and the manager didnt even seem to care that the cake wasnt what it was supposed to be. I will never buy a cake from this place ever again I would rather pay more money for a cake thats done right then a cake thats messed up.

Rather clean, aisles are a little tight, but not too bad either.

As always Giant Eagle offers a ton of bargains, reasonable deals and keeps its facilities very clean. There are Social distancing protocols in place and signs every where making reference to their commitment to do all they can to keep customers safe. 10 stars and 10 thumbs up for Giant Eagle and their safety protocols.

This is a very nice market. They have great selections on many daily grocery items. The prices are a little higher than some markets but the quality is worth the cost.

Actually went out of the way to hopefully get the right service and checkout. Definitely not disappointed. Everything was great and smooth!

Nice Giant Eagle, good variety. Deals are good with your Giant Eagle fob or Keychain. Cant do express self checkout unless you have membership. They need to change that.

Giant Eagle is always seemed to be well stocked. I do not go to Giant Eagle much since they are so over-priced but had to so this is the only reason my review is here. I inquired to one of the associates at the deli. He gladly guided me where the product that I was looking for was located. Thank you sir for such wonderful assistance.

Took my friend shopping he thought that the salad bar would be open thats why we went to that one he love there salad bar.

Never have certain things I need. Seem to be always out of stock with certain things. Long lines with rude workers some not all. Would rather go to Marcs down the street

Usually always stocked with a variety of choices and deals. Cleaninless could improve. There is dust in the bathrooms in the high places. Checkout stations need to be sanitized after every use and they are not. Staff has good hospitality most of the time.

Staff not friendly, staff at meat counter was very pleasant, acted like they didnt want to help me...unfortunately its a race problem.

The Willoughby Giant Eagle is always busy it seems. I use the scan and go option which saves me a lot of time that would otherwise be spent waiting in the checkout line. If you have the option to use scan and go I highly recommend it.

I Love shopping here! I wish I could afford to come here all the time. Great selection, bright clean store, awesome customer service, happy employees, and friendly customers. They even have a great eat in cafe with delicious food, hot subs, drinks, and buffet soup & salad bar all located next to the produce section.

Heres why my giant eagle experience at 36475 euclid ave was borderline not so great. 1/7/21 @06:40 just left work. I did early morning shopping some workers spoke, some didnt. Tension maybe from trump Capitol riot earlier that day? My Reason for saying that is at the register older white women (cashier) went on about race issues, freedom of speech, and ect. Im helping covid patients for a living. I DONT CARE!!! JUST PLS RING ME UP AND BE PROFESIONAL. Wasnt feeling that store.

Deli department is perpetually rude. Give these ladies some service training.

This Giant Eagle is always clean and well organized. They have a state liquor store inside, which is handy. Great selection of prepared meals and I love there large salad bar! Open 24 hours- gotta love that convenience 😊

Lots of empty registers. Self checkout line is usually overflowing into the isles behind.No baskets. No baskets.If you buy your chicken here you will notice how they tuck a boat load of fat or skin underneath the chicken before its packaged.A small amountis fine but the amount that you get when you buy their chicken is obnoxious.

I go back and forth about prices here but its always a clean place to shop. Wish they were still 24hr maybe after covid.

Fresh produce, self-checkout lines that work, and great offers! I really enjoy the special little extras they have for sale here, randomly placed, like cool ice cube trays, fun kitchen accessories, and small toys. Good meatless/vegetarian section, and nice makeup/hair department. Also like the mini bouquets available in the floral department, and the olive bar :)

Good variety of products, but theres never any store employees to help customers find products we need. I try the pharmacy and curbside, but they never know where things are, like moth balls, cans of beans, etc.

Bakery doesnt know how to follow instructions. Ordered a cake online to have a message written on the cake. Showed up and there was nothing on the cake. They even showed me the receipt with the message on it. Get it together

I bought an ice cream cake today and had a message written on it. When I got into my car, I looked at the cake and the writing was terrible! Whoever was working in the bakery section clearly needs a lesson on how to write a message on a cake. However, the cake was excellent!

Have been shopping at this location since they opened. They always have everything were looking for.

Huntington Bank and many from the former Plaza drive store are here to serve you. Clean Restrooms off the deli and the rear of the store. Dry cleaning added at the courtesy desk and a Giant Eagle pharmacy. Some of the best weekly specials in Mentor. What more could you ask for? 🤓

Great product, very friendly and helpful staff.....but....their self check out machines are obnoxiously loud and unreasonable. After you scan an item, not even 2 seconds later it attempts to hurry you to scan another item. Anyone in proximity can hear the machine loud and clear, and it doesnt take well to certain cards and screams so everyone can hear that there are no funds. Embarrassing and ridiculously loud. Other than the machines, it is a great supermarket.

They move products like Pepsi diet into Pepsi zero spots to fill the space instead of making sure it gets ordered and stocked. The produce quality is terrible and they need to stop replacing everything with their own products. I dont want your stuff. I want the stuff I used to get that is now replaced by subpar and poor quality products because they want to push their product instead giving a variety.

The Willoughby Giant Eagle is a wonderful store, the employees are doing their best to keep the store clean, stocked and disinfected. My only wish is that it would make it mandatory for shoppers to wear a face mask. I went there today and at least half the shoppers were walking around with no face mask, making me wonder what kind of infection they are spreading to the rest of us who have the common sense to wear a mask. If COSTCO can make it mandatory, all other grocery stores should too.

Things are usually stocked at this Giant Eagle but it could definitely be more organized especially the checkout lanes! I try not to frequent Giant Eagle because its honestly a disorienting experience

An older and some what run down store. I found most of what I was looking for. I just happened to be in the neighborhood. Its not my usual Giant Eagle.

They have all the amenities of a large supermarkets including a all inclusive liquor store within the store

Curbside is great most of the time. There is always items out of stock every week. The grapes I received were not very good. Delivery fee is low at $5.99 for curbside.

I dont mind this giant eagle. It gets very crowded very easily and its really not that big, but its okay. Ive had nothing but good customer service from the employees.

Its improving. Lots of traffic since the other near by stores have closed. Never enough cashiers. If you go in after 11pm its the same 1 and do mean 1older lady who works the entire freaking store! Very frustrating Ive been 3x since its not as crowded and had the same experience. You have to wait forever because she is the worker for self check out, worker for regular ring out and the customer service worker😡

Nice, and newly remodeled adding a large wine section. Only fault, which isnt their fault, is the amount of shoppers present. I havent been to this GE without waiting at least 15 mins in line.

Im done shopping at this store. It used to be good but lately not so much. Long lines at the few SELF checkouts open and price gouging. Ill be going a little farther to Meiers from now on.

Great bakery, yummy prepared foods and convenient parking. This is my usual Giant Eagle. The store is always clean and well stocked. A large variety of products as well as the hard to find products and a generous selection of organic foods. Market District which is Giant Eagles private label is higher quality than most name brand products. My only complaint is that some of the prices are way to high.

Many items failed to have prices displayed. Finding assistance was slso a challenge.

Store employee not very friendly. The company does not like anyone with a disability working for them.
