Ham size was restricted to half ham only at approx $80.00. This limitation was implemented within 4 hours of my visit on Thursday before Easter. I have never experienced this prior to 2021. Cashier (Erika) was extremely rude throughout purchase process and finished the sale without any verbal acknowledgement or Thank You. While I have always enjoyed the taste of a Honeybaked Ham, I will look for other options in the future.

I love honey baked ham and have served them for over 30 years. However, my most recent experience was a major disappointment. The ham was delicious but the service was not the usual well run machine that Honey Baked is known for during the holidays. I purchased an Easter ham and it was great, however this time there was little coordination between prepaid and walk in. When we finally got in the store I was shocked to see how little inventory was 2 days before Christmas. I left with a ham, larger than I wanted but my choices were limited and I was happy to get it.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with SO MUCH FAT on this Honeybaked Ham we bought to serve for our family Christmas dinner today! Apparently nobody trimmed it . . . or didnt trim enough as we ended up throwing away about one-third of the 10.3 pound ham! Not happy! We chose Honeybaked in the first place as it was always consistent and, as such, was our go-to, but might have to really think twice before doing that again. Kinda was like their current TV commercial . . . its no Honeybaked . . . . except this one WAS!!!

Got 40 box lunches for a grad party. Gave us a great deal and they did all the work.

Because of the holiday there was a line outside. Got what I needed. It was one of the best ham we ever had from there.

I love honey baked ham. But the service was terrible last experience there. There was a whole group of people waiting in line for about an hour and a worker named Trudy ( excuse me if I spelled that wrong started kicking people out screaming at them saying If you do not have a reservation you’re wasting your time here you can all get in your cars and leave. That’s not the type of person who should be working there and then on top of that when somebody asked why we weren’t told before hand all she did was look at the lady and tell her again if you don’t have a reservation you can leave now. That is not the type of the person who should be working with the customers. For that reason alone this specific honey baked ham gets one star! Get rid of TRUDY!

It was a terrible experience I was told yesterday that I could walk in and pick up product and when I got there today the security officer explained that you had to pre-order and the company did not have enough product to pick up or sell to people I find that to be very sad and I wasted my day and not to say how disappointed it is going to be to my family with no ham or turkey for Easter. Thanks honey bait you really know how to put a damper on holiday.

The gentleman who helped us with curbside pickup provided excellent customer service! I wish I had gotten his name. The ham was amazing as usual!

My Fiancé Was standing in line for 45 minutes before this woman named Trudy Started yelling at everyone claiming it you don’t have a Reservation For a Ham then You all might as well get in your cars and leave now . This is complete BS and very disrespectful and rude manner. This is not okay . And I have never ever heard of a “reservation” for a Ham before .

My coworkers and I got to go lunches from here today and we were so impressed! They did a good job taking the order over the phone and great customer service when we got to the store too! The food was really really good! They threw in a few extras for us which we thought was so nice! We will definitely be back again. I think the lady that took the order might have been Patty, she did a wonderful job. :)

Everything has changed at this location. The manager Pattie has left and the new manager is very unfriendly and rude. Rude to the customers faces and also when they walk away when she thinks no one can hear what she is saying.

Prepaid for a turkey I didn’t get. Will be disputing this through my bank. So unorganized and unprofessional, Never again!

I have always had good experiences in this store. The staff is always very helpful and courteous and dont mind going out of their way to make sure you are happy. The store is always clean and well organized.

This Honey Baked Ham store goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They even open the doors early and close the doors late if theres still a line. This past Easter weekend, the weather was horrible and Patty, the manager, opened the doors half an hour early so the customers wouldnt have to stand in the rain. Bless her heart. Ill always return to this HBH

Like most people I love honey baked ham. But they are WAY to expensive. I get the same taste pretty much from other places that offer ham around the holidays. The workers dont seem to really care and act bothered if you have a question.

We thought it would be a great idea to order a turkey instead of the hassle of cooking one. It was a mistake Ill never make again. I reserved a certain size and after waiting 30 minutes in line they didnt have the one I reserved so I was forced to buy another. The meat was thrown in the trash. It was basically lunch meat sliced up with a hard topping. When I tried to speak with them on the issue I was told sorry you bought it. Dont waste youre time or money on a deli sliced turkey from here.

This store is run by the most incompetent group of people that I could ever imagine. After waiting an hour to get to the counter it is quickly revealed as to why it took so long in the first place. The people behind the counter can neither find the products that you have reserved nor can they check you out in a timely fashion. It is as if its everyones first day. I am longing for the day when they are all replaced by robots. Do yourself a favor and order pizza instead this place certainly is not worth the price.

Bought a delicious smoked BBQ ham sandwich from this store and it was excellent. A+ Customer service. They know how to take care of their customers properly and I would HIGHLY recommend!

The clerks gave my wife and I a sample of the ham and turkey breast they were both delicious. We purchased the ham and the turkey for thanksgiving. My crew devoured the turkey breast and some of the ham. Surprisingly it was a lot of ham left so we froze it so come Christmas morning ham and eggs breakfast thanks for being so FN tastie.

I went two days before Christmas Eve, and I have to admit, it wasn’t that bad. They have their procedures built to be a well oiled machine.
