I was impressed with the knowledge and selection this place had when we furnished our new house 15 years ago. Today I went to replace an odd shaped light bulb for a reading lamp. I couldnt find a replacement bulb on the internet! They had them in stock and also had some with a higher wattage.

Went in on a Tuesday with my wife and we wanted to buy the display light. There are no returns which is fine so we wanted to make sure it would work first. Lady told me to come back Thursday if I wanted it. Came back on Thursday to buy it only to be told they didn’t have a ladder to get it down. I would now have to wait until next Wednesday to get it. Explained to them I was told to come back today and he said there wasn’t anything he could do. Didn’t seem to care at all. Not buying from here again.
