Getting use to them is a challenge. They fall out when I take glasses off. Tangled with mask. Lot of new sounds. Background noise. Im happy with them so far.Bob

I have been coming here for over 4 years. I started when it was Hearwright. The staff has always been professional and courteous.I think with this virus you are doing an excellent job of keeping clients and staff safe.The receptionist was put into a position of handling 2 offices on her first day back. She did this well but I dont think it was the best company decision because you can not give 100% to both offices unless you are a robot.Although I miss Marybeth and staff I am finding this new staff to be on the same page of putting the client first.Debbie Larson

My hearing aids have worked fine. The issue for this call was the Trulink app (Bluetooth) connection to my iPhone. It seemed to make a partial connection but not a usable one. I think that it was a battery problem. Once the batteries were changed, the app Bluetooth connection paired with the hearing aids correctly. It a very short period of time I left the office with a supply of fresh batteries. Thanks.
